I always receive the absolute best customer service at Suburban Mazda. Very outgoing and pleasant personalities from everyone around, not just your salesman. I loved my CX-5 so much that I came back for an upgrade, and was even lucky enough to get the same salesman. Douglas St.Louis, you ROCK!!! Thanks for an awesome deal!

Thanks again, Nick, for your expertise/knowledge and help this week.

GREAT SERVICE (BODY SHOP) - Rodney E.
I got into an accident and had my vehicle was taken to the body shop at Orrin B. Hayes. My insurance company was terrible to deal with, however, the body shop Manager MARY WOODS was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of and my vehicle was repaired timely and properly!!! If it had not been for MARY who knows how long or what would of happen. Hopefully I never have to return to a body shop, but if I do - No other place for me except for Orrin B. Hayes.

A problem with their advertising. Tried to buy a used suv there. They said it is $10000 under MSRP. The MSRP of the vehicle is about $39,500. they are asking $33,999 which of course does not add up. I offered $10,000 under it’s MSRP. They said the price is advertised at $33,999-which again is NOT $10,000 under. I don’t like when people try to mislead people in order to get them to buy. Makes you wonder what else they might be misleading someone about.
In 2018 my mother in law was hit by another driver who... - Ian
In 2018 my mother in law was hit by another driver who ran a 4 way stop, she was in no way at fault, and the other driver got a ticket for it. She was driving her leased 2018 CX5 at the time. Despite severe damage and deployed airbags the dealership didn’t want to total out the car so we took it to their recommended body shop. The insurance company gave her a rental, a big pickup truck that got worse mileage than her CX5, but since we’d only be using it a short while, we thought it would be okay.
Three months later, still driving the truck, we’re informed that they still don’t have the parts they need from Mazda. After back and forth between ourselves, the body shop, and Mazda, it was determined that the seat belt component they need was not available due to tsunami damage to the factory in Japan. While disappointed, there’s nothing anyone could do about that, so we asked for either a proper Mazda loaner from the dealership, or just to replace the car since it’s been months of paying for a lease that she couldn’t drive. They declined, and we went another three months before the part finally came in and she was able to drive her lease again.
That’s 6 months of waiting for a part to come in from Mazda, with no help whatsoever from the dealership. She even had to pay her lease WHILE waiting for them to get the part.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, she gets an early lease turn in postcard in the mail, so she goes into the dealership to talk to them about her options. There she is met by Brett Paulson, who proceeds to tell her that not only does she owe them $2000 because the car had an airbag go off, she also has to pay DOUBLE the normal leasing fee because of it. At no point during the 6 months that we had the car in the shop and spoke with Mazda regularly did anyone tell her that she would be punished for another driver hitting her.
Upon hearing this we bring up the 6 months spent without a loaner, few answers, and no car that we were paying for. How are we being punished when the accident wasn’t our fault, AND we had to deal with half a year (¼ of the total lease time) without the vehicle? This is where things went off the rails. We’re told that it must be our fault for not taking the car to their body shop partner- which we most certainly did. They should have had all of this information on file in their system, but apparently it’s easier to just call your customer a liar and move on. After fruitlessly trying to get help from Brett Paulson, we left to go find help elsewhere.
Awful service department - Unhappy2016
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.

Took vehicle that has 33,000 miles on it in with no transmission leak and came home with one. Maybe ironic, but seems near impossible.

My cousin bought a brand new Mazda a month ago. The car is an absolute lemon. Currently it is been worked at the dealership for three weeks and she is driving a rental. We have tried to get a new car from the dealer but they have been absolutely unresponsive.
sales dept desperatelylacking. Parts and service were great - Wifeloves2shop
Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
