I called him and told him what I wanted and asked for a price within 10 minutes I get a call back with the price and the break down.. about 5 minutes later I call back about shipping cost and he provided me a price and I said let’s do it. Within 30 minutes of working with Keith , the deal was made. He has been amazing helping with any questions I have and even before my vehicle has arrived my blue link was set up and ready to go. I truly had a great car buying experience with him. As I just purchase on 6 Nov , I am waiting for all funding to be processed and for the car to be shipped here. But I highly recommend Keith Linton

Purchased a new Santa Fe and the intake hose to the turbo was not connected. Dealer refused to take responsibility since it was driven down from the Ohio store. Lol. Managers and general manager was a joke along with Hyundai customer service. Will never buy again.

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.

Like many car shoppers, I had done tons of research on pricing, models, and general vehicle information. I had prepared myself for a stereotypical dreaded sales experience that would be followed up by a terrifying experience with the finance person. My wife and I traveled to Don Franklin Hyundai in Nicholasville and were only there to test drive a vehicle. Our sales person, Courtney, immediately set an amazingly positive and transparent tone. She was easy to get along with and, despite me having my guard up, was very patient with us and never pressured us at any point. After our test drive, she found a vehicle in their inventory that met all the things we wanted and was at an incredible price. We honestly had no intention of buying that day since I wanted my wife to test drive a couple other vehicles from a few other dealerships. It was a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL. And no, this was certainly not a bait and switch. This was a genuine effort on her part to work with us and help us. Truthfully, she was more transparent, straightforward, and honest about all aspects including all the way through the sales process. I was simply blown away. I had communicated with about 10 different dealerships and she was easily the best person I had dealt with. No games, no gimmicks, just honest courtesy and a desire to help. Lastly, their finance person, for which I had great fear going in, made the final steps very straightforward. Didn't try to fight us or go 12 rounds. Overall this experience will be something that I will not forget. Seriously, this place is worth checking out and if you do, I can say that Courtney will not steer you wrong, The sales manager was also very respectful and nice as well. Thank you!

The worse dealership experience I have had in my life. Bought the $50000 truck from them, never received tags. The temp tags expired, couldn't get anyone to return my calls. Finally got someone to call me after emailing them. Instead of getting them to check on the issue, they tried to sell me a new truck?!?!?! When I ask for a manger, I got a secretary who said my tags where sent to a DMV 100 miles away. Teresa France wouldn't return my calls and it was her job to get me my tags. I have been polite and calm, yet now, I cant drive my truck to work because its illegal! This is the most ridiculous group of people I have ever dealt with. The truck is awesome, but lets be honest, they didn't make the truck, all they did was stroke your ego and get you to buy it with promises of a wonderful relationship and a dealer you can trust but drop you like a bad habit once you sign the paperwork. I will be sharing my experience with EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my 5th vehicle purchase in my lifetime and I had the best experience ever working with Jeff Duncan. It was like I was talking with a life long friend about what I wanted in a vehicle. He adds just the right amount of personal interaction, encouragement and humor to the car buying process. I am thankful Jeff was the one I ran into first when I visited Linwood. Also need to mention Lacey in the financing/contract department. Her friendly attitude, competence and efficiency helped make the purchase process comfortable.
