Jim is not just a great salesman but a really nice guy. When I come in for service I peek into the showroom to see if Jim is with a client and if not, he is always welling to stop for a quick chat. I received constant reminders about my appointment. While my car was in service, he kept me updated. There were a couple more issues that needed attention.
