Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

There was a mandatory recall on my company vehicle. The service department scheduled my visit at my convenience so I could wait and get back on the road. They started the work on time and it took as long as they said it would. Every commitment that they made was kept. Very easy to work with.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I will say they didn't say anything about what my car needs. When I checked the paperwork, I noticed that it under "requires immediate attention" was an alignment for $99.95 and a wheel balance and tire rotation for $48.80. Both were marked as declined, "Reason not Selected." Well, the actual reason is, no one mentioned it. But anyway, there is no sheet showing what was out of alignment and the car drives straight. They usually check that in the drop off lane, and I don't remember seeing them do that. Maybe they did it somewhere else. Next is the tire rotation. It was brought in for a tire rotation. I paid for a tire rotation. Why do I have a sheet saying I need a tire rotation. As for the wheel balance, the car drives fine, no vibration, etc. On the multi-point inspection sheet, wheel balance was marked as "Not Inspected." Okay... then how do we know we need a balance. Additionally, the tire wear patterns were marked as "not inspected." My thing is, for the person that doesn't know any better, they may see those red X's and go back in and start paying for all of that stuff. But, none of it was needed.

the owner and manager of this place are idiots, you would think they know at least something about repairs but they are clueless, clueless about everything expect talking you into signing a paper. The parts people here huff or puff anytime you ask for anything or speak a word to them. However they have a good service write Ricky, he’s always on point and polite. Not sure how he had stayed around these uneducated jerks!! But thank you Ricky for always taking care of us!
Drive It - Hunk of Junk
I wish I could say otherwise, but, I am so unhappy with my recent purchase with your dealership. I have had one major problem with my vehicle leading up to my 02/13/2019 day of service with Big M Chevrolet. I was advised by Jason only to, "Drive it." Well, I do drive it. The vehicle now has roughly 6,000 miles on it and I am sometimes scared to drive it, especially with my children in it. I am embarrassed to start my vehicle when anyone is outside of it, because of how awful it sounds. I am fearful at red lights and stop signs, because the vehicle may or may not start again and accelerate forward in motion. When I finally reach my destinations and go to place the vehicle in "park", the engine will sometimes "start" again. I wish I did have anything nice to say about my Chevrolet purchase and encourage everyone to purchase a Chevrolet Cruze but I don't. I started having problems with the vehicle before my first car payment was due. I've gone to other Chevrolet dealerships and right away they were able to hear a problem, but Big M has just sort of wrote me off and made me feel stuck in a defective vehicle.

The sales side of this dealership is good, and in the past the service has been acceptable. Recently had a very unpleasant experience with the service department, however. Not answering phones, not returning voicemails, left my girlfriend stranded for 7 hours in their waiting room and misled her about the status of what should have been a simple repair.

Took my car there when it developed a coolant leak. I mentioned I paid $2200 extra for the extended warranty and asked if the $100 deductible would be all that I'd be required to pay, considering that's what the warranty papers say. They said yes, they'd take care of everything else. Then they decided to charge me extra because they do not charge by the labor guide, they over charge. When I argued with Gina, the manager, her response was "It's not fair to our technicians" but apparently it was fair for them to lie to me. Every other dealership I've spoken with said these guys overcharge on their labor. Will never do business with them again.

I bought a Chevrolet Trax from Jack Shelton. He went above a beyond. He was very courteous and polite. Everyone was on point there at the dealership. I got there to pick up the car, he already had it detailed and ready to go. On top of that he went and answered any questions that I had and help me set up my On Star. All I’ve got to say is it was a 10 Star rating in my book. Everywhere you go they seem to be pushy because they are there to make money. It was an enjoyable buy. Thanks, Jack Shelton for everything!!

Sent a friend to Hatfield with a red 92/Chevy/Corvette/ 2DR CPE 80,000 miles. $1486.43 later stated on receipt, after replacing several parts, found vehicle has too much corrosion in wiring and components can not repair vehicle. After taking the car to CROWES MASTER TECH 1200 N BROADWAY spending $500.32, Found and replaced faulty ignition control module, performed oil lube and filter service , changed engine oil, replaced engine oil filter, lubed chassis and topped off washer fluid and preformed 26 point courtesy inspection. Sales sucked! They are so confused about what they are selling and doing! Service even worse!! My young pregnant daughter took her car in to have recalls fixed on it. Before going in car drove just fine. When recalls were done being fixed she had to go immediately to work and her car was shaking going 20mph. Came out of work and her tire was destroyed with two large punctures in the tire. Luckily she didn't have a blow out going down the road. Went to big m to talk about what happened and they pretty much blow it off said they never lifted her car, called my daughter a lier and said they had no part in it and it just happens sometimes.
