My husband and I have been searching for a Yukon. Scott Kemp, our sales consultant, was able to offer us one that was in transit. His communication leading up to and the day of pick-up was exceptional. The day we picked up our Yukon was seamless. However, after we picked up our Yukon, we did reach out to the Finance Manager, Edwin Kircus, for a few questions regarding additional coverage and it is unfortunate that his communication is less than desirable. Weeks later, we are still awaiting a response. I am ranking our overall experience 5 stars, but the lack of communication with Edwin is unacceptable.

I particularly want to mention Matthew Schultz, the sales associate who helped me through the decision-making process deftly and with genuine interest and concern. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.

Amazingly incompetent Salesperson, Managers, and possibly call operator. Asked for a call back from all 3, via the phone operator, direct land line, and cell phones, and haven't received a call back for several months now. First they tried to sell me a used 2018 CR-5 at $500 MORE than the online sale price (wasn't aware of). I had negotiated with the salesman, who did the Manager office walk, to see if he would go down $500 on the price. I was told that was a reasonable offer, with the car being over $23 K. The manager okay'd that amount and we signed paperwork. Salesman tried very hard to make me take the car, even though I was by myself & having to drive my truck home. This maneuver I later found out, was because once you take possession of the car, the contract can be enforced at that price. When I got home I checked the car online again, and it was no longer listed. Seemed like a quick act on their part which made me suspicious. Luckily I copied the original ad and saw that it was listed for $500, Below my negotiated price! I called the Sales person back and left a message. He didn't answer his cell phone, and I had just received the number from him hours earlier. Still not getting a phone call back from him later the following day, I called again, was able to talk to him, and was told they would honor the advertised online price. The manager had already agreed earlier on the previous day, to reduce the wrongly listed window price (not priced with the online sales price). So I know he had to look on his computer to check the numbers, just as they always do. Which means only one thing, that these are some very dishonest folks. Also, the front windshield had a star crack in it, and I was told that they would take care of it. That was before we left the dealer, after signing for the car. The fool salesman tried to blame the cracked windshield on us, because my wife & I took it for a test drive. We then had to pay $50 to have someone fix it in our driveway, because these fools would rather screw me over for a small amount of money, then to possibly see me as a future customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these very incompetent, and dishonest people!!!

My cousin bought a brand new Mazda a month ago. The car is an absolute lemon. Currently it is been worked at the dealership for three weeks and she is driving a rental. We have tried to get a new car from the dealer but they have been absolutely unresponsive.

I got into an accident and had my vehicle was taken to the body shop at Orrin B. Hayes. My insurance company was terrible to deal with, however, the body shop Manager MARY WOODS was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of and my vehicle was repaired timely and properly!!! If it had not been for MARY who knows how long or what would of happen. Hopefully I never have to return to a body shop, but if I do - No other place for me except for Orrin B. Hayes.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
