The salesman, Scotty, had sold us our Dodge Hemi and we were pleased with his work then, so we went to him to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We took a while to make our decision (two months), but he stuck with us and did not pressure the sale, just staying available for an appointment on our own terms. As usual, when we were ready, Scotty promptly arranged for us to come in. He was efficient and thorough during the purchase and orientation process. We are happy with the purchase price and quality of the vehicle service.

I hate shopping for cars. I do most of my homework online before I ever set foot in a dealership. When I had my list of cars I wanted to look at, I set out to several stores to look at and drive each one of them. After two visits to other dealerships (one of which I will NEVER return to ) I went to Kim Hansens. The salesman I met at Kim Hansens (Nathan) was by far the friendliest and least pushy of all of them. I get that a guy has to make a sale in order to get paid, but I think that sale has to be earned through trust. When I told the guys at Kim Hansens that I needed to think about it overnight, they understood and didn't try those tacky lines you see all the time on TV that slimy salesman use to get you to "buy today." Two days later, I was signing papers and drove away with my new car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance.

Andrew was honest and treated us so well from start to finish. They worked well with our extended warranty company to make sure the work was covered before doing anything. They updated us numerous times throughout the process. They allowed us to take a loaner car which made this process doable for us. We would recommend Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet to anyone. They went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one.
Long wait for vehicle - Ed
Saw a used Mazda 3 on web site and called on it. Talked to the manager for used cars. I wanted a out the door price (OTD to include TTL). Manager gave us his cell and told to call if we had any other questions. Talked to him 3 times about things and verified the price each and every time. We were paying for the car outright (cash) and didn't want any surprises. We made an appointment and went down that day to buy the car. We told them I had to be to work and only had 3 hours to do this (Should be more than enough time). Arrived on time was greeted and able to take on test drive right away. When the paperwork started, time came to a stop. The salesman wanted to negotiate the price of the car. We said no, the price $13K OTD. The salesman finally could get the price to what was agreed upon by the manager the days before. We argued about dealer fee. Remember all the phone calls and verifying OTD price. Even told him we are paying cash and will bring only this amount. We then sat at the salesman desk for 2 hours while he went to get the car detailed (meaning washed, dirt streaks in trunk area never cleaned) and gassed. The dealership had maybe 3 couples looking around at cars (not very busy). After this long and useless wait we finally was able to see the finance person. No one was in finance office because I had clear view of the office while sitting there. This person raised his voice and was very rude to my wife (very unprofessional). We finally paid for it and was able to go. Over 3 hours to do this. Asked to have my son on title paperwork- was told DMV does that, LIE. DMV said would have to been done at dealership, they can not change paperwork. 3 day temp tag- Bought on Thursday - good till Friday. (Tag states good for 3 day not to include weekends. Could not even count 3 days). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

By far the best car buying experience we have had. The sales man took the time to listen to our needs and wants for my wife's car, but he also went the extra mile and worked with us to trade in our other vehicle and we walked away with 2 newer vehicles. Definitely a must if you are car shopping!

No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.
