Had a few issues with changes during the sales process but was worked out to my satisfaction. At this writing have not picked up the Blazer. Before my purchase experience did plenty of searching around. The Blazer had what I needed compared to my next choice of a Rav4. Blazer was very comfortable and quiet ride for our future long trips.

He had each vehicle ready to go as soon as we got back with the previous one. Never tried to up sell us on anything just listened to what we wanted and gave us the options they had that fit. Numerous repairs (major repairs and even simple repairs like balancing wheels) have uncovered incompetent service advisors and incompetent mechanics. I should have learned much sooner, but felt that previous visits had to be an anomaly — how could they be this bad?. Unless your car is under warranty and you do not have to pay for.incompetent work, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO KEY CADILLAC SERVICE.

Refuses to stand behind their incompetent work - Mecoka
Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed.
