Normally, I don't even bother writing reviews, especially... - apd244
Normally, I don't even bother writing reviews, especially negative ones. This place made me look up mechanics and brake shops around the city just because they could not do what they had charged me to do. Earlier last year, my front brakes needed to be replaced. There was a slight wear squeeking coming from them. I took my car in and was told that I needed to have my brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Okay. I got that done (an arm and a leg $$$$). After a month or two I noticed squeeling coming from the brakes that they had replaced. I called them and tried to schedule an appointment but ultimately had to cancel that appointment because they were undermanned and overbooked. I eventually got my car in and they took the brake assembly apart and had told me that there were no issues and that any squeeling/clicking noises were normal. After about a week or two, the noises came back again. It wasn't until today that I took my car to another mechanic who actually showed me the rotors and explained that he is pretty certain that the rotors bad not been resurfaced. He did the work that needed to be done and it was cheaper than the nightmare I had to deal with. I honestly will probably never go back to this dealership unless I'm training my car in.
*Of note, the last time I was there they looked up the tech who worked on my car in the past no longer was employed with them. That is never a great sign.
***Update. Something I forgot to mention because it became normal to me is the type of pads that they used. When I got my brakes done here I used to have a slight squeeling noise that I could hear at slow speeds. I thought it was odd because I used to change my own brakes and never had that issue. When I got my brakes down at the other place, they brought out the old pads and "clips" to show me the wear and tear on the clip it's self. Part of the issue was, nissan used clips that barley (but still) touched the rotor. After a while the clip was worn down and no longer made that squeeling noise. Why would a dealership use a clip that rubs the rotor is beyond my comprehension. I just thought I should add that because I haven't had a single squeel or brake issue since going to another place 🙃.

I will never buy a car here again. Bought a used car and explained we wanted a warranty. Said we wanted the best of the best warranty because we don't have that kind of money to keep spending on repairs etc. Have had car like 6 months and already having issues with the camshaft control censor. When I call warranty about it they say it's not covered. Been calling and leaving messages for 3 days with no return calls. Make sure when signing your gettingbexactly what you want.
EXCELLENT SERVICE - anita.davis
The service staff is knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. They also did extra little things that most service places would not have even given a thought to do. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have had my vehicles worked on at other places and had long waiting periods and the people treated me as though they didn't even want my business. That wasn't the case with the Nissan service department. I have already made an appointment for more work to be done.

Scheduled a service appointment online, brought vehicle... - DoBetter
Scheduled a service appointment online, brought vehicle to shop at the service time, was advised to give them a minute to look at it. The service guy came back to tell me that I should've scheduled the appointment over the phone because their appointment scheduler is not update them properly. What's the point of the online option? I disregarded the passively rude comment/suggestion, and was offered a ride home with the promise of me getting my vehicle back today if they fix it or if they have to order parts, I agreed and accepted the ride home. I called when I got home to confirm that the repair would be under warranty and was advised that my car is still under the basic warranty and that I will receive a phone call about my car. I had to call them at 5:00 pm because I never received a call or update about my repair and they close at 6:00 pm. I was offered to leave my car overnight because the technician didn't get a change to look at my car. When I inquired about the rental option (at no-cost) that I received in the mail if my car has to stay overnight for a repair, I was then offered to come pick my car up or have someone pick me up to get it, and the rental option isn't valid because the car was not diagnosed and they need that to confirm that the warranty will cover the repair. So basically, they want me to bring my car back early in the morning, cause the "earlier, the better" for it to possibly get looked at. They had my car since 10:00 am and it would've been nice to get a phone call update instead of assuming that I would be okay with leaving my car overnight without confirming it with me. I also let service guy and the guy that drove me home that I had to pick someone up from work at 5:00 and they didn't even bother to make a note on my service order of that information but I had to call them for an update. I wonder where everyone's customer service professionalism went to? Hmmm....
