First time purchasing a new vehicle from Midway. Worked with Josh who was excellent, made the whole process a great experience and got the truck back in the next day for some extras to be fitted. It felt like the whole buying process had been through an overhaul at Midway, from walking in the door, 2 hours later I was driving out in the new truck. Looking forward to a continuing relationship and the free car washes too!

My niece was interested in purchasing a pickup from Sid Dillon that she found online. She called to confirm that it was still available with them before we left because we live an hour away and Jeremy Johnson said that it was available and he would hold it for us. When we got there we were informed that it was sold. What a terrible way to do business!!! I wouldn’t trust anything that these people say because they proved their word isn’t any good! However we did stop at Meyers Automotive in Seward and purchased a pickup on our way back home. Don’t waist your time with Sid Dillon.

DO NOT GO HERE. They had my fiancees car for THREE days and couldn’t find out what was wrong with her car, they also made her pay for it when it wasn’t even fixed and were VERY unprofessional. They didn’t bother to call her with updates and we had to go pick up her Jeep without knowing what was wrong with it. They are lazy, useless and will suck you for your money. GENE STEFFY SUCKS!

While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth businesses working through these crazy times. The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first.

First of all Woodhouse is the only place to purchase a new vehicle in NE! Tim Fancher is our guy and he is amazing! He puts up with my husband-who is not an easy negotiator at all! But we always leave feeling like we got the best deal possible! Tim Fancher makes that happen! We had a great conversation with Gary Combs on accessories and he is so knowledgeable! And lastly Jeremy McCallum is amazing when it comes to financial services and just wrapping up everything with your new purchase!! We are life long customers of Woodhouse and they seriously are the only place to go!! Thank you Tim Fancher, Gary Combs and Jeremy McCallum for making the process so easy! Even during COVID we felt very safe and comfortable making the trip from Omaha up to Woodhouse in Blair! Highly recommend going to see them! You will not be sorry!!! So took a durango in for 80k service, which is supposed to be more than an oil change according to the description. Also had a check engine light on and the user interface (touch screen) kept locking up. Check engine required a part so would be done next day, but still looking at the UI issue. So 4 days later I get a voice mail about having to order a part (new UI )and would get back to me on the cost. A couple days later no update so I called and left a message...again nothing for a couple of days. Called and had to leave message again, more days go by and still no callback. Finally called back after having the durango for 11 days and said part takes a few weeks to come in and can pick up your car....so you couldn't have told me a week ago. So 6 hours later I come to pick up the car and no paperwork is ready, so have to wait around. No one talks to me about the work done or details about the part order. No check off list of what was looked at in the durango so guess just a basic oil change and over priced cabin filter. I was surprised he emailed me about the part was in, was trying to get a time setup to fix the UI and now it's 3 days later and no reply. Wow what service. No one should ever deal with this place, I won't be back.

They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
