Let's be honest. Historically speaking, the reputation of buying a vehicle from a dealership makes having a root canal without anesthesia first a no-brainer. Right? Well, Shelby at Castle Subaru completely changed that narrative for me.
There was a particular car I was looking for, and Castle Subaru had one available. The only challenge is... I live in California, and the vehicle was near Chicago, which meant that I would buy this vehicle sight unseen. (Huge Gulp!) The pressure was on because every similar vehicle across the country was selling fast, so I had to act with speed.
End of story. Shelby and I started discussing my unique situation, and that's when she took complete control of the process with integrity and attention to detail. We want an 8 passenger premium Ascent, 2021. We have a 2017 Forester to trade. Excellent credit. The salesman wants $500 to “look for a model. Vert very disappointed. Jake could have mentioned they go fast and we would have driven right over. Kirk totally blew us off.
