So glad I found the Lithia dealership and Elier reached out regarding my inquiry on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He, and everyone else at the dealership, made the entire process so much easier and didn’t waste my time. I’ll definitely be back.

Just purchased my first Ram 3500 from this dealership.... - michael.p.jones1775
Just purchased my first Ram 3500 from this dealership. The place is nice, but the people are the best. I dealt directly with Mr. Devin Moreland, who is a true professional. His knowledge of the Ram truck if extensive. He works hard to make sure your purchasing experience is stress/hassle free. Wish there were more young professionals around like Devin.

Great experience buying my Jeep Renegade. Fernando Salcido was very helpful and personable. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy. I would recommend Tate Branch to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. I would also recommend they ask for Fernando Salcido. Great Salesman! Love my Jeep!

Horrible service and persistant lies - Viceroy
I broke down and had my vehicle brought there because they said they had the parts. On the first day, they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to buy the parts and required that I pay for them up front. Day two they said the parts weren't in and they needed to do further diagnostics. Day three they said they weren't sure if they had the parts or not but didn't have the time to do he diagnostics. Day four they were closed, but assured me they would have the diagnostics done and I would be on the road on day 5. Day 5 they told me they didn't do the diagnotics and if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could take the vehicle--which was partially taken apart--somewhere else. I didn't know how to deal with it so it stayed there. Day 6 they assured me the work would be completed and it wasn't. Day 7 I was told they were 99 percent sure they'd have the work done. Day 8, in the late afternoon, they did the work. They supposedly found something else wrong and replaced the part but never showed me the supposed broken part. Day 9 I got the vehicle back. Day 10 I had to take it to a different shop because they screwed up the work they did on Day 8. They lied to me through out the process and the work performed. They also said they would give me a partial refund which was also a lie. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR.

The worst service department, service advisors, and laziest employees of any dodge dealerships I’ve ever been to in my life. Drive to Deming if possible.
Found a truck online that I wanted more information... - Tim
Found a truck online that I wanted more information about. Spoke to Vivika via phone and she was going to take photos and provide more information on the truck. I did not hear back from her, so I made follow up calls, and felt like I was getting the run around. After another call, out of nowhere I was told that Steve was going to follow up with me. After all I come to find out that the truck I was looking at online as new actually had over 6,000 miles on it with some damage. Overall I wasted my time trying to buy a truck from this dealer. Lesson learned.

Worked a deal to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle... - AG
Worked a deal to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle and have it delivered as I am in another state. The salesperson was slow to respond throughout the buying process and didn't bother to help us or have someone prep my paperwork on his day off. Once I was ready to buy, I reached out to a local mechanic to go and inspect the vehicle on my behalf. The mechanic stated the car was perfect, except it may need brakes soon. When I told the dealership, they insisted that the mechanic didn't even drive the vehicle. I thought this was strange, as a mechanic with no "skin in the game" so to speak wouldn't benefit from telling me such a thing. So I say, okay, fine... I'll deal with that issue separate from the car deal. The dealership sent me paperwork to finalize the deal and when I received it the odometer disclosure showed the vehicle with 1300+ more miles than advertised, so clearly someone was driving the car after it was put up for sale. Come to find out, the car was a demo vehicle for the owner which I would have been okay with, but they were not willing to come down on the price after discovering. I ended up backing out of the deal purely on principle. The salesperson at least refunded my deposit in a timely manner.
They lie - Bon42
They lied about everything go to Portales to buy not any Bender. They Sucker you in and then keep lies going. RUN!!!! It's all about the money to Trevor
Up front and helpful - VanPeltJ
It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.
God Aweful Experience - Ruidosobuyer
We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.
