Overall, great experience. Jacob was extremely professional and always maintained great communication. I would easily choose steves over some of the other dealers in the valley because of their professionalism and availability of vehicles. There are only 2 reasons I gave them 4 stars:
1. The original vehicle I wanted they would let me buy unless I specifically financed through GM at double the interest. With the plan to "refinance" at 6 months. I still used a preferred lender and they still benefited but I didn't get the original truck i wanted. They did provide me a loaner vehicle while i was waiting for my new truck to come from the factory. While it was a tough negotiation, the GM (nick) was very professional about it. Even while I was getting frustrated and calling out their flags.
2. When I went to pick up my truck, I communicated early on my time of arrival since I had a 1h 40m drive. They did not have pre-inspection done and I was at the dealer for 1h 10m while they took care of the cleanup. They received the truck by freight early that morning so had it almost 6 hours before I arrived.

Got to write this review for David Leon who is Paramount at his wisdom and dependability. In Peterson Cadillac and Chevrolet service department. As he went over and beyond to help with my 2018 Equinox that had a water leak in the antenna. Not only did they fix the leak he was able to work it out on the extended warranty. And it doesn't stop there as I needed to return for a little extra work on the car. He was right there to help and went over and beyond by using every means he could to complete the work needed. And it came back awesome. I'm very pleased with the friendly Speedy service I received. Thank you David Leon 👍

Set an appointment for a simple first oil change sense buying the truck at the same dealer and they tell me it’s going to be at least a 2 hour wait. The reason appointments are set is to maximize time saving for the dealer and customer. I will be taking the truck to another shop from now on.

I was headed to McCall from Utah on a trip last week and had truck problems. I stopped into this dealership as my truck is a Ford and they are a Ford dealership. Lindsay Walcker in the service department was AMAZING, helpful and a calming influence at the time. She was able to quasi diagnose the problem, was hospitable and suggestive with solutions and made "vehicle problems" less problematic. The other people on the staff that I interacted with were great as well. Great service staff from my experience!

II had purchased a car over the phone and had made arrangements to send a certified check the next day. Two ladies, Amy and Rachel, had helped me with the transaction and the GM, Weston had also been very helpful with my purchase. I had also talked with someone in the warranty department. The next day I sent the check and shortly after that got a call from the man from the warranty department telling me that they had sold the same car to someone else. His excuse was that he thought that I did not want the car. Why then would I have sent the check? I am very disappointed because this was a car that I really wanted and they are quite rare. I think that it was a situation where the company could save face and cover up their mistake by denying me the car and selling it to a local person so there would be no backlash.

Felt like I was getting an awesome deal without having to play dealership games. The used pickup has been so great. Kenneth found me a gem that has been running trouble free for years. I bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox today. Connor was the salesperson and he went above and beyond to get me the lowest interest rate that worked for my budget. he was very helpful courteous and professional as is the entire staff. They do not use "pressure tactics" to close a deal. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at this dealership and I have been treated very well both times. Very reputable business.

I hate shopping for cars. I do most of my homework online before I ever set foot in a dealership. When I had my list of cars I wanted to look at, I set out to several stores to look at and drive each one of them. After two visits to other dealerships (one of which I will NEVER return to ) I went to Kim Hansens. The salesman I met at Kim Hansens (Nathan) was by far the friendliest and least pushy of all of them. I get that a guy has to make a sale in order to get paid, but I think that sale has to be earned through trust. When I told the guys at Kim Hansens that I needed to think about it overnight, they understood and didn't try those tacky lines you see all the time on TV that slimy salesman use to get you to "buy today." Two days later, I was signing papers and drove away with my new car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance.
