Although Paramount was not able to purchase the vehicle that I was trading, Andrea picked me up from another dealership who was able to purchase my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Crown Volvo Greensboro NC on 9/21/22 and have not received any paperwork from them showing I own this vehicle. I was promised that I would receive copies of all signed paperwork the next day. I have called, emailed and sent text to the office manager numerous times and have not have a response. I want to warn others to be careful if they purchase a vehicle from these people.

My Wife and I purchased a used vehicle nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. We found out about the issue from our insurance company. I met with the owner of the dealership, Rob Satter Sr, and asked to simply be given a refund. He told me to "take my place, to get in line and wait, and to get used to it." I can't believe someone would treat a customer like this. I hope no one else has the same experience that we are having so I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Sales manager always undervalued your vehicle by omitting factory options! Not willing to deal while making you think they care!!! Owner doesn't care either and certainly doesn't beleive in the brands they sell as she drives a Range Rover, guess that's why they don't give you even average trade value for your vehicles!

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!
