Ali Alimuzzaman couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to our needs and desires and quietly made the sales happen. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Ali.

The quality of customer service that I received from... - cstapper
The quality of customer service that I received from Honda of Santa Fe has been excellent. I live far out in the country and need not only a reliable car, but also reliable maintenance. Several neighbors highly recommended this dealer even though it’s over an hour away. A month ago, I traded in my 2011 Toyota RAV4 for a 2017 Honda CRV and the difference in treatment with Honda vs the Toyota dealer was night and day. I’d give 10 stars if I could! I’d particularly like to mention my salesman Mark Bates and the business manager David Robey, Mark took the time to explain and then to program all my car settings. My trade in was fair and m purchase went smoothly. The customer service based model this dealer uses is unique - and it’s not only at the point of sale. I’ve had a few questions since my purchase and all have been answered quickly. Highest recommendation!

Typical small town dealership, they don't want to deal. - Frugal_Shave
I have tried twice to purchase a new Honda from Hanson, now Melloy Honda.
Both experiences were pretty much the same. They are such a small dealership they don't even have the car I want in the correct trim level, much less color. But you cannot really blame them for that. They should be able to trade the car from another dealership.
I contacted them via the internet and let them know that I am looking to purchase a new Honda. They will be competing for my business with dealerships in Phoenix and Denver. We have family to visit in both. I include a screenshot of the preliminary pricing (Well below invoice in both cases.) I have already received from several of those dealerships.
Both times they get back to me, hours or a day later, with an offer of MSRP on the car I want. I already have a deal secured within 2 hours from a dealership or two in Phoenix.
The first time I let it go there.
This time around is a bit different. The dealership was just purchased by my friend and neighbor across the street. So I really want to purchase from him if I can.
So I email back and ask if they really thought that I wanted an MSRP deal when I already showed them what the competition is doing.
They came back eventually (25 hrs later) asking if I would take an Invoice deal ($491 discount)
I explained that I already had a deal and gave them the numbers.
The next day I get a matching quote, if I will take one of the cars on the lot. But since red automatic are the only non-negotiable items those will unfortunately not work.
In the end, they did try very hard to keep me but they just didn't have the car.
My reason for a 3 star review is that, they did not listen or believe me when I told them what other dealerships were offering. They could have saved everyone a bunch of time and energy if they had.
Email communication with them was many times very slow compared to everyone else.
All in all it seems that they are ill equipped to do internet sales. Like they are 15 years behind the car sale trends.
God Aweful Experience - Ruidosobuyer
We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.
Sucked at keeping their word. - elliemun
Please keep your word and take pride in selling a brand new car that's tens of thousands of dollars to the car that is three thousand dollars. It may not be anything to you, but it is to the person that is buying it. So don't think you're losing money by going the extra distance and keeping your word. A person is only as good as their word and the reputation of your dealership is shot to xxxx. A good manager would have gone and inspected the vehicle and make sure it was up to "par" as he put it and made sure it satisfactory according to what was agreed upon.
