I WAS TOLD WHEN THE DESIGNED THE CAR THERE WAS NO PLACE TO PUT ONE SO YOU DON'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE BECAUSE THE DESIGNERS COULDN'T FIND A PLACE FOR IT. EVERYBODY THAT BELIEVES THAT PLEASE STAND ON YOUR HEAD FOR 5 MINUTES.

This is my second time buying from here and I gotta say it was a great experience from the sales staff, to management, and finance as well. I was greeted when I pulled up and there was no pressure. The used Car manager Colt went out of his way to ensure my wife and I were happy with our new vehicles and all of our needs were met. The new car manager Mike was courteous as well. I was also greeted by salesman Marcus, TK, Tony, Kelly, and Mark. This has been one of the only places where I’ve seen multiple staffers aid one another and do it with a smile on their face. It was hot and the used car manager even gave us water without us requesting it. When it was time to finance the finance manager Kevin went out of his way to explain every detail and pick out the best package for my needs. We were also greeted by the sales manager Dale and he was very helpful in coordinating the process. On my way out I was introduced to the general manager as well. This is a top tier organization from the bottom to the top and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. The only way to go is to Bob Howard Nissan!!! That’s why I bought 2 cars. I’ll definitely be back because they make you feel like family.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I wrote a review praising the dealership and salesman for their helpful manner, this was before I knew the fraudulent transactions that took place.
After purchasing the Versa our salesman purchased a 54,000.00 Titan in my name. He forged my name and used my identity without my permission. My information was used for credit inquiries that I did not authorize and remains on my credit report. Our salesman was arrested for these crimes. The dealership was deceptive with the warranty and their sales practices. I also had to wait for my paperwork to plate the vehicle for over a month and I then did not receive the correct paperwork so I had to wait longer. My temporary tag expired before I could permanently plate the Versa.
They dont know how to sell - zigone
I went in to trade in my vehicle. The sales I spoke with seemed to be nice. I wanted to trade for a Titan. He asked me how much I want for my vehicle. I told him the price and he said we could not do that. I told him that is the price your web site gave me on the internet. He then told me that I probably owe more on my vehicle and would not be able to trade without adding more to the loan. Odd, he did not ask me how much i owed. He then told me that I would probably have to pay higher interest on the new vehicle. I asked why and he told me because of my credit. He never ran my credit. He did not know my score. He only knew my first name.

I was told $459 a month for a brand new tiny sentra and the paperwork says 20278, then got notified by my credit buros did you get a new car, I was excited about the new car loan and how it will boost my credit. But I go look at the details is says 24,409 and the payment was at 469. You tell me is this a truthful dealer, I don't think so. I will be calling complaining about the car price difference 4131k difference which is a lot, might as well have paid what my friend paid for a truck 475 mo 25k total he didn't get lied to. Sales guy was great. I am not sue if the issue lies with finace or the sales managers but I will find out I am very unhappy. I won't call I am showing up on Monday August 5th 2019 for an explanation and I still didn't get my $500 on my R&D cash back or my car rebates, they are saying I did get but it's not there because online all the tiny sentras have 2k to 3k off the cars , that is an extra rebate or cash back I didn't get.
Horrible from start to finish - Dealership
Bought a truck and got it home and the engine started knocking. Took the truck back the next day. They had the truck for two months and when I finally got the truck back and it had a transmission and a wiring problem. Then to top it all off. They promised 90 days till my first payment they started taking it out on the 2nd month. And then I get thrown around the ringer it’s there fault no it’s theres and back and forth. Needless to say. I STILL DONT HAVE MY TRUCK

Went there to see what I could get into, had an appointment did paperwork etc, then another person came in I guess appointment the person that was dealing with me went with the other person, I sat and waited a manager came and talked with me while the sales person went and showed a car, very rude not good for business, I won't send anyone there and I won't go there again. Bad business
