Was there for oil change. They found problem with brakes??? No test drive. Did not fix properly and had to go back again next day. Fixed problem and delivered car. Customer service excellent but not sure about service staff. Usually have no problem.

Lithia Santa Fe is a SCAM do not buy from this dealership. I was sold a 63,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that hardly works. Dealership washed their hands with my money and will not return my car. Car is only three months old. Manager was going to trade my car out only to find out I would loose my down payment and my equity on the car I initially traded in. I was not trading in my vehicle for pleasure. I was trading it in because car does not work. 63,000 dollars worth of SCAM!!!!!! I was trying to be patient and was willing to work with them to help me out but all they want is money and careless if your car works or not. LITHIA you've done me so wrong and I will make sure people are aware of your ugly money hungry deals.

Bought a GMC Yukon XL 6weeks ago have to have an oil change and new tires . They paid for the oil change but let the SUV go with bad tires. The web site said it had 54002 miles whenI got it home it had over 2700 extra miles on it. The used car manager said he had it for a few weeks before putting it on the lot. I checked the vehicle out on the website for 2 weeks before I went out to buy it. Wouldn't advise buying a vehicle at Melly Dodge if this is how the treat buyers. Tires and alignment will cost me over $1400..

Steer clear of sisbarro superstore Deming. Had the worst customer service ever by any dealer. Gustavo, gave and Sidney not very helpful. They try to squeeze your Social security number to pull credit before they discuss numbers. Won’t deal over the phone or theunail.

We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.

Very bad experience, the worse that could’ve happened. Had to wait from July 9th until July 23rd to get my car because it needed parts and was told until after signing and leaving a down payment then was notified that the key was lost and on top of that had bad customer service, would give attitude just for asking for updates on the car.

I’m from Conneticut I’ve been down the east coast and across the lower states to New Mexico.I have had a number of oil changes and tire rotation on my 2019 GMC pickup that I bought new.
Every service was done at a GMC dealership and never cost more than $ 82.00.
At this dealership it was $ 120.00 and change. This is totally ridiculous, I will never return for service or think about buying a vehicle at this establishment. Shame on them.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.
