I was traveling thru N.C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. A little problem I know but when you're 500 miles from home the inconvenience was almost a necessity. I stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Apple Tree) for help. Jason Roeser immediately analyzed the problem and got me back on the road. Extremely fair pricing. My Honda hrv transmission had to be replaced and the quote they gave us was very fair. A local Honda dealership in southern pines quoted $3000 more for the same job. Took too long for repairs though…2 weeks but at least they gave me a loaner vehicle in the interim.

I did have a good experience dealing with J.R. in service but ive been unhappy with the quality of work, and will be driving a little farther to have my car serviced for now on. First they changed my cabin air filter which is behind the glove box, and the glovebox didnt latch properly after that service and ive taken it back in after that for oul change and asked that service employee to have them fix the glove box and it didnt get done. I then took it in and spent 1500 dollars on tires and alignment and the very next day my tire pressure sensors were reading low tire pressure and they forgot to replace the tire valve caps. Sloppy job on replacing the tires
