My wife and I bought our Highlander from Andy and Jeremy three weeks ago. This is the second Highlander we have bought from them and will most likely buy any other vehicles we need from them. Andy was friendly, no pressure, thorough, and made the whole experience enjoyable and worthwhile.

I brought my RAV4 in for maintenance service. I was checked in by Anthony, who was very courteous and efficient. Anthony is an asset to the Bob Howard Dealership. My car was treated respectfully by using a plastic covering over the seat etc.

Post Oak Toyota is a great place to buy a used or new vehicle. No high pressure sales. My experience has always been good. Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t try to pressure us into a vehicle we did not want. Thanks STEVE. Not: I would not give the service department the same rating though.

I took my van in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. It took them over 3 hours to do a simple oil change and tie rotation. There were people who got there after me who left just under an hour after arriving while I was still sitting there waiting.

I would recommend to anyone! I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Marshall Knighten whom was very helpful! Mario made the finance go by so smoothly. GSM Cory replaced the windshield at their cost due to my negligence. They are absolutely amazing and I appreciate how easy they made my process!!

Rique the sales person was amazing. It is sad John West felt he could not be honest with me. He said he had not run my credit when he gave me the estimate on my payment. I get home and they ran a full report. I dispise liars.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
