DO NOT GO HERE. They had my fiancees car for THREE days and couldn’t find out what was wrong with her car, they also made her pay for it when it wasn’t even fixed and were VERY unprofessional. They didn’t bother to call her with updates and we had to go pick up her Jeep without knowing what was wrong with it. They are lazy, useless and will suck you for your money. GENE STEFFY SUCKS!

I live in Elkhorn, NE, and in no way is Crete the most convenient option on where to purchase a new vehicle. But after talking with Kody Spano from Sid Dillon, working with him through negotiations on my trade-in and the price of a 2020 Ram 1500, I had a hard time continuing to look elsewhere. Kody was the most responsive, straight-forward, transparent, and easiest salesperson I've worked with through my vehicle-purchasing experience. I was dealing with multiple dealerships when I reached out Sid Dillon. They quickly gave me the right deal, an honest approach, and were swift to get the deal done once we agreed. Even when we started the paperwork, which generally seems to drag on for hours to complete for just some simple signatures, I was in and out within an hours. So thank you to Kody Spano and Ben from the Finance team. I can't recommend them enough.

Purchase a new Truck during a pandemic - Mark in Plattsmouth NE

While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth businesses working through these crazy times. The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first.

First of all Woodhouse is the only place to purchase a new vehicle in NE! Tim Fancher is our guy and he is amazing! He puts up with my husband-who is not an easy negotiator at all! But we always leave feeling like we got the best deal possible! Tim Fancher makes that happen! We had a great conversation with Gary Combs on accessories and he is so knowledgeable! And lastly Jeremy McCallum is amazing when it comes to financial services and just wrapping up everything with your new purchase!! We are life long customers of Woodhouse and they seriously are the only place to go!! Thank you Tim Fancher, Gary Combs and Jeremy McCallum for making the process so easy! Even during COVID we felt very safe and comfortable making the trip from Omaha up to Woodhouse in Blair! Highly recommend going to see them! You will not be sorry!!! Not a great experience. I took my Jeep in for tire rotation and oil change. The service department found a transmission fluid leak on my vehicle (39,000 miles but 10 yrs old). I was quoted a price to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis fee was waved if I chose to repair the issue, which I did. I was quoted a price for repair but then got a text that the quote was incorrect. I called and the tech stated he left off labor. I requested the final price and he indicated that repair, parts, and the oil change/ tire rotation would be “all in right under $500.” I pick up the vehicle and the price was $555, as he forgot to add in an environmental / shop fee. Additionally the invoice stated “Customer states there is a transmission fluid leak.” Which is blatantly untrue. Additionally my name was spelled incorrectly, and my email and phone number were incorrect on the invoice. If not for the VIN number matching my vehicle’s I would have sworn that this was not service done for my vehicle! I will likely find another dealership.

They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.

Came in to look at a Jeep Patriot and Matthew Nerz was amazing to work with. He was honest and clear with the whole process. The financing part was amazing as well, I was told all the options and didn’t feel badgered at all like at some dealerships. I cannot remember the financing lady’s name but she did an outstanding job getting me the best deal. Received a great interest rate, payment and vehicle. Definitely would give 10 stars

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
