Best place to go for a low pressure experience. Jesse was a great low pressure salesman that was alot of fun to work with. Adam, the business manager was top notch. When this dealership says they will fix whatever goes wrong in the first 30 days is not a gimmick. The vehicle I purchased had an issue 4 days after buying, Adam was a man of his word and fixed the problem. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend and if I am ever in need of a vehicle again I would definitely go back.

They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.

I keep going back to Randy Kuehl because of John Geiger in the service department. The rest of the dealership is mediocre. John Geiger does not oversell. Explains needs in simple terms and knows his stuff. I don’t like to deal with anyone else. He’s extremely polite and gets things done. I can’t say that for the rest of the service/sales departments. Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. We bought a Lincoln that day and I couldn't be happier - thank you to the service department for detailing the car and a quick fix on the console for us. Appreciate you so much Sage!
