Emergency repair - Grateful
We lost a starter on our ‘96 Dodge Ram 2600 with a Cummins. Upon arrival the dealership IMMEDIATELY began work. Repair required an extra night in Vicksburg and we were loaned a vehicle. Very professional group led by Daniel Cartwright with work performed by Alan Kleinman. Problem solved after much deliberation. I would highly recommend this service department. Best service I’ve received in years, appreciated even more since we were over 2,400 miles from home.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state and was concerned about the level of service I was going to receive. Wow, they were awesome. Very responsive and very helpful. And really, no bull!!! So many times, it is a twist here and twist there….none of that. Very smooth.
I worked with Michael Wally and Michael Cook and both were fantastic! I was offered a extended warranty and then Michael did some extra research and discovered that I can get he a better warranty at ½ the price (since the car was a certified used car). Great job!

My rating is ZERO STARS!!! We bought a brand new Chrysler Van from Russell Griffin in February 2014. Even then, we had to haggle with him to get the 0% interest that was advertised. I have always taken that vehicle to them for service. Raymond Griffin, Jr. is super nice in the service department. In October 2019, we tried to purchase a Jeep for our son. I spoke with Russell Griffin FOUR TIMES in the same week about it, beginning on Monday. I told him that my husband works from daylight until dark. I told him that it would be Saturday before we could come to look at it and could he possibly hold it until then. He said he understood folks had to work. He said, "Sure, I'll be glad for y'all to come take a look at it." So in our phone calls that followed in that same week, I was sure to tell him that if we were not able to make it Saturday, then I would definitely call to let him know. When Friday came, I called Russell Griffin to let him know that my husband would be off work so we would be there Saturday and we would also be bringing our son to look at it. Then he tells me that he has another guy coming to look at it that day and HE would call me if it guy bought it. I said, "Gosh, I sure hope not!" Needless to say, I was a ball of nervous throughout the day at work. At 5pm, I still hadn't heard from Russell Griffin, so I breathed a sigh of relief. At 8:15am on Saturday, I called Russell Griffin just to make sure we could still come to look at the Jeep. He said, "Did MY PEOPLE not call you?" I said, "No, I haven't heard from anyone. You said YOU would call me." He said, "Well that guy did buy the Jeep." My heart sank. My rage and disappointment was overwhelming. I reminded Russell Griffin that we had talked FOUR TIMES about that Jeep and he knew that we couldn't get there until Saturday. I proceeded to ask why did he agree to hold it for us but he RUDELY interrupted saying, "Aw now, it's always been first come, first serve." He definitely DID NOT do what he said! He just reiterated the typical persona of a sleezy car salesman. We will no longer be affiliated with Griffin Motors!

Bought an Nissan Ultima form them about a year ago. I mentioned the tires being that they were supposed to fix but they didnt. They said they gave me free oil change coupons with the dealership, and they didnt.
VERY POOR SERVICE - pissed off jeep owner
I went there because I had bought from them in the past. However I didn't know that the same people were not running the business now. They were more than happy to make a good deal to sale me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee latitude , but then they refuse to even talk about servicing it when I got water in the lights and then the hood started coming up. I had to take it to another Jeep dealer to get warranty work done. The other dealership said that they had been getting a lot of complaints about Crowson Auto World in Louisville MS. I definitely want be back to them, and I'm already planning to buy a new Ram. So Crowson lost that 65,000 deal.

I brought my vehicle in because of a roaring noise I heard. They replaced struts but told me it was still going to make a noise until I got new tires. I took car to a tire place. There was a bearing going out which the Dodge place never mentioned. When that was repaired I didnt hear the noise anymore. I pd. $1200 to Dodge for their so-called repairs then had to pay about $700 more for more repairs at other shop. Heritage is fine for lightweight stuff..but I really felt like I was just told what I wanted to hear because I was a woman who couldnt dispute them. Well, they put me in a possibly dangerous situation with the bad bearing. Im very dissapointed that I was treated like this.

My husband and I have been trying to trade our car for a year and a half. Because he had low credit at the time of purchase, we had a lot of negative equity. After being turned away with little to no help from other dealerships, we decided to try one last time. We chose Howard Wilson Chryster Jeep Dodge Ram in Flowood, Ms. I wish we had gone there First! We were immediately greeted by Vikki Johnson. She waited patiently as we explained our situation. She began to show us vehicles that had the most incentives, explaining that this would help balance our negative equity. Only 10 minutes in and she had already done so much more than anyone else at the other dealerships. We finally chose a 2016 Jeep Patriot. We weren't very hopeful, but she remained positive. She was very comforting as we waited. The entire atmosphere of the establishment was laid back and welcoming. Sadly, it was a Saturday and the finance companies available wouldn't finance us without a down payment that we could not afford. Hope was not lost. She told us that John would contact other finance companies first thing Monday morning. We were afraid they would forget about us, but to our surprise, she contacted us first thing Monday morning to let us know that John was getting started. She kept us updated throughout the day. Finally, we were approved with a down payment that we could afford! They washed our Brand new Jeep and filled it up with gas! They explained everything carefully, my husband signed papers, and now we are the proud owners of a brand now Jeep! We are beyond excited. I HIGHLY recommend Howard Wilson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone! They have the best incentives, best customer service, and best overall atmosphere. I really felt like they were working for us, not for profit. I cannot say enough kind words about them! We will never go anywhere else!

Made an appt and drove an hour to pay cash for a vehicle. Was told salespeople were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. Called manager and was told "sorry" and was hung up on. They sure won't get a second chance!

The service department is award winning. Every third Tuesday of the month, a Service Clinic is offered where all employees assist with customer questions regarding their new vehicle purchase. They also offer a light dinner the same night.

They had a truck that was the managers son they said at first that it would be 5000 cash. Well our first deal didn't work out so we made them an offer of 4,500 cash with az 30 day warranty and we also found out the truck need a freeze plug which is going to cost 800$ they wouldn't accept our offer they said they had someone coming from Meredian to pay the 5,000 + taxes. Which weree told 5000,00. Firm before we found out it needed a freeze plug. I hope they tell the new customer that it needs work. My husband smelled antifreeze and that's what they told him that's why we offered 4,500 with warranty which they backed out when they thought they would make more money I just hope they are truthful to the next buyer I'm glad my husband knows enough mechanic skills he knew there was a problem. Thanks for nothing. I appreciate y'all not being true to your word. 5000,00. Doesn't mean plus tax and with a bad freeze plug. My husband and I were called by them for this deal. We had already left. So they did us double dirty. I don't appreciate people not following tghrough to help you in any say.they can they are just about the the$$$ even if it's got damage please at least tell the next customers about the freeze plug. That is no easy job task and will cost them 800 more dollars.
