I live near Atlanta and ran across an ID.4 with a great price online. The only issue being that it was located in Eugene, OR. So...it would take a lot of trust to commit to a vehicle's that far away. I called them up and got Tony Johnson, a real salesperson, not a BDC department which was a great start.Tony was awesome. Took a lot of pics for me and was very efficient in completing the deal. You hope that your salesperson is being honest when describing the vehicle that you are purchasing 2500 miles away. It's not like you can return it. We just received the VW this morning and it was even better than Tony described it. It was in excellent condition. I was in the auto industry for over 22 years and have seen many salespersons. Tony is in the top 1%. Thank you Tony for being a pleasant, responsive and honest salesperson. Eugene Hyundai is lucky to have you!

He went as far as contacting the factory to get the best possible advice on how to solve my automated light system problem. You can go anywhere to get your Hyundai serviced, but if you demand the best, then Dick’s is the only place for you 😊👍🏻

overall 5/5. they were super helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about ensuring i got a car at a fair price. I live over an hour away and was not able to make it back up, but Mark drove down, and by that afternoon i was driving home in new car, with no money down, and no payment for the first 90days. free service and oil change for 2 years. i would recommend them to anyone with good credit.
