Extremely pleased with the service provided by the Sales - Yns1958

Extremely pleased with the service provided by the Sales Manager, Jeff, and all his staff. We have purchased several cars in the past and we must say this dealership provided the best purchasing experience. Our salesman, Christian Ireland, was on point with what we were looking for in a car. His knowledge, patience, friendliness, and professionalism made it easy for us to decide which car to buy. We felt very comfortable with him as we never felt we were rushed in making a decision. Jeff you are a great sales manager! We have purchased a few vehicles from different car dealerships and no other sales manager we’ve met was as personal and professional as you was. Thank You!

It’s one thing to buy a car you are thrilled about at a dealer you like. It is even better to have your new car serviced by experts where you feel that you, as the customer, are important. BMW of Columbia delivers on all of it, surpassing on Service. Most of all, the expert service advisors are absolutely top notch, giving their customers what they need. If you are lucky enough to have Saint as your service advisor, you will in great hands.

Had a great experience buying my 2026 BMW 330i at BMW of - lindawhf2

Had a great experience buying my 2026 BMW 330i at BMW of Myrtle Beach. A huge thanks to Michael Sclafani for going out of his way to find the exact model and color combination I was looking for. Michael was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was also very patient while walking me through all the onboard tech and electronics. It is definitely going to take me a little longer to fully figure it all out (lol!), but he did an awesome job breaking it down and making it easy to understand. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jason Grimm, the Finance Director. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire financing and paperwork process quick and easy to navigate. If you’re looking for a smooth, no-pressure car buying experience from start to finish, I highly recommend asking for Michael Sclafani.
