I can only speak for the service department. - barrett1944

I can only speak for the service department. Both times I have gone for an oil change I was in and out within 30 minutes. For that alone I think they were great.

The service department was very courteous and helpful. - flickering lights

The service department was very courteous and helpful. I told them my head lights flickered real bad at night and everything I read, said the pcm needed to be flashed or updated. Considering this was very Dangerous at night it would be repaired under warranty. I was charged $105.00 for my pcm to be updated and another $15.75 for shop supplies. Not for sure what shop supplies are used for one computer talking to another. Every where I have read about this problem, customer's were charged from free up to $30. Guess I was just lucky. Needless to say, as long as I don't need an autherized dealer to work on my car, I'll just do it myself or stick to my local small town mechanic.

We found an XT5, 2017 Cadillac that seemed to meet our requirements online. We even drove in from out of town. The first afternoon took nearly four hours of paperwork and waiting. We put down a deposit and made an appointment to return the next day, which we did. We met with the finance person who would not break down the administrative fee of $595.00 for us, which was upsetting. We simply wanted details on the items that made up the fee. Then we were shuffled off to a waiting room and waited for at least thirty minutes before we came out to sign more paperwork. We expected to receive two fobs for the car, but they only had one--for TWO of us buying the car! Wanted us to BUY the other one. We thought that was unfair, but it was late and so we left, with the car and only ONE fob, which needed a new battery within days. We are very unhappy, so I would caution against buying a used car from Randy Curnow. We had been thinking of buying another one, but will not do so now. Talked to a sales manager, and he was very rude, wanting us to drive back in to BUY a fob from their parts department. It's unsafe to have only one fob for two people owning a car, not to mention, inconvenient.

In my experience over the years, buying Volkswagen from - Shawna Marie

In my experience over the years, buying Volkswagen from Steven’s and Eddy’s they’ve always tried to accommodate my needs. Today’s purchase was by far my funnest experience, from the sales managers to the sales reps to even the finance manager. We bought a 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line and it is beyond perfect as previously owning a 2021 R-Line Tiguan Black Edition. Fantastic cars and great quality for the money spent. I would do it over a hundred times over. Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll see you guys soon for my newest upgrade. Thank you to Dallas, Kyle, Cannon and Austin and everyone else apart of making Wichita VW store greater than it already was!

Super Service! Jim Simmons took the time to explain the features of each car we looked at and answered all our questions. He was so friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all. In the end, we found the right car for us elsewhere, but we had such a great experience with Jim, we just had to recommend this place to others. It's a smaller lot, but good selection of cars and the prices seemed very reasonable.

I haven't yet taken delivery of my new Subaru from - Rick Rein

I haven't yet taken delivery of my new Subaru from McCarthy, so some might say this review is premature. However, I have come to terms as far as numbers (over the phone nonetheless) for a new Subaru Outback from McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence. Jerry Jordan went out of his way to make this a good experience for my wife and me. I feel the need to add that this review is being made by a person who sold new cars for more than seven years. He was upfront, personable, and more importantly, didn't play games or make me jump through hoops for a good deal. In this tight buying market, that's a refreshing break from the other dealerships that I reached out to. I would highly recommend McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence, and more specifically, Jerry Jordan! You'll be glad you did! I know that I am happy that I was fortunate enough to have him as our salesperson!

Since I live approx. 35 miles away from your dealership; I highly appreciate your loaner car option. This allows me to do some errands while in the Wichita area. When in the lobby, your receptionist Jen, makes the the experience pleasureful. She is a tremendous asset to your dealership! Also Kevin is awesome to work with. Without a doubt your people are the main reason I come to you for service. Rick Glaves

I am so happy to have consulted a Credit Specialist. - dunharry26

I am so happy to have consulted a Credit Specialist. I had many negative items on my credit, (late payments, hard inquiries, collections, card debts) which kept my credit score from getting better (657, 643 and 649. I could not access any loan so I started looking for ways to salvage my condition; I came across a 5 STAR REVIEW about JERRYLINK CREDIT GROUP on a credit forum. I looked them up and discovered they are highly rated. I contacted them via (jerrylinkgroup at gmail dot com). They helped me dispute all negative items and boosted my score to excellent across all three bureaus. Right now I have a clean profile with wonderful trade lines. I’m recommending their services to anyone in dire need of credit fix.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 Limited from - Jonb

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-250 Limited from Luxury Motor Car LLC on August 8, 2025. During the sales process, the tires were discussed and I was told they had some wear but were safe to drive home on. Within just one trip home (about 5 hours), three out of four tires suffered catastrophic tread separation/ballooning. I had to fight the steering wheel the entire drive and narrowly avoided serious accidents. This was not normal wear — it was unsafe. I immediately contacted my salesman when I got home. At first I offered to split the cost of new tires in good faith, but since then I’ve been completely ignored. No follow-up, no accountability, no customer service whatsoever. I’ve had to spend over $4,100 out of pocket for replacement tires and installation. As a veteran and someone who purchases multiple vehicles every year, I have never been treated with this level of disregard by a dealership. To be ignored after such a dangerous situation is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very cautious if you choose to do business here.

From my initial contact asking if the vehicle was still available to completing the sale, I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Hariom showed me the car and we took it on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very personable and low key. Shaktivir was also very low key, friendly and efficient in guiding me through the paperwork. A very pleasant experience to buy the vehicle I was seeking. I would highly recommend them if you are seeking a quality used vehicle.

Bought a cash car from them in 2022. - bchristman442

Bought a cash car from them in 2022. Paid higher end of Blue book value for a good clean car with low miles for the year. Allowed a long test drive. Buying experience was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. Have had the car over a year now and is still running strong. Would buy from them again.

Our two daughters both recently purchased 2025 Volkswagen - VW

Our two daughters both recently purchased 2025 Volkswagen Tiguans. Both Tiguans were of the same trim level and standard colors (no up-charge for special color). One daughter purchased hers through a dealership in Virginia and had it shipped to her. The other daughter purchased hers from Volkswagen of Topeka. The experiences between the two dealers were like night and day. The dealership in Virginia added several thousand dollars in fees and would not negotiate. Volkswagen of Topeka only had one reasonable dealer administrative fee that was not included in their advertised price. They also included a sunshade, roadside assistance kit, first aid kit, and VW valve stem caps at no extra charge. The paperwork was painless, and pickup was a breeze. This is the best new vehicle purchase experience our family has ever had. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. If we are ever in the market for another new Volkswagen, Volkswagen of Topeka will be our first, and highly likely, only stop.
