Bought a car during these uncertain times, from another state which added complexity. Araibyn handled the deal like a true pro. As soon as I said I wanted more information on the vehicle he immediately sent over a personal video of the inside and outside, and asked me to request any further video or pictures I desired. When I arrived the staff were courteous ,as well as safe and fully masked for my protection. The finance team was fantastic, and everyone at the dealership was super friendly. I drove 5 hours to get there and when I need a new car for my wife, I'll be happy to do it again.

I hit the road for the beaches of the east coast after the recent service with great confidence and joy - while my friends in the backseat exclaimed: "What a smooth ride!" He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I bought a car here and brought it back for the service every time because of this. They are honest and upfront. The reliability of the car exceeded my expectations, I had it for 180,000 + miles with hardly any maintenance except for oil changes. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Called multiple times and the only choice was to leave a message and someone would get back to you. Left several messages and no return call. How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?

I did not have a good experience. The financial department is a MESS. They couldn't fit me in to sign my lease when I was there to purchase so I had to go back the next day. It was a rushed and hurried process. About a month later I initiated contact because I hadn't received any paperwork in the mail from GMC. Once I was able to connect with the finance manager, he couldn't give me a straight explanation but told me I need to go back in and sign a new lease. At that time he also told me a payment would be waived. When I went and signed the new lease on 8/14, he put the original date of the first lease on the paperwork. Then told me I owe 2 months payments for August and September, which I gave him and asked him to put in writing and sign. GMC contacted me in September to tell me I owed my lease payment. When I contacted the finance manager again he told me yes I owe September and said the two months I gave him were for July and August. I asked why he didn't collect my first month payment in July when I signed the first lease and he didn't have any explanation for any of it.
I was also told by the sales person that they couldn't find the spare key for my car and that he is looking for it because if he can't find it, he will be responsible for the cost of it. Needless to say, I still don't have the spare key and I've had the car for almost 3 months.
I will not use this dealership again.

We have purchased 4 cars at Sharrett over the last several years as well as visiting numerous other dealers.Sharrett is by far the most customer oriented of any we have ever dealt with.Our salesman(Paul Melville)was most attentive and interested in us getting the car and deal we wanted.Everyone at this dealership was most friendly and helpful and I beiieve this attitude starts at the top and shows what the "shopping for a car"experience should be! Believe me, I have bought many cars over the years from many different dealers and many of them could take a lesson from Paul and his sales manager on customer relations!
