Stephanie Spindler is the perfect for the service industry in that she is always courteous and goes beyond expectations in dealing with the customer. On the last visit, she reminded me I was due for a free oil change, made sure a tire rotation was included and capped the visit by setting me up with a 1-year free trial with On-Star, which now enables me to use my Buick app. Oh, and she got me out of there within an hour. Stephanie is the reason I keep coming back to Heritage for service.

Bad Attitude - Looking for used Hyundai
My wife and I drove an hour to see a used 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. We were very interested in the car.
In a matter of less than 10 minutes we turned around and went home. In all our years, we have never experienced such a poor attitude in a sales person.
If you are looking for a dealership that really cares about your buying experience, look elsewhere.
Overpriced service and damage to car - Cindy0413
Took my yukon xl in to be looked at. Service dept said transmission needed to be replaced and quoted $4900. Twice the going rate. When I picked the vehicle up the windshield had a crack going all the way accross. They said it was like that when it came in, which is completely untrue. Loved the vehicle and will now be buying a new one just NOT from wilkins.

Salesmen-GREAT!/Finance-HORRIBLE! - Laxman
The bottom line is the dealership was great, the salesmen (Mike Kniskern/Dan Fuqua) were great, and the friendliness was great! The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating was the finance guy, Jason, I believe. No mean No means NO!!!!! When I say I don't want to purchase this additional plan or that additional plan or extras to protect my car, DROP IT! I finally had to tell him that if he didn't drop the subject and the pressure, I'm walking out and he'd be the cause for the deal failure. He STILL ADDED and I quote, "Ok but you're really missing out some extra protections". I finally stood up and said I'M DONE. He apologized and didn't say another word.
I'd purchased the extra windshield protectant and the paint protectant on my last GMC. IT DOESN'T WORK. Honor your customers instead of harassing them.

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.

Please if you need repair on your vehicle stay away from this place. I promise you when you go too fix one problem you will come out with 4 problems that you never had on your vehicle. I came here for a diagnostic stayed for 6 hours from 10:15am- 4pm. Nia the lady that works there charged me $500 in total to do a diagnostic, clean my throttle and reprogram. She didn't explain anything to me but asked me to pay before my vehicle was finish. When I got my vehicle the engine was shacking so bad while driving found out the thing that the timing belt goes around was not put back on properly. I called the shop and told them when I went to get gas and turned the vehicle off the car wouldn't start and nia had the nerves to ask me to come back and leave it for a whole day. What was the point in me coming to get a diagnostic in the first place and then charge me for not fixing my GMC. I work hard for my money if you knew they didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle and claim that the problem is cleaning of the throttle body will solve the problem the then be honest and say we don't know and let me take my car and money else where. I'm starting to believe the shop kept my car for 6 hours to steal parts off my vehicle

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. These are Great people at a Great dealership!
I expected to be treated well when I was buying.
And at most dealers after you buy the car the honeymoon is over.
It is not that way at Anchor!
A few weeks after I bought my car I had some questions.
I went in to ask and was sure that I would get the "I've never heard of that before routine" But that didn't happen.
They really listened to what I was saying. And had answers that made sense. No double talk, no run around. They even called me a day later to make sure I felt confident that their answers were correct.
At 800 miles I had a warranty issue. (1st year car and I expected some things to be amiss.)
I saw the problem on a Friday and got there at 5:30pm, and the service dept closes at 6. I was hoping they would at least look at it and get it in the shop the following week.
To my surprise they not only looked at it and saw the problem. They put me in a really nice loaner and ordered the parts. I don't know how they got parts delivered by Monday but they did it.
Tuesday I was driving my baby again.
The service mechanics are top notch also. They fixed it correctly and in one shot. I know for a fact this was a 6 hour job at any shop. But they didn't rush it out the door just to get it done. They took care not to leave me with any new problems while working on my car. Nothing has seemed more important to them than my satisfaction. And I'm still smiling 13 months later.
When I bought my car from Anchor I didn't realize I was getting more than just the car.
It's a great feeling knowing that.

We have purchased 4 cars at Sharrett over the last several years as well as visiting numerous other dealers.Sharrett is by far the most customer oriented of any we have ever dealt with.Our salesman(Paul Melville)was most attentive and interested in us getting the car and deal we wanted.Everyone at this dealership was most friendly and helpful and I beiieve this attitude starts at the top and shows what the "shopping for a car"experience should be! Believe me, I have bought many cars over the years from many different dealers and many of them could take a lesson from Paul and his sales manager on customer relations!
