Great experience up to a point! 10 days after car deal was made I found out dealership had not paid off my trade in to Nissan Motors and this resulted in an additional payment being deducted from my bank account. After contacting general manager Scott Hayes, I was assured that he would resolve this issue and get my additional payment back to me. After two more weeks still no payment and was told after second phone call to Mr. Hayes that he couldn’t help me as it was my problem for not stopping payment withdrawal. Really! I guess it’s dealerships like this that give the car buying experience such a bad name and leaves such a bad feeling towards people such as this general manager. Way to go Bob Moore Auto Group!!!

The dealership was very nice and clean. Jacob meet me outside with a smile and instantly showed me the car we talked about via phone. We test drove it and then he told me all about the car. Before signing a single paper he made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicle. He even worked with me on trying to get a reasonable price and everything I needed for the vehicle. I totally recommend their services. Everyone there as they walked by was really friendly and made you feel welcomed.

If there is a zero star i would give it to this dealer because there are a bunch of liar: saleman and even a manger. I found a car and we agreed the price in writing by email but when i came to get a car they raised a price up by adding a lot of thing in which we already include in the agreement because they know I really like a car. Don't do a business with this dealer you will be ripped off.

They sold my trade in before I was officially approved and then took their car back and left me without a vehicle. For two whole months there was no communication throughout the whole process. It was a mess. I’d talk to my sales guy (who was amazing btw meeting him was the only good thing out of this ordeal) and he didn’t know anything cause no one would tell him so I’d talk to like two different people and they couldn’t tell me anything. I was lied to and conned. I had a suspicion they sold my car with how long it was taking and was told they still had it. Everyone besides Reagan, who was very rude for no reason, I may have been flustered when he was telling me that they stole my only transportation and way to work and such but that didn’t call for his snarky comments and just simply not caring at all, everyone was super nice to me despite the situation.

Bait and switch at its best - JOEL1968
I went to Route 66 Nissan to see about trading in my Altima on a 2020 Maxima Platinum. I explained in detail to Jackson Hamilton what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and that NMAC pre-approved me. He called me 27Dec to advise that his manager would be able to beat the other offers in town by about $50 a month, and include TTL. I took off early to go to the dealership. Jackson had gone home, which was fine since I didn't know until the last minute that I could get away early. I met with another sales person who took me for a test drive. The car was great. However, after I got back it went down hill in a big hurry. I filled out the credit app paperwork. JT from the finance office came over, and he was trying to figure out how to say what he wanted to say. What he said still amazes me. He said that the verbal price quote was NOT based on the top-of-the-line 2020 Nissan Maxima Platinum I had just test-driven...it was based on a base model 2019 Nissan Maxima S. I said I came to buy the Platinum and I'll walk if I can't get the car I wanted with the original quoted terms. He said to give him until morning to work something out. No one called me the next morning. I finally texted Jackson Hamilton to see what they worked out. He texted back telling me they would need $50 a month more. That would mean I would pay $3600 more for the car than quoted. I said I would accept that if they cut me a check for $3600. They declined, but they instead offered me a demonstrator 2018 as a consolation prize. I'm guessing it was a 2018 Maxima, the text didn't say. I told them the only reason I came to Route 66 Nissan in the first place was because of the price, and told them they do not have a good reputation among customer websites like this one and amoung other dealerships. I also told them they were offering the same as Jackie Cooper Nissan, and I wasn't given bait-and-switch sales tactics there. After this experience, I can safely say the bad reputation Route 66 Nissan has is well-deserved. I'd buy a Tulsa Transit bus pass before I'd buy a car here!

The service staff is knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. They also did extra little things that most service places would not have even given a thought to do. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have had my vehicles worked on at other places and had long waiting periods and the people treated me as though they didn't even want my business. That wasn't the case with the Nissan service department. I have already made an appointment for more work to be done.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Purchased a vehicle almost exactly be a year ago and it's been one issue after another. To date I have spent over $6700 on repairs for a 3 year vehicle that was supposed to be in great condition, and just received another $2800 bill to replace the condenser after I spent $1200 to replace the high side on the A/C that was supposed to be in great working condition. After reading other reviews it seems to be a common theme with this place. If you are shopping around and haven't yet fallen prey to this place I HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING SOME PLACE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!
To make matters worse, after getting the manager to agree to pay for a small portion of the charges, the dealership they referred me to said they were not taking any charges (P/O) from Bob howard nissan because Bob howard nissan had a high outstanding debt to them. It's difficult to imagine how this dealership continues to get away with these sort of practices without legal ramifications.
