DON’T TAKE OR BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM SID DILLON WAHOO. My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 was stolen in August of 2021 (I bought it from Sid Dillon for 80k in October 2020). the damage was MINOR: a broken window, some scratched paint, some sensors were thrown off, and my fifth wheel hitch had to be replaced. Since September I’ve had to bring in my truck for repairs FIVE SEPARATE TIMES and they’ve had my truck, collectively for TWO WHOLE MONTHS.
Matt, the autobody manager has shown nothing but carelessness and incompetence. A few weeks ago (our fourth visit) I took my truck in on a Wednesday as previously agreed and arranged with the Autobody manager, Matt, and when i called him the following Tuesday to check on the status of the work he told me he had NO IDEA that my truck had been dropped off!! My truck sat in their lot for ALMOST A WEEK without them touching it. For this period of time I had no vehicle. I was relying on friends, family, and paying for Ubers while my brand new truck sat in their lot. You may wonder, don’t they have loaners? Yes they do, just not for me.
Sid Dillon Wahoo gave us a loaner once (a 2010-ish Malibu) and they wasted no time accusing us of smoking in it. Did they tell us or ask us about this directly? Of course not. They just refused to give us any type of loaner and when i asked Matt to be honest and tell me why he said it was because they are accusing us of smoking in it and that I was banned and barred from any loaner INDEFINITELY. This hurt me to my core, the lies, the accusation, and the result. My dog died when a medical emergency came up and I didn’t have a vehicle to transport him to the vet in time. Now I find out WHY they wouldn’t give me a loaner, I am ENRAGED.
My truck still has to go back for the “final round” of repairs (AKA-they forgot to order parts until my truck was in their shop this last time around). I’m going to call the dealership manager Scott on Monday to see if they will do the right thing and get my truck fixed once and for all in a TIMELY manner. At this point I just want to warn everyone to take your vehicle elsewhere.
Stay away from this dealership and their sub par auto repair shop. Give your money and business to an establishment that will respect and value you.

I also never got any information about the vehicle, which is still listed as available, nor any information about my options beyond that vehicle.

Typical used car experience. I drove over a hundred miles to get to the place thinking I would be treated right and get a fair price on a vehicle that most people would, had passed on. It’s in what would be considered rough condition at best. I spent a $100 on fuel for the ride there so it would have been difficult to walk away. The sales person was unyielding on the price as he “had that much in it and simply could not do any better.

called about a pickup, gave them my information so they could get me approved for financing. never received a call back. after i finally got in touch with them. they said i was approved but they had sold the pickup. nature of the beast i guess but its irritating that they sent it to all of there lenders and i got 5 hard inquiries on my credit report. and they just sold it to someone else on the spot. without calling me or not running my credit check since they were selling it to someone else anyways

It's well worth the drive to go ANYWHERE else, all you will get here is the runaround, it's someone else's fault or it's not our problem. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! BUYERS BEWARE! We went to buy a 2013 Volkswagen golf from them and they also withheld that there was not a second key Fob and the entire time they gave us the runaround however my wife love the car so much we went ahead and bought it after we bought it I happened to look where the spare tire was and it was full of water I emailed the sales person Carlos back and ask him has the car been in a flood and he would not answer me and the key fob thing we had ask them during the pot buying process and they assured us that there was two keys however once we got the car they gave us one Fob and one key however you have to have a fob to get in the car we can’t do it with the key and they knew this The car was dirty they claim they were going to clean it up however they did not all they did was wipe off the windshield and left the rest of the car dirty these people are amazing they are the true meaning of a ‘shyster car salesman‘… And also we gave them a check for $1000 for the down payment they assured us that no mistakes would be made they would hold the check for one week and then cash it however they waited two days and cashed it they are very dishonest very dishonest people I would never buy a car from these people I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to buy a car from these people ... yeah they’re friendly people there Grinning through their teeth as they’re ripping you off

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again.

I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!
