This is the way car service should be done. TASCA sends me service reminders. I arrange an appointment at my convenience. They begin work when I arrive, not later. I told them I had a commitment later that morning and they promised to have the work done so I would not be late. They kept their promise. They even gave mea voucher for a free wash at a nearby car wash. Since I bought the car at TASCA the oil change and tire rotation was free - and this is a used car. The service report was very comprehensive and indicated Iwill need new tires soon, which I suspected. They told me they price match other tire sellers but did not give me a hard sell at all, just asked that I consider them for tires when I am ready. I continue to be very pleased with this dealership and highly recommend them.

Every interaction I've had with Steingold Volvo has been an absolute pleasure. Good people, good service, and the initiative to always go above and beyond. With Steingold volvo, you get great cars (as you would in most places these days), but its the service where I found them to be totally differentiating. Michael Bernardo went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and followed up afterward! Thank you Steingold Volvo

I brought my 2012 Santa Fe in this summer for an inspection, and knew it would be kind of expensive because the check engine light was on, but otherwise the car drove fine. The estimate to repair that issue was $1000, but they also said that the tie rods, front axles and rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced to pass inspection.
After the shock wore off, I reluctantly told them go ahead with the repairs, using aftermarket parts if they could. They called me back a couple of days later, and said that the rear axle had broken while getting it off the lift, and that would need to be repaired also, waiving the labor cost (after much complaining on my part). I picked up my car later in the week, and paid half of its value in repairs.
The next day I took it for a drive, and a loud screeching noise started to occur whenever I braked, and the alignment was off. I brought it back in, and they realigned it for free, and said the front pads and rotors needed to be replaced to fix the screeching. I said no thanks, and brought it home to do that repair myself since I have the tools and knowledge to do that myself. Well, after I swapped the pads and rotors, the noise was still there. I also noticed a new problem of the vibrations when the car goes above 55, even after rotating the tires. I returned the new parts to the auto store, and have been dealing with the screeching for over a month, . I plan on taking the vehicle into another service provider because this place seems to just want money from me, while making my vehicle worse.
Every time I drive the vehicle now, I hear the screeching, feel the shaking in the steering wheel, and get angry because of a simple inspection that ruined this vehicle for me. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS.

I brought my vehicle in for Flood Ford due to an issue I was having. My vehicle was diagnosed, root cause found, and part ordered. Upon leaving the dealership that day, my check engine light was on and remote start was not working. Informing Flood Ford of this, they committed to correcting at the same time as my vehicle's original purpose is serviced. Fast forward 2 months, my vehicle's part arrived and my vehicle ready for service. I reminded Flood Ford about my check engine light and remote start needing correction. Flood Ford called me later that day and said they can only fix my check engine light and remote start after $126.50 diagnosis fee. I dreadfully agreed. The diagnosis (and invoice states), "found no actually circiut fault" yet I was not refunded. Upon picking up my vehicle following service, my check engine light was off but my remote start still didn't work. I didn't leave the lot yet and brought it to the service departments attention. Flood Ford wanted to charge me $126.50 again for a diagnosis. I declined and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
I regret that my experience witb Flood Ford has been unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Bobby Calise was very helpful in presenting diff options in order to allow me to achieve my desired goal of getting a better vehicle than the 7 yr old Nissan that I have been driving. Provided me with info to educate me in areas that he was seemingly expert in whereas I knew very little. Ultimately I was provided with an option that will provide me with reliable transportation fir yrs to come. Thank you, Bobby!
