We were looking for a vehicle with comfortable seating, we had purchased a 2016 Toyota Corella LE and within 45 min of riding in it, it was very painful, with pain shooting from hip down leg, the only thing the dealership would do was sell us a newer vehicle with same seating, so looked on internet for a different type vehicle. Tried different types, found Zero Gravity seating in Nissans, then sat in a Murano and it was soo comfortable, even on ride home > 100 miles. Joe and his team helped us greatly. The morning after, still had pleasant experience purchasing the Murano, no pressure sales from staff and feel like we got a very fair deal. Thank you Joe and your team.

My girlfriend purchased a car from them on Dec 27 2017 She was given a Carfax report on the car that showed no problems with it. On March 18 The transmission went out.. it didn’t even make it to the first oil change. After calling General Motors about it. I was told they didn’t have any service records on it. Which I thought was quite strange. After taking it to a GM dealer for repair (3900 dollars for transmission replacement)) I find out that there is a very long history on it.. Nelson Nissan had taken the car to a GM dealer and had the pistons and rings replaced in the engine. They then turned around and sold it to her. Telling her the car was in excellent condition knowing they had just had it in to the shop for the repair. This car has had a new engine put in at 11,500 miles many other problems plus the pistons had been replaced 22,000 miles before they had it done again!!! . All the problems with the car are too long to list here but I assure you the record is horrible. Before buying any car from them take the VIN number to the manufacture and get the report of repairs from them. Do not trust the Carfax they give you.It didn’t list any of the problems the car had. They will do absolutely nothing to help you. We want our money back! They Knowingly sold her a lemon! I would never had let her buy the car had I known the history on it which they didn’t share with her! Not being honest with her about the cars History. Not any way to run a business!!!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. They are fun, fast, and care about their customers. They have several finance options, and were able to get me a great interest rate on my pre-owned vehicle. They weren't pushy, but very attentive to my needs.

My wife want to purchase a used 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. She look online that night at Nissan of Lawton and found one for $27933 and told me about it that morning. I check it out that morning and verified the price . We was excited about goin down to try and purchase this vehicle. My wife was there before I was and I showed up later. She test drove the vehicle and like it. We went back to talk with the sale representative and he informed us the vehicle was list online at $32933. When i asked about the price that was online they told us to was a glitch in the system but would honor the prices. Then they proceeded to low ball her trade-in vehicle which is a 2014 Nissan Altima which is in good condition. Which she also purchase an extended warranty for 84 month or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper when she purchase this vehicle brand new in 2014. Needless to say we didn't purchase the vehicle but i decide to go back to the Nissan of Lawton page to see if the vehicle was there and guess what I see the same 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum listed at $27933. Wow!! They say "we support the troops/veterans" at Nissan of Lawton but i think they mean to say we will try and take advantage of the troops/veterans at Nissan of Lawton. I don't think it was the sale representative who tried to mess us over but the sales management.

We had been in prayer about buying a new vehicle, and Ada Nissan was such a blessing and answer to our prayers. I highly recommend Ada Nissan! The man who sold us our vehicle was Michael. He said from the start that he would do his very best to get us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. He kept his word, worked hard, and got us within just a couple of dollars. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle, and didn't try to sale us something other than what we were looking for. Thank you Ada Nissan for being a business that treats it's customers honest and fair.

We bought a 2010 Murano in 2010. The service department has been great but the sales force is an entirely different matter.
In 2011 I attempted to purchase a Juke from Brad Fenton. I had obtained a price from Bob Moore but would have purchased locally all things being equal. I was advised by Fenton that I could not buy the car for that price and they refused to try to meet the price. I bought my 2011 Juke over the phone from Bob Moore sitting in front of Brad Fenton's dealership.
In 2013 we contacted Brad Fenton about trading the 2010 Murano for a new one with some additional equipment. After an encounter that encompassed ridiculous pricing, interest rates, payments, and very unprofessional conduct by staff, we left Brad Fenton, contacted Bob Moore and bought the new Murano for hundreds less per month, thousands more for the trade-in, and an interest rate so much lower.
We anticipate that the very good service department at Brad Fenton will continue
the high quality service on the cars we have purchased from Bob Moore. I could never
recommend trying buy a new car from Fenton.
