I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude X from Dennis Dillon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had been debating between going to Peterson Stampede or Dennis Dillon, but the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right choice. I was greeted by Ramon, who is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met. He, along with his colleague David West, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and never once left me in the dark. I also had the pleasure of working with Mikey and Ben, who were both great to work with as well. The whole team made the experience enjoyable and easy from start to finish. The purpose of this review is not to be mean spirited, but to warn others about purchasing used vehicles from Lithia in Pocatello. I recently bought a 2016 Ford Edge. While on the test drive, I noticed the TPMS light was on. I asked the salesman if he would be willing to fix that if I decided to purchase it. He said no. I was willing to let that go and it ended up costing me $180.00 for new TPS sensors. Still no big deal because I felt like I got a fair deal on the car ($8000), which had 117,000 miles on it. A few days after I purchased the air conditioner compressor went out and it cost me $1500.00 to fix. After making my first payment, we had our first cold morning when I realized the heater didn't work. After fixing the heater ($300.00), the transmission went out (All Tran quoted a $6500.00 repair). I went into Lithia to talk with the manager and he told me lemon laws in Idaho don't apply to used vehicles and he refused to help me further. So my warning to you is DO NOT BUY from this dealership. They obviously don't check out their used vehicles before they sell them and they don't stand behind them in nightmare scenarios such as this. I can't believe they didn't know there were serious issues with this car. I'm guessing they just reset the codes and sent it out the door. VERY upset over this. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from Lithia in Pocatel

I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay

Our 2008 Toyota Tundra needed the 180,000 mile service done along with some other issues we were having.Pierce Auto Center’s service department performed excellent service on it.They also have a very friendly and helpful staff.We will definitely go back for future service needs and we highly recommend Pierce Auto Center to everyone else.

Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude over the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.

Don't trust Tim Yeates!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only will Tim back out on his own deals but he will continue to lie straight to your face. Started purchasing vehicle and was completing paperwork and went onto dealers website, and magically the vehicle is on there. When asked Tim states no that vehicle isn't on there, its still back in the lot and they haven't even detailed it or touched it since it came in the weekend before. Kind of funny mileage, color, and style is all the same. Wait the VINs match too. Don't lie to my face and then when we catch you state you didn't know that they put it up. Not only did he refuse to honor the original quote given prior to test drive but continued to say that dent/scratches and windshield weren't included in the quote. How come pictures were asked on the dent/scratches and windshield prior to the quote if they weren't going to be included. Duh they were and you just want a bigger commission. I will never work with Tim or the dealer again. They may have cheaper prices but only to lure people in so they can screw them on servicing. Good Luck Tim and hope you enjoy your commission. I will never buy a car from Wood River Motors again. I purchased a used car there in September 2012, the vehicle had over 100,000 miles so I confirmed with the salesperson that the 100,000 mile service had been performed, particularly the timing belt replacement. I was told, more than once, that the service had been performed. I found out a few months later when i had the car in a shop in Washington that the timing belt had never been replaced and was in very bad condition. I was lucky the other shop found it before it broke while I was driving. $900 later I had a new timing belt. I spoke with the salesperson and GM at Wood River Motors over the phone many times and they took no responsibility for lying to me about the 100,000 mile service being performed. Turns out these guys are the stereotypical used car salesman. Take my word for it, buy your car elsewhere.

I had one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences of my life with Young Automotive Group. I purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 for over $72,000, and the entire process, from payment to delivery, was disorganized, poorly communicated, and ultimately unacceptable. I mailed payment on January 30th. The dealership received it February 9th. Paperwork was completed and returned by February 13th, and I was told everything was good to go. What followed was weeks of delays, unclear timelines, and constant follow-ups on my end just to get basic updates. Delivery was a mess. I was given incorrect timelines, no clear communication, and my wife was left coordinating a late-night handoff around 9PM with two young children after multiple delays and missed calls from the transporter. We were also never clearly told that the transport company would not be taking the trade-in at the same time. When the truck finally arrived, there was no paperwork included as promised. I had to follow up days later just to get it emailed. Then came the most serious issue. The truck failed Maryland state inspection almost immediately due to a cut in the tire sidewall that had been covered with rubber tape and transmission fluid leak. I was explicitly told before purchasing that the transmission issues had been resolved with a replacement. That was clearly not the case. Despite all of this, I was forced to pay out of pocket to replace a damaged tire that should never have passed any inspection, let alone been sold on a $72,000 truck. I also made my first payment on this vehicle before I even had it in my possession. I escalated this to executive leadership, including the President and Vice President, and received no response. At the end of the day, I paid a premium price for what should have been a smooth, professional transaction. Instead, I dealt with poor communication, questionable vehicle condition, and zero accountability. Buyers beware, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
