We had a very pleasant experience buying our new car. - Sally
Joe Simmons made our car buying experience very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and worked with all of our needs. Everyone we came into contact with was super nice from the sweet lady at the front desk to everyone that held doors open for me!

Bob Moore Nissan - JEBOND
Good deal at Bob Moore Nissan in Norman. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation for my 20,000 mile mark on our 2018 Versa. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45pm but the errands I had to do before that were finished sooner than expected. I went to the dealership and asked if they could see me a little early (about an hour) and they said no problem. They got me in and out in under an hour and considering it was around lunch time, that was awesome! I also noticed once I got home that the technician that serviced the vehicle, had put a new valve cover on the tire that was missing one! I had lost one when I was checking the tire pressure the other day and it was cool that he bothered to replace that. To notice something as small as that and have that kind of attention to detail is amazing! Thanks for that - I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but I watched him through the window that is provided in the waiting area. This is another reason I like going to BMN - they have a window you can watch the cars getting worked on, they have popcorn and other snacks. Their hospitality is great! See ya at 25,000!

Excellent customer service - whatsayrenee
This is a great place to buy a vehicle. They are fun, fast, and care about their customers. They have several finance options, and were able to get me a great interest rate on my pre-owned vehicle. They weren't pushy, but very attentive to my needs.
Worst Experience - Stupid 62R
I am no longer interested in a Nissan. I had been looking for over 6 months trying out different vehicles and always came back to the Nissan Rogue SV, loved it and set my goal for Black Friday weekend. I was going to Oklahoma for a Thanksgiving/family reunion and checked online what the deals were and found what I was looking for at Bob Howard, I was happy with the online price, but my brother wanted to see if he could get me a better deal. Long story short - he got me a GREAT deal, I was really happy with the final deal and agreed to the deal presented to me. All was good and then I went to the finance guy and he totally tried to screw me around. He was doing everything he could to take my $2500 rebate away, totally not what I had agreed upon. He was telling me I had to use the 4.99% interest offered by Nissan and if we went with a different carrier I would have to forfeit my $2500 rebate. I explained to him that I had great credit and that my son bought a USED vehicle in Guthrie and had 3.99%. He said you may have good credit but if I don't do the 4.99 then I would have to give up the $2500 rebate, at this time I knew he didn't check my credit scores. Then he kept adding the extended warranty which I told him I did not want, and in a sense made the vehicle out to sound like it would have alot of problems. I was getting upset with the fact that the deal I agreed upon was being taken away by this jerk! ! About the time I was ready to stop the process my sister in law had called and said the out of town family had arrived and wanted to know how long I would be and I told her I was on my way. I left, he wanted that $2500 rebate so bad he could have it and the vehicle. I loved that vehicle, but after the experience I have gone through with 2 different Nissan dealers I have decided Nissan is not for me! ! My son has had nothing but Nissan's and loves them, he was the one that was pushing me towards the Nissan and once I sat and drove one I was very happy with the way it felt and the comfort of the seat with my back.
I hope you all enjoy that $2500 rebate and somebody else can have the vehicle I was going to purchase. I may be a 62 year old woman but I am not STUPID!
They dont know how to sell - zigone
I went in to trade in my vehicle. The sales I spoke with seemed to be nice. I wanted to trade for a Titan. He asked me how much I want for my vehicle. I told him the price and he said we could not do that. I told him that is the price your web site gave me on the internet. He then told me that I probably owe more on my vehicle and would not be able to trade without adding more to the loan. Odd, he did not ask me how much i owed. He then told me that I would probably have to pay higher interest on the new vehicle. I asked why and he told me because of my credit. He never ran my credit. He did not know my score. He only knew my first name.
Turned away from appointment - Disappointed customer
I scheduled an appointment for a multi point inspection the the Nelson Nissan website and was turned away at the service center because it wasn't chargeable. Not willing to work with me to figure something out. You shouldn't allow appointments to be made on your website you aren't willing to honor. Will go elsewhere for future maintenance and purchasing needs.
Car sold without title & proper documentation- Fraud - YVROMUL

Gross mismanagement; Fraudulent & Dishonest Practices
Formal Complaint - Paid in full for a 2009 Lexus Rx350 Gold. Vehicle delivered 9/29/18 in New York. Up to now, still waiting for tile and other documents. Complaint filed today with Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission raising unfair sales practices and consumer fraud by Fenton Nissan. See correspondence threads with Nick Tubbs from Fenton Nissan who has been oblivious to the matter at hand. Nick is out of touch with really and needs to be injected with a dose of common sense or playing stupid since he is dealing with a black man. To be noted, gross mismanagement, dishonesty, irresponsibility and questionable business practice of your dealership are obvious when reading some of the consumer reviews. I will open another complaint with the OK attorney general. Nick Tuhas yet to provide a timeline as to when the title will be available. Customer relations is a disaster, poorly inadequate and inefficient at Fenton Nissan.. This is gross incompetency and poor judgment of your personnel to enter into transaction with deceptive tendencies. I will seek the support of other victims to hasten an immediate investigation by the attorney general's office. This is a total disgrace. My expenses amount to thirty plus dollars a day to transport my daughter to school as the result of Fenton Nissan dereliction and dishonesty.
I will not even recommend Fenton Nissan to my worst enemy. I was told by the attorney general's office in Oklahoma that the matter can be referred to the Federal Trade Commission since it involves inter-state commerce. Exception: Trey was good

My wife want to purchase a used 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. She look online that night at Nissan of Lawton and found one for $27933 and told me about it that morning. I check it out that morning and verified the price . We was excited about goin down to try and purchase this vehicle. My wife was there before I was and I showed up later. She test drove the vehicle and like it. We went back to talk with the sale representative and he informed us the vehicle was list online at $32933. When i asked about the price that was online they told us to was a glitch in the system but would honor the prices. Then they proceeded to low ball her trade-in vehicle which is a 2014 Nissan Altima which is in good condition. Which she also purchase an extended warranty for 84 month or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper when she purchase this vehicle brand new in 2014. Needless to say we didn't purchase the vehicle but i decide to go back to the Nissan of Lawton page to see if the vehicle was there and guess what I see the same 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum listed at $27933. Wow!! They say "we support the troops/veterans" at Nissan of Lawton but i think they mean to say we will try and take advantage of the troops/veterans at Nissan of Lawton. I don't think it was the sale representative who tried to mess us over but the sales management.
Great buying experience!! - czike
We had been in prayer about buying a new vehicle, and Ada Nissan was such a blessing and answer to our prayers. I highly recommend Ada Nissan! The man who sold us our vehicle was Michael. He said from the start that he would do his very best to get us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. He kept his word, worked hard, and got us within just a couple of dollars. He listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle, and didn't try to sale us something other than what we were looking for. Thank you Ada Nissan for being a business that treats it's customers honest and fair.
We bought a 2010 Murano in 2010. The service department... - billarends
We bought a 2010 Murano in 2010. The service department has been great but the sales force is an entirely different matter.
In 2011 I attempted to purchase a Juke from Brad Fenton. I had obtained a price from Bob Moore but would have purchased locally all things being equal. I was advised by Fenton that I could not buy the car for that price and they refused to try to meet the price. I bought my 2011 Juke over the phone from Bob Moore sitting in front of Brad Fenton's dealership.
In 2013 we contacted Brad Fenton about trading the 2010 Murano for a new one with some additional equipment. After an encounter that encompassed ridiculous pricing, interest rates, payments, and very unprofessional conduct by staff, we left Brad Fenton, contacted Bob Moore and bought the new Murano for hundreds less per month, thousands more for the trade-in, and an interest rate so much lower.
We anticipate that the very good service department at Brad Fenton will continue
the high quality service on the cars we have purchased from Bob Moore. I could never
recommend trying buy a new car from Fenton.
