We struck out for about 3 weeks in the used car market at other dealerships. Frustrated with that process we started pricing new Kia Sedonas and came back to Ferguson and Keegan Sanders. We’ve never had new cars and this year we bought two from Keegan - I also referred my sister who bought two as well. Keegan is friendly, always positive, easy to work with, and hustles to make the client happy.

I used the "BUY NOW" online option on the website since it was a weekend (Sunday). Valued my trade and agreed with the offer and proceeded with the deal. Finalized all financing and secured a great rate as I have excellent credit. Received an email confirming that I had purchased the vehicle. Received another email confirming the delivery of the vehicle. Monday rolled around and I never received a call confirming the delivery schedule, or any documentation that I would need to complete the transfer of the vehicle. I called the dealership at 10:00am when they opened. Spoke to a lovely receptionist who personally walked my phone number and contact info to the Sales Manager and asked them to contact me to complete the formalities of the deal. I never received a call. I called the dealership several more times throughout the day and could never talk to anyone. I finally got into contact with a New Car Sales Manager (my deal was on a used F-150) who finally got me into contact with someone. Once I spoke to this Sales Manager, he notified me that the truck-which I have email confirmation that my deal was complete, gave me the payment amount, the finance term, and a delivery date for today-had been sold. I asked him to confirm that this unit was sold to someone other than myself....he said it had sold over the weekend (I purchased the vehicle via the "Buy Now" link on the internet, so I thought maybe he was referring to me as the purchaser. Unfortunately, he was not. I understand that websites don't always update quickly, but someone should have just called me and told me that it was actually sold....and by the way they shopped my credit around to at least 3 lenders and secured financing for a vehicle that was sold??? If I could give them zero stars, I would. Buyer beware.

Found the car I wanted on the website before going into dealership because I drove from 2 hours away. The people I talked to were all friendly. Felt like process was easy and went rather quick. Happy with overall experience and purchase at this dealership.

0 stars if I could.Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase from this company(Kalidy Kia). Went to purchase a car took over six hours to complete transaction. Had to come back 3 weeks later to sign papers again because they were misplaced. Went in a waited for 20 minutes and nobody helped. Went a second time to give the keys back and was charged .35 cents a mile, 2500 miles in a month. The second trip there was two others that had problems with not getting their title, one being a marine in uniform and a Hispanic lady. 320 plus cars sold in the month and three people were in within a hour having problems with the dealership. Just look at the reviews and go somewhere else, because there is a lot of 1 star reviews.

Terrible. Quoted me 14000 dollars on a new Forte online and over the phone and when I went there to pay cash the price had gone up 4500 dollars. Then they had the nerve to try to sell me a used car for the 14000. Lied just to get me in the door. Watch out. Can't be trusted.

Place is a joke!! We were there two different times trying to test drive a vehicle. First time 3/17/18 they said the battery was bad in the car. Nobody wanted to put one in the vehicle so we could test drive it. Came back on 4/14/18 just to see if the vehicle was still there. It was. We went in to ask to test drive the vehicle and was told that they didn't have the keys and we couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were being audited. The sales guy Mr. Jones was trying to help us and offered to go buy a battery with his own money which I thought was pretty strange. He was not there again the second time. The dealership is very shady! What dealership wouldn't go above and beyond to get you in a car or have a battery in there service center? Shady!!!!!!
