I had a great time buying my new Audi, my salesperson Kenneth Chang was fantastic. He helped me though the process with an unbiased opinion of the product and offered immediate follow up, unlike the 3 previous dealerships I had visited. The car I purchased is like new, still has some factory packaging on it! Overall a great experience I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get into an Audi.

My experience with Audi of Bethesda has been a seamless, easy, and pretty stress free experience. I also bought my Audi Q5 basically over the phone (I live in Charlottesville, VA). I worked with Bryan Mukhin, he is an Audi Brand Specialist, and I feel so grateful that he was there to help me through this process. Bryan also delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping the car. Prior to working with Bryan at Audi of Bethesda, I called and spoke with several dealerships in Northern Virginia, and North Carolina (I needed to buy my new Audi from a USAA certified dealership). What made me choose to work with Audi of Bethesda was how upfront and honest Bryan was when we were working on the price of the car and how much everything was going to cost. I also worked with Simone Durbin in finance and she helped me pick out the service plans that fit my needs. The whole process was no pressure, I have finished the car buying process feeling like I got a fantastic deal on my brand new Audi Q5! Bryan Mukhin was knowledgeable, not pushy, helpful, and extremely courteous! I feel so lucky that he was the Audi Brand Specialist that took my sales call! Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here I did visit this place last Saturday and dealt with Imo. This man was extremely helpful. He not only made this process of purchasing a vehicle stress free but was very attentive when I told him what I needed. After I left he followed up with me to let me know if I changed my mind on what I was looking for or if I found another vehicle on their site to just let him know and he would set up some time to show it. On Monday I did purchase a vehicle but once again it was somewhere else and that salesman literally was handed a sale because Imo was so thorough with all my options on Saturday I already knew what to expect. After I made the purchase I was sad to call Imo because Saturday he worked so hard to help me. Not only that but he had already called to follow up to see if I found something on their website I liked. But unlike my pass experience with sales people they tend to be defensive Imo actually was the exact opposite he not only congratulate me on my purchase but he asked me if I was in the area to swing by to see my new ride. That right there made my experience with this dealership worth the 5 stars. Ourisman of Frederick you all are truly lucky to have a wonderful salesman who displays amazing customer service skills and that personal connection with customers. That goes along way and I even told Imo how impressed I was because a lot of times finding good people with those skills you can’t really teach is difficult. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!!

I haven't even been there yet, and I'm getting the feeling they'd rather I didn't. I would be a new customer, and the online service scheduling tool is horribly complicated, and the person on the phone couldn't see her way to scheduling my appointment unless I gave her the VIN (because it would help her know if there were recalls). That would be terrific if I was sitting in my car making the appointment, but not very helpful otherwise. The Audi Hunt Valley "Service" department could do a little better with their upfront customer "service."

I traveled from the Richmond VA area to purchase an Audi A6 TDI . Chris Tarsa and Tim Ellis were excellent in the sales process. All initial interaction was done over the phone due to the distance. Chris said he did not want to meet my expectations but exceed them which was done. I purchased a new 2016 TDI which had been on the lot for close to 3 years. They did a beautiful job of properly detailing the A6 to meet my very discerning eye. I have purchased a number of vehicles and this experience was the best in my history. It was a pleasure to deal with a team that was honest, up front and to the point.
