Besides our 6 1/2 wait time in the lobby, their service and friendliness was great. Except they tracked grease all through the front of our motorhome, of which we'd just cleaned the carpet. They even tracked it all over our entrance step as well. Would have been nice if they'd laid down a runner before going back and forth inside. Now we have to take it in to get it professionally cleaned. Overall though, I'd wouldn't write them off my list.

It’s a shame that this is a Rogers dealership. My family has purchased 11 cars from Rogers Toyota in the past 3 years and they are excellent to deal with before and after the purchase. I made the mistake to decide to by a Jeep from what I thought would be an equal experience from another Rogers dealership but was sadly mistaken. From the time we purchased the vehicle the front-end makes a clanking noise when stopping and starting. For 5 months they have had the car in and out of service with one misrepresentation leading to another. Had to get Jeep customer care involved which helped commutation but little else. I have been waiting on a call for a part they believe is the problem that was ordered just to find they have had it for a week but never let me know. I have now started the process to enact Idaho’s Lemmon law which is a pain but at least the Jeep nightmare will end soon.

No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.

Don't trust Tim Yeates!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only will Tim back out on his own deals but he will continue to lie straight to your face. Started purchasing vehicle and was completing paperwork and went onto dealers website, and magically the vehicle is on there. When asked Tim states no that vehicle isn't on there, its still back in the lot and they haven't even detailed it or touched it since it came in the weekend before. Kind of funny mileage, color, and style is all the same. Wait the VINs match too. Don't lie to my face and then when we catch you state you didn't know that they put it up. Not only did he refuse to honor the original quote given prior to test drive but continued to say that dent/scratches and windshield weren't included in the quote. How come pictures were asked on the dent/scratches and windshield prior to the quote if they weren't going to be included. Duh they were and you just want a bigger commission. I will never work with Tim or the dealer again. They may have cheaper prices but only to lure people in so they can screw them on servicing. Good Luck Tim and hope you enjoy your commission. Dale Allen, I sure wish we could have worked with you instead, probably would have not been so disgruntled.

I will never buy a car from Wood River Motors again. I purchased a used car there in September 2012, the vehicle had over 100,000 miles so I confirmed with the salesperson that the 100,000 mile service had been performed, particularly the timing belt replacement. I was told, more than once, that the service had been performed. I found out a few months later when i had the car in a shop in Washington that the timing belt had never been replaced and was in very bad condition. I was lucky the other shop found it before it broke while I was driving. $900 later I had a new timing belt. I spoke with the salesperson and GM at Wood River Motors over the phone many times and they took no responsibility for lying to me about the 100,000 mile service being performed.
Turns out these guys are the stereotypical used car salesman. Take my word for it, buy your car elsewhere.
