I just bought my second Toyota Rav4 from Joseph Muniz at Post Oak Toyota yesterday, and I have to say, the experience was phenomenal. I initially went in for service on my older Rav4 and I opted into an appraisal while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable, with complementary water and coffee. Mr. Muniz began helping me right away and we talked about the things I would like in a new Rav. I test drove 2, and settled on a 2025 Rav4 hybrid XLE. I love my new rav! I left something in the old vehicle late Friday night, and Joseph went out of his way to bring it to us the next morning! Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
