This review is not for the dealership, but specifically for service manager, Brandon R. Chestnutt. He unfortunately had to help me through a technical issue that was related to my car's splash shield and fender liner installments. Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become.

I am very happy with my experience at Leith Toyota. I purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross on 7/9/25 and thirteen days later, I made an error and needed the dealership assistance. I spoke to Ryan, one of the service advisors and arranged for my car to be towed with Corolla Care through AAA. He reassured me that accidents happen and kept me involved in the care of my vehicle. I received a video from the technician regarding my car and Ryan made sure I was aware of everything that was happening from start to finish. My experience at Leith Toyota is what I call true Customer Service. I made a great choice purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and will refer as many people as I can to do the same. My daughter took her Toyota camry for an oil change on 7/25, walked out paying $250. She was pretty much forced to pick the 30,000 tune up which she repeatedly said "all I want is an oil change". The car only has 28000 miles on it . I totally feel because she is young, she was taken advantage of. I called to talk to someone, after getting passed around 4 times, the service advisor who supposedly helped her, did not provide any reason as why he would be forcing a tune up on my daughter. He kept saying she picked the service, no she did not. She does not even know what a tune up is. My daughter tells me, I kept saying all I want is an oil change. Extremely disappointed with the treatment. I expect the service advisor to care about the customer's pocket not their commission. We will NEVER EVER take the car to this dealership.
