We had an appointment scheduled with Julio Zamudio at 10:30 12-22-25. We walked in not really expecting to walk out a few hours later with a new XC60 but with the great help of Julio, and Pritesh Chaudhary we did. This is our fourth Volvo with McGrath and I must say that this was the first time I actually felt 100\% satisfied with the purchase. From beginning to end, they were exceptional. Sales at this dealership sucks. They are so unresponsive and unhelpful and their prices suck. They have some of the highest prices and aren't negotiable one bit. They don't even bother trying to accommodate you one bit. The general manager sends an email to you and when you respond he doesn't even bother responding to your questions. Can't imagine how many sales they have lost. I bought two previous vehicles from Patrick dealers but never again.

Akrim A. His thoughtfulness and genuine care averts disaster - medicine hat

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!! Interestingly, I did not end-up purchasing a vehicle from McLaughlin, as I live out of state and did not need to factor-in service, customer orientation, friendliness, trustworthiness, etc. I will end up servicing my vehicle locally here in Arizona. However, my experience with Brian Cox was nothing short of outstanding. As a sales leader myself, I am hyper-critical of the prototypical "salesy" car salesman. My experience with Brian was the opposite. He worked to be a trusted advisor, strove to ensure I had everything I needed to make an intelligent decision, and went the extra mile to ensure my experience with Volvos in general was top-notch. Brian is the kind of salesman I'd want to represent my company - in it for the customer rather than to pad his own pockets. He's just a good human being. Undoubtedly, he will (or likely already does) have an army of loyal customers who trust his advice and enjoy his friendly personality. Thank you, Brian. If I ever move within 100 miles of Moline, I guarantee I'll buy a vehicle at McLaughlin and join that army.

Left with more problems than I came in with - unhappynow

Came in with urgent airbag message and left with urgent airbag message, urgent ABS message, wipers that wont turn off (they just pulled the fuse and left it in the fuse box), and turn signals that don't work. All this is the result of them just doing a diagnostic scan. I can go back and have them look at it again for a minimum of $600 - no guarantees on what the final figure will be.
