I called ahead to schedule a test drive, this was confirmed with an office coordinator. I test drove the vehicle and negotiated a deal, this took a bit longer than expected, the paperwork etc., however I have not bought a car in some time. I returned later in the week to find the car fully detailed and more bells & whistles were demonstrated & explained by Christopher, our excellent salesman. Overall good experience, very pleased with the car so far.

It is clear when you walk in the door of either location why this family owned from day one has been in business for so long, and still growing. The staff is always happy and doesn't change month after month. The receptionist at the Jeep dealership is very helpful, along with every one of the salesmen. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

I'm seeing a P0128 DTC for thermostat recurring. After each visit to Thayer for service, they do nothing more than clear the DTC and tell me to return if the check engine light comes back on. How many time do I need to go to the dealer before they actually fix the problem? After 3 visits I'm still driving a car with the CEL illuminated!
