Morgan, the service advisor, is straight-up honest — no games, no pressure, and definitely no upselling things you don’t need. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand exactly what’s being done before any work starts. That kind of professionalism and integrity goes a long way. Mike, the technician, is the only one I trust to work on our vehicles. He’s worked on my dad’s Toyota Tacoma, his Toyota Yaris, our Honda Odyssey van, and our Subaru Legacy — and every time, his work has been flawless. Mike knows his stuff, takes pride in what he does, and treats every car like it’s his own. When he fixes something, you can count on it being done right the first time. When we were looking to trade in our Honda Odyssey, both Morgan and Mike went above and beyond to help us out. They looked over the two cars we were considering, gave us honest expert advice, and made sure there were no hidden issues before we signed the papers. We switched from the dealer we purchased our tundra from to Bob Howard this past year. I have nothing but great things to say about their Service Dept and employees that I have encountered. Any future Toyotas we purchase will be done with Bob Howard. It’s a longer drive for us, but more than worth it. We highly recommend! I purchased a vehicle in 2023. The finance manager told the wife and I by purchasing the extended service that we would be covered for oil changes and tire rotations for as long as we owned the vehicle. Fast forward a year, and I was told that my extended warranty expires in April 2026, and the number was limited regardless. The finance manager no longer worked there. I spoke with the new finance manager and another sales manager. They said the boxes weren’t checked on the form I signed, and they would look into it. That all sales were recorded, and they would look into it. I never heard back. I finally got ahold of someone again. I recommended what I thought was a fair solution of reimbursing me for the $600 the plan cost me, and I would pay for remaining oil changes, or they could honor the verbal agreement their “previous” finance manager advised of general maintenance for length of ownership. Someone always says they’ll look into it, then radio silence. I would recommend Jim Norton to my worst enemy. I love them too much for that!

I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
