When I found a vehicle I was interested in, I got in touch with Travis and he had the test drive ready to go when I showed up. I ended up thinking about my purchase over the next few days, and when I decided to buy the car Travis had everything setup and ready to go for me. I literally walked into the dealership, signed the paperwork, and walked out the door with the keys to my new car. I was happy to have my time valued especially with Blair being about an hour away from where I live. Overall, I had a great experience.

We have had our 2016 Grand Cherokee in several time in the last few months. Blower motor has gone out several times and for the last couple of months my husband has had to jump his jeep with mine because of not starting in the morning. We put a new battery in the jeep thinking this might be the issue and still the same problem. We call and call leave messages and rarely get a return call. We have been told they will get us a loaner and when we go to get it there is always some excuse why nothing is available now or that they changed their policy that they no longer do loaners. This is not good costumer care and we would not recommend them to anyone.

First and last purchase I'll ever make at a Baxter dealership.
Bought new 2019 ram. Found massive scratches through out the truck bed the next day that I wasn't told about. I called the dealership multiple times with no responses. I had to go into the dealership, walk the sales manager "Loyal", out to my truck and show him the scratches. He did put in a spray in bedliner to resolve the issues which I was happy with. However the absolutely poor customer service and communication was what upset me. Like they were wanting to ignore the issue.
Second, I have to pay the taxes and plates by December 4th and they still haven't gotten the title info to the DMV. Again I reached out multiple times to them and only in the last week have I really gotten any responses from them. of course I didn't hear back from the sales manager but the finance manager responded telling me that it could take a few weeks. Only today dothey tell me it may get it to the DMV by Wednesday. this is horrible customer service and leaves me with the option of potentially getting a fine for driving a vehicle that's not plated.
Thanks for not providing a end-to-end customer experience. Will not be buying from a Baxter dealership ever again. and I'll be sure to share my experience with others.

They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
