I recently had an unexpected problem with my car and decided to take it to Apple Ford. With no appointment, they took my car and accommodated me instantly. Everyone was extremely professional and honest throughout my visit. Especially, the service manager, Curtis Ford. He did everything in his power to help me and for that I’ll be recommending and using this dealership from here on out!

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

So I stopped coming to this dealer for service after the poor service I received the last 2 times I was here. The 1st of the 2 someone stole the money out of car .I called and I was told to stop by they will replace it. 10 $ really . The 2nd time was just way to long for an oil change.so after a year I decided to give it another shot. Due to covid the quick lane office is not open so I called to to figure out where to go as I was outside and there is no signs or ppl to help. The young lady instructed me to drive up to the door where there was a rubber hose, I said to her there is a suv coming out of the door and she said yes thats it. Once inside the service lady was on my back abkut coming in the door the wrong way and was not trying to here what I was saying. She has a very rude attitude at this point and tells me it will take 90 min for a simple oil change. So I can't schedule an oil change anymore and when show up it takes 90 mins,what quick about that. I can have my truck service with a tire rotation and all in abkut 30 min so why does it takes so much time for my car.this place has gone down since my first experience and it will be my last time here.

The Preston Ford Service department is a RIP OFF!!
I took my 2009 Ford Escape in for brake booster.
A skilled mechanic could replace it in 1 hour but Preston has to charge 3 hours labor which I find totally absurd!! No more than 2 hours labor would of been plenty. I talked to Carol the Service manager and all she could say was I didn't say we were the cheapest. I will never deal with Preston again. I wouldn't even gave them 1 star but you have to put in something.
I am in market for new car but it won't be from any of Preston's dealership.
Would not recommend them to anyone.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Especially from the service advisor BRANDON STAPLES. I went to get my car serviced and first of all the estimated time to get an oil change is 90 minutes, I waited for over 2 hours. And brandon was suppose to give me a call to tell me my car was done and ready. He never called. I went to see if it was done myself. Secondly I noticed a huge scratch with yellow paint on my car that was not there before. Brandon denied that they had responsibility of the scratch and it could not have been them. But when asked to see pictures of the car before the serviced it, surprisingly that scratch was not there. Now i have to come back to this xxxxty xxx service to get it somewhat repaired. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, dont get your car serviced with BRANDON STAPLES, he is the absolute worst. GO TO SYNDEY or ERNESTO if you go there. I had my car serviced with them before and everything was nice and smooth. Had great service with them. Want xxxxty xxx service go with BRANDON STAPLES.

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. My car looked like it came straight off the showroom floor... SPECTACULAR

We scheduled an appt ahead of time and everything was ready when we showed up and took a minimal amount of time to check in and get a rental car. Car was ready when promised.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I have taken my Ford Fiesta to you for servicing since I bought it at your dealership. My 2nd vehicle procured at this location. Your service department has no regard for the work they perform. Instead of resolving a tire issue they sent my son out the door with a bulging tire that could have of burst at any moment not once in prior appointments was I made aware of bad tires or the need for brakes. I will not return to this location for any reason. Thanks for your blatant disregard for my son's safety

Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email....just one example: have taken car in 2 times to get sunroof leaks fixed. Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. After 2 days and $800+ paid, leaks/water recurred. On 11/11 tried to make appt. via internet but site broken. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. manager to set appt. On 11/12, called, spoke to Leo, Service mgr. Said he would have my car picked up TODAY, would let me know time. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses. Finally got Brian on phone at 4:30. He thought Leo made plans for pickup. Did not say why never answered voice mail messages. Said he would have car picked up tomorrow. FINALLY heard from Leo at 5pm, said he "got busy and forgot". Great service!!??,eh?I Am NOT associated with VW dealership or service. center.
