I purchased my brand-new car in December of 2019. I also financed a service contract. Since then, my car has continued to run excellently. I'm prompted for regularly scheduled services (approx. every 5,000 miles). After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time, I was immediately checked in. I choose to wait for the service. While waiting, I am provided with a text number where I can check on the status. The work is regularly completed within an hour and a half. All of the costs have been covered by my contract. All the personnel from the check-in until the delivery after service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There are service locations closer to me, but I greatly appreciate the service that I get at Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville.

Our situation wasn’t easy, but she made sure we drove off in exactly what we wanted—our Cadillac Escalade. She teamed up with sales manager Carlos, who took his time and worked the deal in our favor. Not only did we get the truck we wanted, but he got our payment even lower than expected. They both went above and beyond—no shortcuts, no pressure, just real effort. Honestly, this kind of customer service is rare these days. Most dealerships make you feel like just another number—but not here. Shelby and Carlos actually care and it shows. We couldn’t be happier. I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

He is very attentive and always aiming to please. He follows up on new sales and checks in with customers to see if they need anything. Inquiries are handled quickly and satisfactorily. I feel like he is my personal salesman! He is definitely my “go to” when I need anything!
