Excellent dealership and service department at this Lexus in Mount Kisco. I have been going here for over 10+ years and have several Lexus vehicles and they are the best. The experience here is consistently excellent- I have only had positive experiences: accurate diagnosis, free accurate estimates, accommodate customers with loaner when available and if waiting they work very hard to complete work thoroughly and accurately, provide free multi-point inspection to make sure vehicle is safe and to predict what may be needed for next service, and all with excellent accommodating customer service and professionalism.

I took my RX350L to have all 4 tires replaced and Mr. James was absolutely wonderful to work with. I did my research ahead of time, inquired about price match and I received excellent service. Mr. James explained to me the costs and he was able to update my GPS during the same visit. I had an okay experience a year ago when I took my RX350L in for routine service and have been going to Lexus @ Glen Cove instead for a while but I have been disappointed by the service there so I will definitely go back to New Country Lexus.

Our Lexus vehicle is parked outdoors. The day after an unusually heavy period of rain I noticed that when I opened the front and back driver side doors of the auto, water began streaming out from under the inside plastic panels under each door. Quite frankly I was shocked, as I have never witnessed this with any car I previously owned. I quickly contacted my Lexus service consultant, Maria Morales, who immediately scheduled an appointment for me. She calmed me down and assured me not to worry and that the issue would be corrected. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Maria was there to greet us with a warm smile. She explained that the situation I described sometimes happens. The doors of the Lexus are designed to harmlessly funnel unusually large amounts of rain water striking the vehicle through pre- drilled drainage holes at the bottoms of the doors. Maria concluded that these holes had likely become clogged over time, and that the staff mechanics had a special tool to clear them. Rather than have us wait, Maria graciously accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. The problem apparently was an easy fix and we have had no more issues with rain water. It is very reassuring to know that whenever an issue with our Lexus should arise we can reach out to a true professional like Maria and obtain immediate help. We are most grateful to Maria for her assistance, professionalism, and kind, courteous nature!

We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from Ray Catena dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 Lexus GX 460 when slowly rolling over a speed bump. The technician was determined to find the cause. We went for a ride and reproduced the noise. We were provided with a loaner and a front spring, shock, strut mount and several other parts were replaced. It was a superb experience. Fixed and not the classic dealer move of "we didn't hear it or find it". Ray Catena dealerships are "class acts" who provide the support customers deserve and respect.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

Their customer service is pathetic. I just spent over half an hour trying to get a price for my 30,000 mile service. I was hung up on twice, put on hold six times, and spoke to three different human beings who rummaged around their desks looking for a price list but couldn't find one. I would say that they basically wanted me to come in, have the service, and reveal the price only afterward, but I think it would be more accurate (on the basis of the hangups and the multiple holds) that they didn't want me to come in at all. And they got their wish: I won't be shopping at Dorschel again.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
