Originally I was quoted a very low price for my trade in after my hopes were high on my dream car. I told Jabbar that I had visited another car lot and was quoted over double the price. Jabbar could tell from the test drive that I really wanted the car but with the trade in quote I just couldn't afford it. After emailing back and forth Jabbar suggested that I bring in proof of higher quotes and gave me options on how to proceed. Needless to say after bringing in a quote I was wanting, it was matched and I walked away with the car of my dreams! Jabbar was very kind, patient, and determined to help me out. I'm very satisfied with his service and would recommend him if your looking for a salesman to be on your side. Thank you Jabbar! I wish I could remember the whole team names but the manager was awesome he's the one who actually matched the trade in quote for me that a previous manager quoted way too low. The lady that assisted with approval she found me the best rate with the payments that meet my needs with warranty included. Also the guy I did my final paper dar work with Jon I believe was very nice and helped me understand everything. Great team work!
Refuses to stand behind their incompetent work - Mecoka
Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers poor service. I am very disappointed.

Went to dealership to look at new or demo. Have bought approx. 20 cars in my life, and this was one of my worst experiences. Found a CTS I had interest in. However, in trying to take a little time to think about it and weigh my options, dealership called or emailed me night and day. Once I made my decision to proceed, dealership couldn't care 1 iota about my time and work schedule. It was all about them. When it came time to take delivery of the car, dealership did not want to take time going over the vehicle , which was fairly technical, and glossed over my questions. When I told Tom the GM I was not comfortable with the vehicle because of my lack of complete understanding of it, he responded that if I wasn't going to close on the car right then I must leave and never come back!!! That incredibly rude remark and behavior, together with an apparent disinterest to explain the vehicle fully--but just take my $$$, cost this dealership a sale, as I did have a check from my credit union in my pocket from a loan to pay for the car, plus the title for my trade-in.
