I have 100% of my service on my 07 Mazda performed at Biggers Mazda. Mostly oil changes as I have followed Steve's advice with good results. In my opinion they have never tried to push anything. Both Steve and Jason listen and answer any questions I may have.

I had an appointment to bring my Mazda6 in for recall part, I asked how long it would take, they said about and hour and half, they were right on the money, it might have been ready sooner, wanted to know if I needed anything else to be checked out the gentlemen were polite and proficient. They even washed the car.

The price quoted for the oil change was $79.95 online. There is no mention of an $8 fee for shop supplies. This price should be included so that there is total transparency about what the cost for the oil change is. I would not have scheduled an appointment if I knew the cost was going to be $87.95 plus tax. This add on fee is deceptive on the part of the dealership. If you go to a restaurant and order a meal for $25 they do not come back later and add on $5 for restaurant supplies when you get your check. This is why car dealerships get a bad name. You should be upfront with your pricing and not have additional fees when it comes time to pay the bill. I left the McGrath Dealership feeling that I was cheated. Shame on you and your dealership for taking advantage of people.

We bought our vehicle with Anderson Nissan Mazda and decided to try the service there as well. I am so glad we did as the customer service we received was exceptional! On one occasion, my husband and I were 600 plus miles away and were having issues with our vehicle. I called service and spoke to Tyler who asked me a series of questions in response to what our issue was. He was able to give me information that set my mind at ease that what was happening would be very unlikely to cause problems on our trip back to IL. Upon our return to IL, we got the vehicle in and the issue turned out to be exactly what Tyler expected. Thankfully, just as he anticipated, it caused us no concerns on the way home. In addition, each time I set an appointment for service via the phone (basic maintenance and a recall) and each time I was at the dealership for service, Tyler was always friendly, kind and respectful. My husband and I have since moved from IL and oh how I wish we could have brought the Anderson Nissan Mazda staff with us! We truly appreciate the great service we got from this dealership. I would highly recommend them!

I took my vehicle here to be serviced for a recall which went fine. Also had them do spark plugs. They charged $180 per hour for labor. Which I could’ve had the same job done down the street for $120. I figured them being a Mercedes dealer I would pay the $180 for quality work which is the exact opposite of what was actually done to my vehicle. They left the rubber weather stripping for the hood laying on my engine. They did not snap the computer and wiring harnesses back together either. Basically just left parts of my engine compartment laying on top of my engine cover. I will never be returning to this dealership for service. Would not even trust them tightening a lug nut on my wheel after this experience.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
