I had a bad experience/problem with my Kia that I was trading in for a 2019 Buick Encore Boyle was very good at putting me to ease, Dan my salesman from Boyle took care of me right from the start I felt very comfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! Definitely a dealership for a lifetime for me.

Found the 2019 Acadia SLE-2 that I wanted online. Went in and worked with salesman, Rory Zack who showed us all of the features the Acadia had to offer and answered all my questions. We worked out a deal on my trade and then met with Khy in finance. I was in and out under 3 hours. Rory and Khy were friendly and worked an incredible deal. Would highly recommend.

Slow service - Buick1234
I got a flat on my way home. I have no spare and, had my car towed to a dealer I have a tire warranty that I purchased through the dealer and, after speaking with the warranty people, I was informed that if I took it to a dealer they would pay them directly. Wilkins took a full week to get my car back to me. I was told my tire would be in on Wednesday and, come Wednesday... I was told that it would be in Thursday. I was told that I was to pay for the tire upfront, when that was not the case. They just needed to set up a W9 to receive direct payment from the company they sell these tire/wheel warranties through. It shocked me that this wasnt already set up, as I bought the warranty from a Buick dealer.
The gentleman that I was working with went on vacation when they had my car, so... I called for updates several times with no response. And, finally when my car was done... they essentially held my vehicle hostage until they received payment from the companycompany- although they knew the payment was coming, it delayed because of their failure to send a W9 and, inform the company of how they'd prefer to receive payment. My request for a loaner car was also denied. I asked if I could just pick up my vehicle, since they knew payment was coming but delayed at their fault, Iwas told n. Although, when I requested to speak to a manager about a loaner car, since payment was delayed at no fault of my own... I was told just come get my car.

I made an appointment with Jacob Camacho who was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and the consummate professional. He worked through my list of must haves and asked lots of questions to be sure he wasn't missing anything.
When I thought the whole experience couldn't get better in comes Korey Matthews, the Manager.
We worked through several different cars and Jacob and Korey fought hard to get the right deal for me and an awesome "big truck" that suits me perfectly.
I have purchased many cars in my 60 years and truly have NEVER had a more fun experience.
I would recommend this dealer and Jacob and Korey to everyone looking for a car and wanting to be treated with kid gloves!

The bottom line is the dealership was great, the salesmen (Mike Kniskern/Dan Fuqua) were great, and the friendliness was great! The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating was the finance guy, Jason, I believe. No mean No means NO!!!!! When I say I don't want to purchase this additional plan or that additional plan or extras to protect my car, DROP IT! I finally had to tell him that if he didn't drop the subject and the pressure, I'm walking out and he'd be the cause for the deal failure. He STILL ADDED and I quote, "Ok but you're really missing out some extra protections". I finally stood up and said I'M DONE. He apologized and didn't say another word.
I'd purchased the extra windshield protectant and the paint protectant on my last GMC. IT DOESN'T WORK. Honor your customers instead of harassing them.
Very unprofessional and POOR SERVICE - decamp
I am not happy or pleased with the service my husband and I have received. Our truck has had issues for a year now and accrued new damages, interior and exterior, from their "Body Shop". When we asked their Manager about fixing the damages they stated there is nothing they can do with no effort made. I purchased this truck BRAND NEW in 2017 and it is still under warranty. I even went as far to contact GMC's corporate office. They do NOT practice proper work ethics and no integrity with the customers when issues arise with the vehicles.

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.

I purchased a used 2010 f150 lariat 4x4 in February of 2017, the dealership said this was a awesome truck everything was inspected top to bottom, ok awesome I bought the truck now 14k miles later I'm broken down on the side of the road, and of course my warranty is gone. So i called the dealership and told them, They told to kick rocks! Your warranty is gone so we can't do nothing for you, they told me they can recommend someone, and they laughed, so I have made 3 payments on the truck and have many more to come and this what I get! I will never ever recommend this dealership to No One I will tell them to stay clear of these people they will get you for your money and you will be dead to them, they don't care, you sell crap You get crap results. xxxx you hertirch chevy of Easton, maryland, poor service! keep doing the work ripping people off! This dealership doesn't deserve a half a star nor should it be a outlined star. You deserve nothing , the only reason you got star was so I could submit this, it wouldn't allow to submit if I didn't give a star for the service, this dealership doesn't deserve a star!

I expected to be treated well when I was buying.
And at most dealers after you buy the car the honeymoon is over.
It is not that way at Anchor!
A few weeks after I bought my car I had some questions.
I went in to ask and was sure that I would get the "I've never heard of that before routine" But that didn't happen.
They really listened to what I was saying. And had answers that made sense. No double talk, no run around. They even called me a day later to make sure I felt confident that their answers were correct.
At 800 miles I had a warranty issue. (1st year car and I expected some things to be amiss.)
I saw the problem on a Friday and got there at 5:30pm, and the service dept closes at 6. I was hoping they would at least look at it and get it in the shop the following week.
To my surprise they not only looked at it and saw the problem. They put me in a really nice loaner and ordered the parts. I don't know how they got parts delivered by Monday but they did it.
Tuesday I was driving my baby again.
The service mechanics are top notch also. They fixed it correctly and in one shot. I know for a fact this was a 6 hour job at any shop. But they didn't rush it out the door just to get it done. They took care not to leave me with any new problems while working on my car. Nothing has seemed more important to them than my satisfaction. And I'm still smiling 13 months later.
When I bought my car from Anchor I didn't realize I was getting more than just the car.
It's a great feeling knowing that.
