I will say this was my first car I purchased and it was a smooth, light-weight experience! Judy was amazing, personality, great attitude! She was recommended by my parents that also bought their car from her a month before mine. They had great service with Judy and the managers that they INSISTED we try them out. They were right, nothing short of easy fast deals being made here at Greensboro Volvo!

I was not sure what was causing the issue, but wanted to be sure it was assessed by professionals. In the end there was a break-down within one of the OEM tires. they were able to remove the sound barrier that had come unglued from within the bladder of the tire. Though the recommendation was to update my tires they understood my budget limitations. They put me back together without a Fee! This was in addition to removing the felt piece and putting the imperfect tire in the back. Again there is NO safety issue it was all about comfort. It was my choice and they were so low stress on top of Super Helpful!

Subaru Outback purchase - maarten51
Following numerous questionable experiences at other dealers in the Triangle NC area, we ended up at Maxwell Subaru in 2011. The experience buying our Outback was superb. So when we wanted to purchase another Outback, we naturally went to Flow Subaru in Burlington, because our favorite salesman Dray Daiber, who used to work at Maxwell, now works at Flow in Burlington. He did not disappoint us. The other folks at Flow were very helpful and gracious as well.

I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. We have had constant problems with our XC60 and today we were basically told by the service manager that Volvo built the car not him, what else do I want him to do for me. That is HORRIBLE customer service. Our car wouldn’t start this morning so we had to have it towed to the dealership. How does a new car not start? We requested a loaner and the manager said they didn’t have any but yet my husband was dropped off at home in a loaner vehicle. It’s 4:45 pm and they haven’t called with a status, I called and they didn’t recall our ticket so they’re looking into it. It’s a small dealership.
We’ve contacted Volvo customer service in the past request a vehicle swap since we’re leasing and the dealership denied our request. I submitted another complaint with Volvo customer service today so we’ll see where that goes.
Don’t waste your time and energy purchasing a vehicle here, you’ll regret it!

Service department put parts on. I didn't know or needed .talked in length and have recently receipt from dealer for the last 6 yrs "FL"..hunter couldn't give me a answers. He said what can I do ;randy reach out to you in words ( but never fellow up with that call he posted! .. I know you can't win with this. So least go back and give me my 10% coupon. That service didn't do' But said to pay up. Hunter said he would fix it ! What a laugh he is. All for money. " costly !Laura

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!

Dray was great at exploring all financing offers for our Subaru Forester lease. He went out of his way to get the vehicle ready and even drove to the house, courtesy follow up….extra accommodating in general from all involved at the dealership.
