Tonight we just purchased a brand new Mercedes-Benz SUV. This was our second purchase from Napleton Auto Group and this time was just as good as the first time. We worked with Jimmy Sysko, Mike Quinn and the General Manager Tony Turco each one did and excellent job getting us in our Beautiful SUV Coupe. The entire team worked to make us feel very special and they were very patient with our many questions. Brandon who is now in the Finance/Sales department was the salesmen that sold us our first Mercedes-Benz and that tells us they promote within and we can trust working with a team that does that. Tracy Harrington made the paperwork so easy she did great. Napleton thanks again for making us feel special again.

After prepayment for a key when I made the over 1 hour drive was told the title and dealer sales forms and the fact that I drove the car there does not mean I own the car and I could not have my property in which I payed for and own, also they will not refund the money, per Scott.

Purchased my car from previous owner of Mike Alsop Chevrolet. OnStar was installed and operational in the vehicle. Got an air intake system error, and was advised OnStar to take for repair immediately. Took to Alsop's multiple times and was sent on my way because they could find nothing wrong and to ignore the warning as a false computer reading. After getting error for the 4th or 5th time, I took it to Mike Raisor's in Lafayette and found within 4 hours of arrival that the air intake manifold had a large visible crack in it. I was given a loaner car while awaiting the part to arrive and to be installed. It was in in about a week and fixed the same day! Now that's what I call service.

I recently had some service done to my GL450 and upon picking it up I was told my suspension would be a little shaky but it’d even out sounded weird but after plunking down 2300 I was just happy to have my vehicle back so I didn’t think about it well a couple weeks later my front struts go bad after I call I’m told the technician said something about it but I didn’t pay for a inspection you’d think any dealer would do an inspection after taking 2300 from you but I guess not or at the very least tell me I’m gonna need another couple thousand to fix my front end but I guess not thanks a lot guys. The response is a complete lie I was never made aware of any additional issue nor and additional inspection needed to investigate said issue even asked the service advisor (Raymond) that released my vehicle to me about any additional issues they saw and he found nothing to that effect. The foreman saw fit to fix a totally unrelated oil pan but not make me aware of a suspension issue. Lying on the internet to save face is not the way if an advisor had indeed saw an issue there should have been some sort of note on the invoice if there is a charge for simple human decency I was not made aware of please give me a heads up

Drove 2 hours for service here. Had appointment for loaner car. They did not have any when I arrived. Had to get a ride around town from a driver (great guy), this is what I expect at my local Honda dealer. They did offer a rental car, but common. When service was done, no one told me, i was left waiting in the waiting room. I found out th ecar was done when i happened to look outside, and it was sitting there.
