From the moment, I walked into the dealership until the time I drove away in my new used vehicle, Ryan Auto delivered exceptional service.
My salesman, Damian Frentz, exhibited passionate while describing in great details the features and performance of the vehicle. He shared the process every trade vehicle goes through before their dealership lists a vehicle for sale.
The application process was straightforward. The finance manager (my apologies as I forgot his name) was exceptional in looking for the best approval terms to match my comfort and explaining the various bank approvals.
The process from start to finish was less than two hours.

Then called me once the job always completed. Was $70.00 less than was quoted to me!!!. Works great the service and mechanics and did a wonderful job !!!!!

Refuses to stand behind their incompetent work - Mecoka
Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed.
