Stephanie always takes excellant care of my 2004 Honda! - Christina52
Stephanie knows how important it is to me to keep my 2004 Accord in the best possible condition. Her commitment to great customer service and care is demonstrated with each on my Honda Services. Stephanie's expertise and kindness helps me feel comfortable that I have my car's care in the best possible hands. Though I would love to have a brand new Honda, my 2004 is in such great shape due to Honda's scheduled maintenance services, care and expert inspections, that I plan to make it last a long time. Thank you! Christina

Great experience! - Rachel
The team at Garcia Honda turned a stressful and unplanned car shopping visit into a very pleasant and easy car purchase. Tony and Mike not only honored an original quote I was given, but treated me with kindness, respect and honesty. I never felt pressured and felt the process was entirely hassle free. I appreciate how professional everyone was at the dealership and in particular thank Tony for making it a great experience! I would highly recommend Garcia Honda- great job!

A very pleasant car purchase - Crv2018
After a couple of negative experiences in El Paso we requested a quote from Boreman for a new vehicle we had in mind. They responded promptly and from that moment on they made the car purchasing experience pleasant and stress free. We spoke to John Devore on the phone and he was upfront with the information we needed. We drove to Las Cruces the next day to meet with him and look at the car. He had the car ready and spent time with us looking at different options. He was respectful and sincere and patient, truly understood our needs and gave us the time and space for us to process our options. He answered all our questions and guided us to make the whole experience enjoyable. We are very pleased with the purchase.
Typical small town dealership, they don't want to deal. - Frugal_Shave
I have tried twice to purchase a new Honda from Hanson, now Melloy Honda.
Both experiences were pretty much the same. They are such a small dealership they don't even have the car I want in the correct trim level, much less color. But you cannot really blame them for that. They should be able to trade the car from another dealership.
I contacted them via the internet and let them know that I am looking to purchase a new Honda. They will be competing for my business with dealerships in Phoenix and Denver. We have family to visit in both. I include a screenshot of the preliminary pricing (Well below invoice in both cases.) I have already received from several of those dealerships.
Both times they get back to me, hours or a day later, with an offer of MSRP on the car I want. I already have a deal secured within 2 hours from a dealership or two in Phoenix.
The first time I let it go there.
This time around is a bit different. The dealership was just purchased by my friend and neighbor across the street. So I really want to purchase from him if I can.
So I email back and ask if they really thought that I wanted an MSRP deal when I already showed them what the competition is doing.
They came back eventually (25 hrs later) asking if I would take an Invoice deal ($491 discount)
I explained that I already had a deal and gave them the numbers.
The next day I get a matching quote, if I will take one of the cars on the lot. But since red automatic are the only non-negotiable items those will unfortunately not work.
In the end, they did try very hard to keep me but they just didn't have the car.
My reason for a 3 star review is that, they did not listen or believe me when I told them what other dealerships were offering. They could have saved everyone a bunch of time and energy if they had.
Email communication with them was many times very slow compared to everyone else.
All in all it seems that they are ill equipped to do internet sales. Like they are 15 years behind the car sale trends.
Sucked at keeping their word. - elliemun
Please keep your word and take pride in selling a brand new car that's tens of thousands of dollars to the car that is three thousand dollars. It may not be anything to you, but it is to the person that is buying it. So don't think you're losing money by going the extra distance and keeping your word. A person is only as good as their word and the reputation of your dealership is shot to xxxx. A good manager would have gone and inspected the vehicle and make sure it was up to "par" as he put it and made sure it satisfactory according to what was agreed upon.
God Aweful Experience - Ruidosobuyer
We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.
