This is our second Outback we've ordered (2015, now a - bryanajordan
This is our second Outback we've ordered (2015, now a 2023). Lynne kept us informed as our 2023 made it's way through the system and she was easy to work with. Lynne let me know when the car arrived late on a Friday and Jesse made sure our accessories were installed for a Saturday pick up time. Dallas got us hooked up on a nice extended warranty and it all went smoothly! Ferguson is an easy place to work with and we got a very fair price on everything...and my wife loves her new car! We'll continue shopping at Ferguson in the future!

They gave me an excellent trade value price - 4x4erik
They gave me an excellent trade value price and it was easy haggling, not horribly pressured, and that's the only reason they even get 2 stars.
There was a lot. The finance person was an absolute condescending jerk, from personal bizzare insults, to literal bad mouthing other employees, and also making borderline threats/using fear to pressure me into purchasing warranties etc. Absolutely horrible experience after I had already signed to purchase the vehicle. He tried to rip me off and give me an interest rate 3x my other interest rate on my second vehicle purchased recently, and I have literally excellent credit and put 95% down on the vehicle I was purchasing.
I'm active duty military, and will be warning people of this dealership. Awful experience. They also sold me my vehicle with less than the legal amount of tread on the tires to be on the road. Still finding random undisclosed damage on my "lightly used one owner" vehicle. Lesson learned, don't buy a vehicle at night without light. They were supposed to detail the vehicle, and after my second trip back to the dealership and over 10 hours lost to scheduling around them, it still was fairly disgusting in terms of cleanliness. Overall, this was just a bizarre and terrible experience. Go somewhere else. I ended up having to put a bunch of money into tires immediately and then detailing the car myself, as I live out of state. Don't put yourself through it, I can't believe how bad it was.
P.S. I don't usually leave bad reviews. This was just too bad for me not to let other people, as well as the dealership/management know. (If they look at these) It seriously has bothered me for over a month since I purchased the vehicle, that's how bad it was. Pro tip, look at dealership reviews. They have a massive amount of 1 star reviews. Sort by lowest.
If you're looking for an easy going laid back - handsoffmymail
If you're looking for an easy going laid back environment, these are your guys. From walk in, test driving multiple vehicles to final wrap up was under 3 hrs each of the 3 times I've been there. Eddie and Chris are awesome and will hook you up.
By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever... - Blake
By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have been waiting for 2 months on my title and they will not return my calls nor will the manager speak with me. They sent me a new paper tag (after the original 30 day tag they gave me was out) and now it is almost out and hmm still no title. Pathetic and unprofessional.
Shady!!!! - Mad/Mike
Place is a joke!! We were there two different times trying to test drive a vehicle. First time 3/17/18 they said the battery was bad in the car. Nobody wanted to put one in the vehicle so we could test drive it. Came back on 4/14/18 just to see if the vehicle was still there. It was. We went in to ask to test drive the vehicle and was told that they didn't have the keys and we couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were being audited. The sales guy Mr. Jones was trying to help us and offered to go buy a battery with his own money which I thought was pretty strange. He was not there again the second time. The dealership is very shady! What dealership wouldn't go above and beyond to get you in a car or have a battery in there service center? Shady!!!!!!
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - FMAZERAC
