Besides our 6 1/2 wait time in the lobby, their service and friendliness was great. Except they tracked grease all through the front of our motorhome, of which we'd just cleaned the carpet. They even tracked it all over our entrance step as well. Would have been nice if they'd laid down a runner before going back and forth inside. Now we have to take it in to get it professionally cleaned. Overall though, I'd wouldn't write them off my list.

Really have to let everyone know about the great experience I had with Nick At Peterson Chevy. Service was great right from the beginning. He was polite and courteous and never stopped asking if I needed anything! I bout a new Buick Encore and it really is something else for the price. Cannot believe the value and my wife is just ecstatic over the vehicle. I will buy from them and already talking about another purchase with Nick very soon!!!

Not happy. I did no feel like I was a person at the end. I told them what I could only afford and I was encouraged to go for something almost double that. I could not see clear pricing/offers for more than 4 hours. Then it was you must sign on this great deal now. The offers on the website I reviewed before coming in were not even offered. Rebate and 84 months 0% interest was on the website and they worked another deal even though I am above 740. Also the car was not as loaded as other manufactures for the same price. All this and I had to fight to leave for a moment to speak with my wife(to think it over). They were so desperate to make the sale but not to be honest or at least look up what the customer kept repeating about the website. All and all if you want to make a sale you must treat people like a person and not as a cash cow. Also 4 hours to see pricing and offers means you are either being shady or you need new lenders. I cannot decide on this one. The salesman was nice but the Finance system appeared quite shady in my overall opinion.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox today. Connor was the salesperson and he went above and beyond to get me the lowest interest rate that worked for my budget. he was very helpful courteous and professional as is the entire staff. They do not use "pressure tactics" to close a deal. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at this dealership and I have been treated very well both times. Very reputable business.

Our service was performed in 2017, but I just came across this website so thought I would relate our story.
We were traveling through the area on vacation from Canada, pulling a trailer, when our truck's transmission stopped shifting properly. Being a Sunday, no shops were open, so we looked for an RV park in a nearby city and found the KOA on Pocatello. We picked Cole Chevrolet out of the phone book and were at their door when they opened on Monday, praying that they could fit us in sometime. To our surprise, they took the truck straight into the shop and gave us a lift back to the campground. They phoned a couple of hours later with the bad new that the transmission was shot, and gave us a few options for repair, with varying costs. We chose a rebuilt unit, which had to be ordered in. While waiting for the repair we were given a brand new pickup to use, and were able to do some shopping and visit some of the interesting museums in the area. We never would have found out what a nice city Pocatello was. The truck was fixed the next day and we were soon on our way to Yellowstone. We couldn't ask for better service. Unfortunately it was a very expensive repair, especially when converting to Canadian dollars.

I hate shopping for cars. I do most of my homework online before I ever set foot in a dealership. When I had my list of cars I wanted to look at, I set out to several stores to look at and drive each one of them. After two visits to other dealerships (one of which I will NEVER return to ) I went to Kim Hansens. The salesman I met at Kim Hansens (Nathan) was by far the friendliest and least pushy of all of them. I get that a guy has to make a sale in order to get paid, but I think that sale has to be earned through trust. When I told the guys at Kim Hansens that I needed to think about it overnight, they understood and didn't try those tacky lines you see all the time on TV that slimy salesman use to get you to "buy today." Two days later, I was signing papers and drove away with my new car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance.
No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.
