My 85 year old mother of failing health went into this place in response to a recall notice. She had. 2013 Elantra worth about $1000.00. They told her she needed maintenance, and proceeded to give her an oil change and a transmission flush to the tune of about $1100.00. They obviously picked their victim as shortly after this incident it was necessary to take my mom´s keys. There was absolutely no reason for. transmission flush, for which they charged in excess of $600.00. These people are unscrupulous and dishonest… I recommend staying way clear of this place.

I bought a used car from Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai and on the way home we noticed the Drivers side front turn signal wasn't working. I called the dealership and was told I needed to speak to the salesperson. I guess this is why they give the 3 day leave the car guarantee because they don't get back to you until after the 3 days. After a couple of days of no return phone call I called the service department. The service department manager was rude and unprofessional and told me they wouldn't fix my issue that I would have to pay for service. One of the worst car purchasing deals I've done in over 30 years. I would highly recommend to go someplace else and I will never bring my car here for service.
