I went to Beaverton Hyundai for an oil change last Sat. It was not a long process so I decided to wait. I was a little bit concerned to wait inside due to pandemic, but they were more than meticulous in cleaning! They cleaned pens every time one signs, my key fob was in an individual plastic bag, there were liners everywhere in my car (wheel, seat, floor, everywhere). It is horrible for the environment, but at least they were thinking about customers and their people during pandemic. Thank you!

We were contacted that a car that was on "hold" for two weeks was now available. I arranged financing and made a 4 pm appt to sign paperwork. Salesman called while I was driving over and said they sold it to someone else instead. Salesman never had asked for a deposit, nor put the car on hold, just sold it to someone else who did not have a day job..

Got a message from my wife that the service department had messaged her stating a new battery was needed.
I went to service department and talked to Noah who was working the service desk .I asked him about the battery he told me it was low on cold cranking amps, I told him the cars only 3yrs old and I didn't believe him.
He said he would get the test paper, as he was going to get it he walk past an office and the person at the desk said
and I quote "what does he think that we make up the low test readings".
I saw the test and the battery was not up to par.
I was told it would be $212 for a new battery. He offered to test the battery but it would take an hr.
I paid for the oil change and left not very happy.Just a note I went to Battery Exchange in Salem and paid only $150 for a ,battery.

Went in looking to buy a new car specifically the Hyundai Ioniq and was welcomed in by Noe, he was amazing from the beginning all the way up until I left with my new Ioniq. He got the car right away for me and on the test drive answered all the questions I had. Working out the paperwork and price was very easy thanks to Noe, he was not pushy at all. Just before signing contracts we were suddenly told the price was wrong because there was a mix-up and they figured the wrong vehicle which was less expensive than the one we were purchasing. We were also promised 0% financing and a delayed first payment repeatedly during negotiations. When we went in to sign the papers we found we were being charged 4.19% interest. It was then that we were told that we could not have both 0% and a delayed payment. They were obviously hoping we would not read the contract as we were signing a zillion documents. This was a complete manipulation from beginning to end. This is a sleazy dealership. Do not purchase from them.

Only good thing about this place is the nice salesman Roberto. There was a used car I was interested in purchasing. It was listed for more then what KBB valued it, and the general manager was not open to negotiation. After giving a few offers, and them declining them, the GM came out and gave us a counter offer that was more then what the salesman had offered. The GM then told us that they were actually going to increase the listing price to more then what they’d advertised. After leaving, I got a text that had the lower offer the salesman gave earlier and when I re-stated what my highest offer was (only 400 less that what the salesman offered), I then got a second counter offer for the same, full asking price. Roberto was very helpful, and knowledgeable- while the GM greeted us with a negative and demeaning attitude. The day prior when I came to test drive the vehicle (45 minute drive each way), before I left the GM asked if I’d take it off the lot if he gave me a good deal. But the next day, that good deal turned into a non negotiable full asking price. Won’t be returning
