My 85 year old mother of failing health went into this... - Hubbellross
My 85 year old mother of failing health went into this place in response to a recall notice. She had. 2013 Elantra worth about $1000.00. They told her she needed maintenance, and proceeded to give her an oil change and a transmission flush to the tune of about $1100.00. They obviously picked their victim as shortly after this incident it was necessary to take my mom´s keys. There was absolutely no reason for. transmission flush, for which they charged in excess of $600.00. These people are unscrupulous and dishonest… I recommend staying way clear of this place.
I called several dealerships to inquire about vehicles... - MonteG
I called several dealerships to inquire about vehicles listed for sale either on their website or websites like cargurus.com. Daniel Sheets, of Lithia Volkswagon of Salem, was the ONLY sales person to immediately reach out to me and ask what I was in the market for and then set up several vehicles for me to test drive. He made sure my experience went smoothly and was very open in answering questions I had. I literally bought the first car I looked at and test drove because Daniel listened to what I told him. He helped me to see that it would help me get into that car I wanted AND still be able to add an extended warranty to my purchase by financing a small part of my whole purchase. I enjoyed every aspect of this experience. THANK YOU DANIEL!

Noe and Trey did an amazing job helping me and my husband purchasing a Volkswagen. Noe helped us find the vehicle we needed and took his time to inform us about each vehicle we were interested in. Trey helped us purchasing the vehicle and answering all our financial questions. Would recommend this dealership to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly and kind.
Buying a Car - John B
Let’s just say this dealership is the “Diamond in the Rough”. Had the most humblest experience working with the whole crew at MVW!!! Ya, treated us like family and made a young girl so so Happy buying her first car. If you have a young adult looking to get into a great car and have a transparent experience and full of honesty. Go see the gang at McMinnville Volkswagen!!!

Ryan, our salesman, was very approachable and easy to talk to, didn’t make us feel obligated to buy a car, show us different options, understood our needs and must haves and was respectful of our budget.
Overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating and our experience at Lithia Volkswagen was wonderful!

I worked with Jim when I inquired about a 2016 Jetta and it was an easy and non-pushy experience. Jim answered all my questions and was patient with me. He also sent me a ton of photos and info in the car. Jim showed me all the features in my new car and ensured the purchase process was quick and easy. I highly recommend Jim and this dealership.
We had a terrible experience with this dealership today.... - madipete2
We had a terrible experience with this dealership today. After calling them to let them know we were running late to outright purchase a truck they sold the truck and didn't even have the professionalism to let us know. When we arrived to pick up the truck the sales manager DEAN informed us over the phone "We got really busy and the Ranger sold sorry" - although the dealership was able to call 2-3 time to arrange the sale, they did not show the most basic customer service by even calling us to let us know not to come pick up the truck.

Excellent Sales team and F&I staff - PullmanCoug
I drove 400 miles to Armstrong VW because they have a big selection of VW Passat TDIs in stock. I worked with Anthony and then Bill. Both showed me every car they had in stock, then patiently let me run the deliberations through my head until I chose one. Daniel in F&I did his job in trying to sell me additional products and services but was cool when I declined all of them. This is the best large city dealer I have ever worked with. Thanks to Anthony, Bill, and Daniel for a great experience.
Wish I could leave a positive review as this is the... - Jbenzel
Wish I could leave a positive review as this is the closest dealership to my house but my experience with their service department was terrible. Took my car in for its scheduled maintenance, and the gentleman that scheduled my appointment was fantastic but that's where it ended. After spending almost $600 with them, they tried to upsell me an additional $300 in unnecessary services using scare tactics that were nothing more than lies. They claimed that injector service was required every 30k miles and that due to Oregon's "unregulated" diesel it was even more imperative to have it done. A) it is not a required service on VW factory maintenance at 30k mile intervals and B) Oregon's diesel quality is regulated. Also that tire rotation that's a part of the 50k mile service...never happened. The final straw was discovering that they had spilled AdBlue DEF fluid all over the carpet of my trunk and left it to crystallize. After 4 half hearted attempts by their "service manager" to clean it, there is still DEF in the carpet. So if you want a service department that tries to scare you into unnecessary services and will leave your car a mess, and leave you needing to spend more money elsewhere to finish the job you paid them for and clean up after them, this is your place.
