However, the service we received at your location was excellent. Vincent was very nice, the service was completed in a very short time and our vehicle is running perfectly now. At other dealerships, the people we talked to were extremely arrogant and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. Thank you for providing excellent service.

This is my first Mercedes< I drove a jaguar for 10 years. I was not sure of what to expect in terms of servicing vehicle. Mr. Marty in the service dept. held my hand and guided me thru the process and he was just as wonderful in person as he was on the phone. I consider him an asset to your company. He was courteous and professional. I really appreciate the way he answered all of my questions because it's all new for me. I heard Florence was better than Columbia for service from several people in my hometown that come to Florence, that's why I chose Florence also for my service.

We are on vacation in SC and was involved in a four car accident which was not our fault. Our 2010 Volvo XC70 was totaled. Saw a 2013 XC60 for sale at Dyers and was contacted by David Spires. He worked with us and we were able to purchase the vehicle the same day. Excellent treatment by all those at the dealership who were involved in the sale. David went above and beyond in his treatment on us. We have owned Volvos since 1975 and rate this dealership number one!
Horrible experience with service - NChasguy
When having my S550 serviced at Baker Mercedes, I was advised that the car had numerous problems that needed repaired to the sum of over $3,500. I could not believe this and refused the service. I took my car to another dealer for a second opinion only to discover that everything Baker had stated my car needed was incorrect. The car had no such problems and did not require the service Baker stated. I traded the vehicle and the dealer advised me that they did not have to put any funds in the car as it was in perfect condition. I will never take another vehicle to Baker nor purchase one from them.
