Straight forward and to the point sales associates. My wife and I went in to purchase one vehicle. Needless to say we left with 2. The people that assisted us are very friendly and never seem like what is being discussed is a secret. They are patient and explain every number in detail! I am so disappointed in what happened. I wont get into who or what I was after. But basically the vehicle was 30 Grand, they claimed there was an 8 Grand incentive. So my way of seeing it was, $22 Grand, dealership offers me 13 Grand for my car, that in itself was bull. But still, had I taken it than 22 grand minus 13 grand, would take the vehicle down to 9Grand. If I took the trade in offer, I would still owed 11 grand. Add that to the 9 grand and we are back at 20 grand. Now I know there is paperwork fee and taxes. So I figure an additional 3 to 5 grand, so figured 25 grand at the most. I can afford that. They come to me and somehow amount to be finance accounting to Kim's No Bull, is 35, 000 dollars. 10 grand over what I saw as the total cost. They keep fast talking about how it's 35 grand. They tell me my payments would be $632 a month. I said I could afford that, next thing I know, without talking to his sales manager, the salesman is saying, well how about $499 a month? Red flags. I rejected the deal and walked away. I am so pissed at them weasels.

I referred a friend to car lock Toyota I even went with them to buy a new car because I referred them I was to receive a 100 dollar referrer fee so I took my Toyota to carlock to get the oil changed drop the car off when I returned to pick it up I had a 27 dollar charge for rotating my tires witch where brand new and didn’t even need rotating they did not even change my oil on top of that and some other stuff they acted like they new nothing about tthe 100 dollars refferal fee even though the sales person remember me bringing my friend in to buy a car poorest service I ever seen

My husband and I own a local business and have purchased a many work vehicles from This dealer. When going to purchase a personal vehicle we were insulted by the value they put on it and the “oh well I’m sorry” attitude from the salesman. Let me add that we knew the value of our vehicle and the excuse for the lowball figure was “there’s just no market for your type of vehicle here”. SERIOUSLY? So you don’t give us what it’s worth? Who does business that way? We will take All of our business elsewhere.

Used cars are very over-priced, if you have a trade-in you better not owe anything on it, not sure how 2500 $ turned into 171 $. Snot-nosed son, heard his parents ripping off people all his life and has picked up the baton. A 17k car ends up being a 27k car with 4pct intrest. Not a mathmatition but sumn dont add up. Tryed to trade-in and only got a 9k offer, 18 months and lost 10k in value.. Go somewhere else
