I should have known better than to come back again. After taking my car elsewhere for nearly two years, I decided to give them a try again. They had my vehicle for 3 days for an oil change and stabilitrak light. Mileage at time of drop off was the same as the mileage at time of pickup. I called Wednesday and all day Thursday to check the status of my car because I hadn't heard from anyone. I left message with my advisor and with the manager. No return call. Friday after calling first and being unable to reach anyone, I physically drove the rental car I had since Wednesday to ask about my vehicle after about 30 min of standing there, the advisor told me that they could not duplicate the problem because I didn't have gas and that they needed to get gas. So I had a rental car for 3 days and nobody could return my call to update me on the status of the car or tell me this?? I asked them to tell the mechanic to try to drive it one more time and asked if I should take it for gas... I also told them that I didn't realize it wasn't gas in it and the gas light hadn't come on. I was advised that they would tell them this, but this is not what occurred. When I got the car back, I had very little gas, however the gas light was not on and did not come on for my trip approximately 4 miles to the gas station-- so there was at least enough gas in the vehicle to drive it around the block to test the issue. When I left the car dealer, approximately 200 feet out of the parking lot, the problem occurred. The problem occurred at least 5 times in my trip from the dealer to the Gas station within 4 miles. Someone owes me for a 3 day rental!! There is no reason that i shouldn't have at least received a phone call stating we cannot test your car on the first day that I dropped it off. What makes matters worst is that I persistently called left messages for my advisor and the manager of the service department but nobody bothered to call me back. Don't waste your time, don't come here. I'll go back to taking the drive to GMC Koons in Clarksville! Then to make matters worst I ended up paying over $100 for an oil change that I had a coupon for $69.95... So an oil change with a rental car ended up costing about $300... Please listen... don't waste your time. You will regret it.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Jake, was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the product line, as well as cars in general. He helped me with my decision process. When I first came in a month or so ago I wasn't sure if I wanted a Pickup, an SUV or a Sedan. He was patient and never pushy. He helped me see the pros and cons of each option and in the end he helped me make the right decision for me and my family.

Disappointing customer service. When we decided to have the truck towed because we were unable to pay the quoted $8,000 - $10,000 repair work, they were extremely difficult to work with. Would not allow us to pay over the phone for the inspection service and refused to help the tow company locate the truck they parked on their lot. Very disappointed.

Grant Williams, Jordan Newman and Chris Reynolds were super cooperative with my particular needs: I booked a one way flight from Tennessee to Washington D.C. so that I could drive our new Equinox home myself. I wanted to break-in the brakes, the camshaft and seat the piston rings with some proper procedures. When we first found the vehicle we wanted, Lexington Park reserved it for us without even a down payment or some "good faith" money. This dealership went the extra mile and then some to accommodate my unusual requests. Chris picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. This is a good place to buy a car.

Had the worst experience with JT the manager and Dan the finance guy. No one at this place communicates well nor is honest or has any integrity. I'm sure half of the reviews here are fake so buyer beware.

I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

I had a bad experience/problem with my Kia that I was trading in for a 2019 Buick Encore Boyle was very good at putting me to ease, Dan my salesman from Boyle took care of me right from the start I felt very comfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! Definitely a dealership for a lifetime for me.

How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?
