Never have I had such a positive experience at a dealership. It started with something as simple as opening the doors for me, my wife and our baby girl in a stroller to get us out of the cold. From then on, it was nothing but courtesy, kindness and patience. Sam Badro was our client advisor and we are so glad he was there to open the door and welcome us. Sam right away knew what we were looking for and helped us navigate the vehicle selection process with ease and professionalism. He was so patient with us as we debated different product lines with a baby in the mix; his professionalism never wavered. He was so flexible with the purchase process over the course of the week making it feel like we were his only customer. He tended to our needs as family to get out to the dealership to pick up the car, even had it under a sheet with a bow! What a treat! He was always kind to our daughter. Even after the purchase, Sam was there for any questions we had. Sam is the epitome of white glove service. He is the reason we will always be customers of the dealership. As he opened the door for us in the beginning on day one, he was there to open the door for us to get in our fully detailed and inspected car, ready to drive home seven days later.
I also want to give a shout out to Stan. He was so patient with all my financing questions. He was a pleasure to work with and made a very detailed process fast and easy.
