This business buys vehicles from auctions, makes repairs - freda17321

This business buys vehicles from auctions, makes repairs that aren’t reported to the vehicles history report, and then sells them whether they’re reliable or not. Save yourself a headache and buy from someone else.

Mr Keith Baker handled my request over the phone on - Smoohbear

Mr Keith Baker handled my request over the phone on 5/9/26 and I had my new truck delivered to me in Jacksonville Florida on 5/12/26. This was the most stress free purchase I’ve ever made. Ask for this young man if you’re interested in getting exceptional service with true integrity and knowledge of the business with complete transparency.

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying - Mslovely41

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

bought a Genesis GV80 from Rick Case and couldn’t be - adamwaid

bought a Genesis GV80 from Rick Case and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m a pretty direct communicator — I don’t want to be sold or pressured. I want access to the cars, time to think through my options, and a fast, no-hassle buying process once I’ve made a decision. Kash, my sales rep, absolutely nailed it. He understood my style right away, gave me the space I wanted, and moved quickly when I was ready to buy. No games, no runaround — just solid, respectful service. Huge shoutout as well to Matt and Gene in sales management. They helped streamline the process even further and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. What really stood out is how the entire team at Rick Case matched their sales style to my buying style — which is the opposite of what you get at most dealerships. Highly recommend this place, especially if you appreciate a no-pressure, customer-first experience.

We were car shopping online and found they have the... - De-Lin Macive Xiong

We were car shopping online and found they have the vehicle we like. Contacted them via email and they were very friendly and they responded quickly. Understood our budget limit and kept us updated if there's any changes on the price. Special thanks to John King who patiently answered my questions about the vehicle. Unfortunately we could not make a deal but I would recommend them.

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did - SWA

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

Didn't come to an agreement on pricing, pricing is high - ashrafselim

Didn't come to an agreement on pricing, pricing is high for auction cars resale, communication is good though, knowledge about what is sold is limited.

I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or - Arlene

I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or had a worse experience with a dealership. The extended platinum warranty I purchased a year ago on a new KIA Forte was totally worthless. The service department claimed it was my fault that the car was damaged, however, they couldn't show any damage. They "fixed" the car, and $1800 out-of-pocket later, it still had the same problem. They claimed it was a software issue. Why wasn't that checked in the beginning? I bet it would have saved me a ton of money. Also, they refused to put gas in the loner vehicle that I had to have when they "re-fixed" the car. Never again!

Top-tier experience at Gravity auto. - Alix G

Top-tier experience at Gravity auto. I would like to thank Dominique for his fast pace responses, and always making sure my needs was always taken care of. Cool dude. Furthermore, Igore and Mike was always on top of it when it came to finding me a trusted truck carrier, and all the questions I had. Genuine people. Definitely recommend Gravity autos in Atlanta for out of state buyers, and in state buyers who are looking for a great deal on a dream purchase.

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would - whiteowllady

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would have to say he went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. I was told after talking with him they didn't have the the car I was looking for rather than trying to sell me on a car they had he went out of his way to find the exact car I was wanting, brought it into the dealership the next day and we completed our transaction. Extremely happy with Michael his courteous and personal attention to myself and my wife is just not expected in today's environment. I would highly recommend Hodges Ford and especially recommend Michael as a sales person. I have only had my car for 3 days now so I cant speak to there service but if it is good as there sales and finance staff I'm sure it will be great.

The experience my husband and I had with the Riverside - gwenbridges

The experience my husband and I had with the Riverside Nissan of Rome team was so exceptional we are comfortable recommending them: Bruce Ramirez, Sales Representative; Corey Dowdy, Manager; Judd Baker, Finance Manager; and Tyler Harcourt, Service Advisor. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with us "oldies, but goodies." All our questions were kindly answered. There was zero pressure to buy, no hurrying us along, even though our shopping continued after closing hours. We are happy with Riverside Nissan of Rome AND our new Nissan.

****THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP**** Outstanding - cody.l.king8

****THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP**** Outstanding experience at Paul Thigpen CDJR Waynesboro. I ended up purchasing a GMC Sierra 1500, and from start to finish they were honest, straightforward, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. What started as an accidental message turned into the best car-buying experience I’ve had. They fought to get me the best deal possible and even helped steer me away from other salesmen and dealerships that clearly did not have good intentions. Jeremy, Steven, and Sammy were amazing to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and respectful the entire time. Although the dealership itself is new, these guys are seasoned professionals. As a U.S. Army soldier, I really appreciated the shared values of honor, respect, and integrity. It felt like working with people who truly stand behind what they say. They’ve earned my trust, and when it’s time to buy my wife a vehicle, I’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend Paul Thigpen CDJR Waynesboro. P.S. Don’t confuse them with Paul Thigpen Ford.

From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left - elicet marin

From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left in my new vehicle, it was a pleasant buying experience. sales and management met me with a huge smile and welcomed me as if they knew me for quite some time. Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. They all treated me like family. Very encouraging and curtious. I can't say thank you enough. So, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, try North Savannah Dodge. You won't be disappointed.

Lou of Milton Ruben was very kind and helpful. - MariaCE

Lou of Milton Ruben was very kind and helpful. He did not hesitate helping me and offered support. He did not take advantage knowing the fact that I don’t know anything about car repair. I went in to get oil change and multi-point inspection but later found out they had to do some repairs. We need honest people like Lou to treat customers right especially at very hard times and unexpected moments like this. I am grateful for his help.

We walked on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by "car - dannybaod

We walked on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by "car lady" immediately. She was very welcoming and allowed a test drive within 5 mins. She was very transparent with the car and it's condition. Once we sat down to talk price we shared out concerns with the car, car lady and William bent over backwards for us and that is reflected in the amazing price they gave us. Though it took sometime we were able to agree on a price that I was comfortable with. In the future if I need a vehicle, I will be coming back to car lady and William. Financing was quick and everything was transparent. They didn't try to tack on any extra services (it was offered) and the price was transparent. If you come here ask for car lady and William! (they will do everything in their power to have you leave satisfied). Remember it's our job as consumers to check the car thoroughly for any problems and bring up to the sales team, if you do they will try to take care of you. Remember it's our job as consumers to thoroughly inspect the cars and the team here will work with you.

My experience with Grainger Honda was phenomenal. - Alisa Grant

My experience with Grainger Honda was phenomenal. My salesman‘s name was Tucker Sharp, and the finance manager name was George. This dynamic duo complemented each other very well. Tucker and George understood the assignment. They listen to my concerns about the vehicle that I wanted. They didn’t rush me or made me feel pressured. They didn’t put me in something that I couldn’t afford. They gave me a vehicle that fit my needs, and they are very knowledgeable about finances and sales. The whole staff at Grainger Honda was awesome even the receptionist Sarah. She called me and made sure that I was coming in for my appointment. She was very professional. If you’re ever in industry for purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend Grainger Honda. The owner Patrick Granger, did an awesome job on hand selecting his elite staff members. Thank you to the Grainger Honda family because I am one satisfied customer with my vehicle. Thanks, Alisa Grant
