What can I say? I have purchased many new and used cars over the years. The experience at Napleton Autowerks in Schererville has to be one of the best. Everyone I dealt with was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Can't say enough good things about Vince Fiore! Thank you for all your help and interesting conversations. Thanks to their commitment, I was able to purchase my first car without a co-signer. The business manager, Nadeem Baig was wonderful! Since this was my first purchasing experience, he explained every process and focused on what was best for me and my financial situation. Not only did their business department go above and beyond, but their sales consultant, Milton Bouger was amazing!!! I literally walked into this dealership twice and said, “I want to buy this car!”. I had the model and details built from the VW website. I never had to try so hard to buy a car in my life. After first being told they couldn’t order the car in the model I wanted, I went back in November for one last chance and was told they would call me when an SEL came in... this was in November... I’m still waiting for this phone call (mid Feb).
Meanwhile, I took the trip to Louisville in which they have 3 area dealerships, bought an SEL R-Line off the showroom floor within a few hours and saved money off the MSRP. This deal actually worked to my advantage even if D-Patrick had the SUV I wanted, but it’s a shame I had to drive to the next city to make the deal. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Bachman, from the degree the salesperson went through all their stock to make sure I saw all options to the long test drive.
Don’t even get me started on the D-Patrick “test drive” in which the salesman just drove around the parking lot. I was talked down to almost the entire time, it was a horrible experience.

Our sales rep Eric Batt was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He helped us make decisions and feel comfortable even though we were ordering our GLE Coupe 43. Making that big of a purchase sight unseen can be stressful but Eric made it a fun and pleasurable experience. We are happily settled in to the Mercedes brand and will never leave. Thanks Eric!
Underwhelmed - Nsaucedo
I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the Mercedes dealer, the waiting room was dirty there was no snack machine and I had missed my lunch I was getting faint waiting for my car to be finished. The parts department and the service department did not seem to communicate well and the price I was quoted on the phone with much less than the price quoted before the work started. I pointed it out they adjusted it to the original price makes me wonder what happens if you don’t pay attention otherwise the work was good. I probably will drive to Louisville next time.

My wife and I went in to Puchase a used Buick Encore. Our salesman, Jonathan, was great, he was courteous and friendly.
But once we got to the finance office is were the deal fell apart. The vehicle we wanted was 13,989.00 We ask for a payment around 300.00 for 60 months. They said the best they could do was 420.00 for 72 months. I ask the interest rate he told me 22%, but that price also included a 2 yr extended warranty and gap insurance, neither one, of which I ask for. I told them, i did not want the warranty! He said he would remove it and told me my new payment would be 350.18 a month, that's when I lost it. You see, although the payment is 70.00 less per month. That means, this dealer was charging me $5060.00 for a 2 ry warranty. That comes out to 40% of the total value of the car. I didn't even bother to ask about the gap insurance. I got up and walked out the dealership what they tried to do to us, was a complete scam/ripoff.. Please beware and ask to see ALL the number before you sign.

Drove 2 hours for service here. Had appointment for loaner car. They did not have any when I arrived. Had to get a ride around town from a driver (great guy), this is what I expect at my local Honda dealer. They did offer a rental car, but common. When service was done, no one told me, i was left waiting in the waiting room. I found out th ecar was done when i happened to look outside, and it was sitting there.
