I started the vehicle purchase process by submitting an on-line quote request. Tricia Woitas from Snell Motors responded and I immediately felt comfortable to respond and answer her questions. I was able to share my dislike in the purchase process while also having health issues that limited the amount of time I could spend talking and test driving vehicles. Her correspondence came across as caring and comfortable, yet very professional. She set up an appointment with Brian Holmen who had already reviewed my email correspondence with Tricia, yet sat and spoke with me about my interests, needs, family and more. It took me multiple vehicles and days to test vehicles and make a decision. Brian was so patient, professional and did not push me to make any decision. And, Tricia checked in on me during a couple of my visits. Snell Motors also provided me a great trade-in value that pretty much matched KBB quotes; thus, it was hard to pass that offer and other specials at the time. Brian truly helped take a process that I dislike and find uncomfortable to one that was of care, concern and a true interest in me. He has followed up a couple of times since my purchase just to check in and offer his services, if any questions or concerns arise. Reid Anderson also helped us finalize the financial process. Refuses to stand behind their incompetent work - Mecoka
Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed.

Went to dealership to look at new or demo. Have bought approx. 20 cars in my life, and this was one of my worst experiences. Found a CTS I had interest in. However, in trying to take a little time to think about it and weigh my options, dealership called or emailed me night and day. Once I made my decision to proceed, dealership couldn't care 1 iota about my time and work schedule. It was all about them. When it came time to take delivery of the car, dealership did not want to take time going over the vehicle , which was fairly technical, and glossed over my questions. When I told Tom the GM I was not comfortable with the vehicle because of my lack of complete understanding of it, he responded that if I wasn't going to close on the car right then I must leave and never come back!!! That incredibly rude remark and behavior, together with an apparent disinterest to explain the vehicle fully--but just take my $$$, cost this dealership a sale, as I did have a check from my credit union in my pocket from a loan to pay for the car, plus the title for my trade-in.
