Thank you for the exceptional customer service provided on August 1, 2018 when I first arrived at Mercedes Benz in Florence I was greeted by a kind and very nice sales person who answered my questions and ease all my concerns I had. He assured me that I did not need service until so many miles and even showed me where to look for the miles. He then informed me that Marty was my representative who had scheduled me for recalls...No pressure...No gimmicks on pricing which was NO CHARGE. Just a fantastic and amazing business atmosphere where a hand shake still exists and means something, and pride in ownership is apparent and demonstrated. I would like to express my gratitude for Marty going the extra mile and ensuring that everything was accurate and appropriate with my service by texting me as I entered the waiting room to ask if I was ok and if I needed anything to please let him know which a very nice touch was. We found the sales department, Peter Forbes to be very up-front with information we requested on several used vehicles we were interested in.
One of his best attributes was he was not Pushy!
He let us drive the vehicles and make our own minds up! Even the other salesmen in the area were helpful when needed by Peter.
We had to return the following day when Peter could not be there and two salesmen stepped right up and took care of us per Peters instructions. Lance the Finance Director, was great!

Horrible experience with service - NChasguy
When having my S550 serviced at Baker Mercedes, I was advised that the car had numerous problems that needed repaired to the sum of over $3,500. I could not believe this and refused the service. I took my car to another dealer for a second opinion only to discover that everything Baker had stated my car needed was incorrect. The car had no such problems and did not require the service Baker stated. I traded the vehicle and the dealer advised me that they did not have to put any funds in the car as it was in perfect condition. I will never take another vehicle to Baker nor purchase one from them.
