Today I went to Jackie Cooper looking for a car that was suitable for my price range. Right when we arrived I was greeted and immediately started to try to find the right quote for a car. Bobby Sterling was exceptional! He pulled up a car that was perfect for my price range, and he informed us exceptionally well. He's easy to have a conversation with, and we found a suitable vehicle that fit my own needs. I would recommend Bobby and MJ to anybody who is needing a car.

Sales associate Trey Jacobs assisted me with these purchases, he is very knowledgeable and friendly a excellent customer service person. He explained everything in layman terms to give me a understanding of the transactions.
Josh Odom was the financial director he was knowledgeable and explained all phases of the financing end of the purchases. I would recommend these two employees to friends and family.
Quick and easy fix for my Ford - Louise Cox
I was in town just for a weekend/wedding. I stopped by this dealership to see if someone could fix my rearview mirror from vibrating when I drove. I had to replace a broken windshield a couple of months ago and replaced the mirror myself twice trying to get it to be stationary like it was before. I used the correct glue but could not understand why the mirror kept shaking; it was driving me nuts. I stopped in about 1 pm on Saturday, August 13, and the young man said he knew what the problem was. He removed the mirror and then within 10 minutes came back out and reattached it to the windshield. He said a small metal piece on the mirror itself had been bent down, so he adjusted it. This was the 3rd place I had been to but the only place that knew what to do. He took care of my problem and I was in and out of there within 15". No charge either! I am very happy with it and the mirror no longer vibrates. Thanks so much!

This was our 2nd trip to this store. The first time we went to look at the car they would not negotiate a price difference, not even by $1. We were not asking much only $400 les than asking price. When we went back to work out a deal after they told us a lesser price a few days later, we were approched by Gene Rhodes the supposed general manager. With an awful tone and attitude in his voice, he said, "This is what we talked about on the phone. We are too busy for this, do you want the car or not?" Then proceeds to shred our paperwork in front of our face and walked off. This is not how a general manager is to act towards the customer. I escalated the problem up the chain of command and got nowhere. No one wanted to hear my concern or make the sale of the car right with us. Their customer service is AWFUL. I would never recommend Bob Moore to anyone nor will I ever step foot back on one of their lots. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Thieves - Whistler
We have had a vehicle from them now for a month and they are demanding the car be returned because their financial people dropped the ball, and did not get the loan completed despite 3 trips to give them the things they asked for. Our salesman smelled of alcohol and as we left we were told by the dealership the car was now ours and would not take it back. Needless to here we are a month later and now they want to pull the rug out from under us. They are also stating that they will not give back our down payment at time of return and they claim it will not be the full amount. Also after having the car for a month insurance has been paid to the tune of 400.00 that I will be out. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever been involved in. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Beware of these thieves.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. They are fun, fast, and care about their customers. They have several finance options, and were able to get me a great interest rate on my pre-owned vehicle. They weren't pushy, but very attentive to my needs.

My wife want to purchase a used 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. She look online that night at Nissan of Lawton and found one for $27933 and told me about it that morning. I check it out that morning and verified the price . We was excited about goin down to try and purchase this vehicle. My wife was there before I was and I showed up later. She test drove the vehicle and like it. We went back to talk with the sale representative and he informed us the vehicle was list online at $32933. When i asked about the price that was online they told us to was a glitch in the system but would honor the prices. Then they proceeded to low ball her trade-in vehicle which is a 2014 Nissan Altima which is in good condition. Which she also purchase an extended warranty for 84 month or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper when she purchase this vehicle brand new in 2014. Needless to say we didn't purchase the vehicle but i decide to go back to the Nissan of Lawton page to see if the vehicle was there and guess what I see the same 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum listed at $27933. Wow!! They say "we support the troops/veterans" at Nissan of Lawton but i think they mean to say we will try and take advantage of the troops/veterans at Nissan of Lawton. I don't think it was the sale representative who tried to mess us over but the sales management.

We had been in prayer about buying a new vehicle, and Ada Nissan was such a blessing and answer to our prayers. I highly recommend Ada Nissan! The man who sold us our vehicle was Michael. He said from the start that he would do his very best to get us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. He kept his word, worked hard, and got us within just a couple of dollars. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle, and didn't try to sale us something other than what we were looking for. Thank you Ada Nissan for being a business that treats it's customers honest and fair.

We bought a 2010 Murano in 2010. The service department has been great but the sales force is an entirely different matter.
In 2011 I attempted to purchase a Juke from Brad Fenton. I had obtained a price from Bob Moore but would have purchased locally all things being equal. I was advised by Fenton that I could not buy the car for that price and they refused to try to meet the price. I bought my 2011 Juke over the phone from Bob Moore sitting in front of Brad Fenton's dealership.
In 2013 we contacted Brad Fenton about trading the 2010 Murano for a new one with some additional equipment. After an encounter that encompassed ridiculous pricing, interest rates, payments, and very unprofessional conduct by staff, we left Brad Fenton, contacted Bob Moore and bought the new Murano for hundreds less per month, thousands more for the trade-in, and an interest rate so much lower.
We anticipate that the very good service department at Brad Fenton will continue
the high quality service on the cars we have purchased from Bob Moore. I could never
recommend trying buy a new car from Fenton.
