He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I bought a car here and brought it back for the service every time because of this. They are honest and upfront. The reliability of the car exceeded my expectations, I had it for 180,000 + miles with hardly any maintenance except for oil changes. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Recieved 1 car key and it broke in a month would not replace. Manager told me that they don't service used cars when they come in. With that my car could have had a lot of problems.
