When walking into the Jim Norton Toyota dealership, we were prepared to leave with the same vehicle we drove in with. Going into the used car lot looking for the right 4Runner, we met Micah and told him exactly what we were looking for in a used car. Never did it cross our mind that we could afford another brand new vehicle, especially after a horrendous car buying experience at a local Chevy dealer. Micah went above and beyond for us and we walked away with a fully loaded 2026 TRD Off-Road Premium 4Runner with every single luxury amenity that we wanted and more! He was honest, upfront and you could definitely tell he cares so much about his customers. Micah IS the car buying standard that other dealerships should strive for.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
