I came into the dealership because my Tuscon with 215,000 miles was not running well on Interstate 70. Dan Painter helped me purchase a new Elantra, he was very helpful and presented me with multiple options before I decided that the Elantra was the best deal for me. I am from Lusby, MD that is two hours away from the dealer and I was not prepared to buy a car that day but that was no problem. I mailed the Title and keys to the old car to Dan. He was very understanding and helpful, this is the third Hyundai that I have purchased and all the experiences have been great. Thanks to all who helped me at Ideal.

I had a bad experience/problem with my Kia that I was trading in for a 2019 Buick Encore Boyle was very good at putting me to ease, Dan my salesman from Boyle took care of me right from the start I felt very comfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! Manager was very disrespectful and didn’t appreciate me as a person, just another body. I’ve bought three trucks from Anderson but no more, the manager was very cold in his approach and not appreciative when I spent an extra 2500 for extra warranty and accessories..If I had it to do over again I would of not bought the truck there probably should of walked away and found another dealer or manager that cared.

My wife and I bought a 2016 Yukon Dinali XL which Dickard for I think right around $85,000.
This is the top-of-the-line trim package so it came with all the bells and whistle‘s including LED taillights. Well my tail lights on the rear passenger side stopped working the service department tells me will cost me $1000 repair to replace the LED lights that it came with from the factory. So we all know LED lights are supposed to last year’s and years and years way longer than any traditional lightbulb why is it my 1996 Toyota T 100 still has the original working lightbulbs in it this vehicle is three years and five months old since we bought it brand new off again and the LED lights are not working and stead of being a simple Bob for three dollars at an auto parts store GM decided to put in $1000 LED assembly which the so we all know LED lights are supposed to last years and years and years way longer than any traditional lightbulb why is it my 1996 Toyota T 100 still has the original working light bobs in at this vehicle is three years and five months old since we bought it brand new off again and the LED lights are not working and stead of being a simple Bob for three dollars at an auto parts store GM decided to put in $1000 LED assembly which the cheapest you could even find online is around $500 for aftermarket most likely. I am completely disappointed in the quality of lights that they would install and this American made vehicle there’s no way in xxxx an LED assembly should cost $1000 and there’s no way in xxxx an LED assembly should go by bad after just such few hours of use. I waited to write this review and hopes that GM would contact me an offer to fix this where is zero out-of-pocket costs they have yet to do so so I’m going to leave a one star review everywhere I can as often as I can this is totally ridiculous to have a customer have to pay up $1000 for just one set of lights on one corner of the vehicle and again after only three years of owning this. I was sold a rusty truck brand new. The owner and dealership is doing nothing about it. They only blame General Motors.
This truck is 3 months old and nothing has been resolved.

Called multiple times and the only choice was to leave a message and someone would get back to you. Left several messages and no return call. How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star.
