Beaverton Hyundai gave me a great deal on my Tucson lease, and a great vehicle. Amanda stays in touch and I get regular e-mail service reminders. Service experience is good and affordable. Never would have dreamed of buying a Hyundai as I am a BMW/Mercedes owner, but the Tucson is a great and reliable vehicle. I would buy another and use Beaverton Hyundai again!

We've had a couple recent experiences--both very positive. The first involved a lengthy recall issue due to delays from Hyundai. Withnell handled it proactively and as promptly as was within their power. The second involved some minor body work resulting from parking lot bumps that happened during the extended recall issue. No questions asked, the work was scheduled quickly and then done in a day and a half. We even had a rental car PROVIDED. Now that was service, at no cost to us!

my bill was a little higher due to the computer not updating some things that needed to be replaced according to the maintenance schedue. I was given a group discount on items and an extra 10% off the bill. I was totally satisfied with this. Jerry was very concerned about making things right. He went above and beyond!

I purchased a vehicle from Tonkin Hyundai in Gresham in July 2016. The tires on the $17,000 car they sold me are so BALD (no tread completely FLAT) that I could never get them repaired by a reputable company LEGALLY. They wont even touch them!!! I wish I could post a photo here! I also have mechanical and electrical issues that they "fixed" (after much Drama) but it failed again 1 month later. Apparently they don't warranty their work, They said because "you didn't purchase the extended warranty for MORE MONEY then we cant help you"....after 1 month of vehicle ownership....before my first car payment even! I doubt the car even went through any type of testing before being put out on the lot. I will be following all the avenues available to me for legal recourse! Im not sure selling those tires on that car was legal....but Im going to find out and do what I can to make sure they dont do this to anyone else! I am looking to file complaints with The better business bureau, Oregon Department of Justice consumer fraud complaints department, I will also be contacting an attorney to see what other options I may have available to myself for selling an UNSAFE car. The tires alone are unsafe.

These guys were FANTASTIC! I own a 2007 hyundai elantra and took it in to get a couple of minor recalls performed. One of the recalls could not be performed because of a problem with a wiring harness. The wiring harness was no easy fix due to federal law because it controlled the airbag system. The service manager, Rob Manning, called me and expressed the issue and told me that he wanted to plead the case to hyundai about doing the repair at their expense, even though the vehicle was over warranty at 110,000 miles. He made the case for me and hyundai agreed to pay for the entire repair, about $4500. I was and am amazed at the level of customer care and professionalism at Hyundai of Bend. I don't usually write reviews but every once in a while you get a level of customer care that goes so far beyond your expectations that I felt that this is the absolute least that I could do. Thank you, thank you, thank Rob Manning and all of the service department at Hyundai of Bend. I will absolutely be recommending Hyundai and specifically Hyundai of Bend to anyone and everyone. Oh and one last thing, I had a door handle on the passenger side of the car that broke and I mentioned that I wanted it priced out to get repaired while they had it in the shop. They told me they would look into it for me and I didn't hear anything back for a few days. The next thing I know, they sent me an email that said my car was ready and they went ahead and fixed the door handle at no charge. Incredible!!
