Service for a recall took a long time. Appreciated courtesy ride home and pickup. . Drivers were great!! Auto headlight was turned off; which wasn’t discovered until driving at night a couple of days later and I couldn’t remember where to turn it back on. Otherwise, pleased with service and staff.

While traveling through Albuquerque on the way to Minnesota my ignition switch quit working and left me stranded at a fuel stop. Called Garcia's and they put me in touch with Honda Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance was no help at ALL. Got a hold of a towing service and got towed to Garcia's, it was close to 6:00 PM. Service Advisor Izze Gambino was expecting me, he had been talking with my wife about my situation. He explained possible causes of the problem and what might have to be done and gave me an estimate. He even gave me a ride to a motel I had booked. The next morning he called about 1hr after they had opened and described what had be found and the what it would take to fix it. Later that afternoon it was fixed !!! He gave me a # to call for a shuttle to the dealership. Got there my Ridgeline was ready and the charges were less than the original estimate !!! I know I was put ahead in the service line because I was traveling and that was deeply appreciated. I have to say Thank You to Garcia's and to Izze Gambino in particular.

Rencent work on my 2016 outback @60 k Some work not done well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy mess by tech...plus my steering wheel was left crooked after alignment. My 2024 Sierra 1500 has and issue with the sound intermittently not working; I had a different dealership service department look at my truck on three different occasions, they insisted it was a software update. After repeatedly telling them it was deeper issue, they stopped communicating with me, and on that rare time they did, they were simply rude! I proceeded to take my truck to Tillery GMC in Los Lunas, I spoke with Rudy and he assured me he would find and correct the issue. He also stated that it may not be an overnight fix, so for me to be patient. Soon after I met and spoke with Fred who was also looking into the situation. After a few attempts, the issue was in fact discovered AND fixed. Throughout the entire process, both gentlemen were in constant communication with me, they kept me updated on the progress and possible timeline for a fix. The day my truck was ready, I was running late from work, Rudy stayed after closing hours to ensure I was able to pick up my truck, and he explained and went over all the work done. The staff at the Tillery Dealership Service Center in Los Lunas, particularly Rudy and Fred are two of the most professional and courteous people in the industry; I highly recommend taking your vehicle's to them if in need of highly skilled folks. Thank you gentlemen for all you do to keep us on the road... keep up the excellent work!

Giving a five star because of the service I get from Josh in the service department I have had allot of issues with my 2017 Hyundai Tucson allot of problems with that car - since I have been a customer since 2018 and Josh has always been patience and turned my world upside down to finding solutions in this economy life is already hard and Hyundai should recognize they have a good hard worker who really goes above and beyond his job title. Because of him is why Hyundai has customers honestly. He never has been impatient or rude goes above and beyond for solutions and options to assist us.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!
