I was going to the Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills and found that I had to keep returning for the same issue a few times on more than one occasion. I reached my limit when the same thing happened not too long ago. Fed up with being told the problem had been resolved when it hadn't, I told them I would just take my car to where I bought it. One test drive later the service manager determined there was a problem and I was given an appointment for service. Looking forward to finally getting this issue resolved.

First- I needed an oil change, then a couple days later, I had the ‘check engine’ light come on my BMW 650i. I worked with Lanie with both issues and she was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, which included coordinating a loaner vehicle. She also found out whether or not the Service Team honors my ‘Car Shield” warranty, to which she said yes (happy to say it wasn’t even needed after troubleshooting the problem). Lanie also remembered to call me whenever the service was complete. It’s the little things that can make a big difference and Lanie gets ‘it.’ I am very grateful to the entire Service Team at Grand Blanc BMW!
Nightmare Stay Away - BMW carguy
Started with loaner car was out because an employee had it. We could wait a few hours and it would probably be back. Misdiagnosed the problem and had to order more parts so the bill went up and still no loaner car for the weekend. We were also informed that our car was probably in an accident at one time because something looked funny. (Wrong). Got a call the car was done, somehow the price went up because they discover more wrong, but they gave us a big discount somewhere! HA. Car was delivered. Now ALL Door locks don't work (original problem 1 side) trunk also not working. Now got a call that the battery was probably dead in the key. Got another call & seems as if it now works at the dealership. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Ken Francisco goes over and above to help with service he worked with BMW to help me on a steering issue. I had had problems with. Ken spoke to BMW corporate and worked with his team to not only fix the issue but get them to offset the cost. I have been taking both my BMWs to Ken for over 5 years and they always take great care of me.

I had Steve’s work on my Lamborghini Murcilago and they did a fine job and a lot less than the dealership would have charged but besides that they kept me well informed ! I just brought them my Mclaren 650 s and they did an outstanding job ! All the employees are top notch and well educated to take on these projects . And my man Steven up front the best and I’ve had a lot of cars and custom cars but he ranks at the top !! Well done all David Karpelenia
