I was in the last year of my lease when I saw the amazing new Blazer. Both Jerome and Trumane went through the levels of Blazers available to me feature by feature and explained the differences between the base level, the premier and the RS. Calvin then broke down the numbers and explained my options and looked out for me on what was the best deal. I get sooooo many compliments on my new Blazer and all 3 employees played a role in the great experience I had while making a decision.
This is my 4th vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership and this team and I will keep on coming back!

My husband and I just purchased a 2019 Silverado from this dealership. A few words about them: Exceptional customer service, well trained sales team, lots of trucks to choose from. We were driven to three locations where trucks are stored to pick the one we wanted. I was like a kid in a candy store. Josh Oh, our sales rep is ONE OF THE BEST we have ever worked with. Josh was eager to please and he made us feel like part of the family. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He even called a day or so later to make sure we were still happy. I had a bad experience/problem with my Kia that I was trading in for a 2019 Buick Encore Boyle was very good at putting me to ease, Dan my salesman from Boyle took care of me right from the start I felt very comfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! In September 2019 I bought a used 2015 Land Rover LR4 from Hertrich of Easton, marking the 21st vehicle I have purchased. As an experienced and discerning buyer who comes from a family of car dealers and salespersons, I'm surprised to be writing a review of my experience. But the exceptional experience that I had deserves to be recognized to help assure other shoppers of the service they can expect at this dealership.
The salesman, Storm Sullivan, was personable, professional, honest, and authentic. He quickly arranged for same day transfer of the vehicle so that I could drive from out of town to see it. Without request, he sent photos to confirm it's arrival at his location, reassuring me I wouldn't waste a drive to the wrong place.
Mr. Sullivan also arranged for the vehicle to be detailed and awaiting my arrival, unlike all other used vehicles I recently checked out. All copies of the car history and other helpful documents were ready when I arrived. During the transaction, Storm was forthright, honest, and fair with me. We quickly agreed on appropriate pricing for the trade-in and vehicle transaction, and he swiftly expedited the financing and other required paperwork. While documents were being signed, Storm fueled up the new ride and transferred the license plates so it was ready to go for a long ride home. First thing the next morning, Storm continued his supreme service levels by emailing additional papers I had requested and confirming that he located the spare key and it was being shipped overnight.
I'm admittedly a highly critical and an excessively frequent car buyer who despises the typical process. However, this experience was ideal and the customer service provided by Mr. Sullivan was exceptional. I highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Sullivan to other shoppers.
Amazing Service Dept! - lakemate
Traveling thru the area and 150 miles from my destination (so no prior relationship) and needed help with a Chevrolet diesel deceleration! Called ahead and was told to come on in! The tech and service manager stayed over an hour past closing to help me. I was already bracing myself that I would have to leave the truck and come back. Was fortunate to have family an hour and a half away that came to my rescue just in case. Repairs made! It would be worth buying from them just for the superior customer service in the service dept! So grateful!

Manager was very disrespectful and didn’t appreciate me as a person, just another body. I’ve bought three trucks from Anderson but no more, the manager was very cold in his approach and not appreciative when I spent an extra 2500 for extra warranty and accessories..If I had it to do over again I would of not bought the truck there probably should of walked away and found another dealer or manager that cared.

My wife and I bought a 2016 Yukon Dinali XL which Dickard for I think right around $85,000.
This is the top-of-the-line trim package so it came with all the bells and whistle‘s including LED taillights. Well my tail lights on the rear passenger side stopped working the service department tells me will cost me $1000 repair to replace the LED lights that it came with from the factory. So we all know LED lights are supposed to last year’s and years and years way longer than any traditional lightbulb why is it my 1996 Toyota T 100 still has the original working lightbulbs in it this vehicle is three years and five months old since we bought it brand new off again and the LED lights are not working and stead of being a simple Bob for three dollars at an auto parts store GM decided to put in $1000 LED assembly which the so we all know LED lights are supposed to last years and years and years way longer than any traditional lightbulb why is it my 1996 Toyota T 100 still has the original working light bobs in at this vehicle is three years and five months old since we bought it brand new off again and the LED lights are not working and stead of being a simple Bob for three dollars at an auto parts store GM decided to put in $1000 LED assembly which the cheapest you could even find online is around $500 for aftermarket most likely. I am completely disappointed in the quality of lights that they would install and this American made vehicle there’s no way in xxxx an LED assembly should cost $1000 and there’s no way in xxxx an LED assembly should go by bad after just such few hours of use. I waited to write this review and hopes that GM would contact me an offer to fix this where is zero out-of-pocket costs they have yet to do so so I’m going to leave a one star review everywhere I can as often as I can this is totally ridiculous to have a customer have to pay up $1000 for just one set of lights on one corner of the vehicle and again after only three years of owning this.
