I brought my 2019 Altima in for service after not being able to start or even open the car doors using the key fobs. I eventually did get the car started and set up an appointment online.I arrived at the dealership on time dropped off the car and went through the symptoms that the car was experiencing Saturday morning. I wanted in the lobby, about 45 minutes later they came and got me, they said they went over the engine thoroughly and could not find anything wrong with it. I am sure they did all they could to find the problems, I just hope this problem doesn't happen again, especially when I am away from home.

But I recommend buying a Dodge or Chevy. My maxima is a junker but it's better to fix it than buying another car. East TN Nissan service center is out ragious on service I have to go to a regular mechanics to get my car worked on. Don't go to east TN Nissan.

I've had mixed results with this dealers' service department. Sometimes the service appointments are honored and other times they are not. I scheduled a service today for 9:00 am and my husband had the vehicle there around 8:45. The vehicle was not pulled for service until after 9:30 and the service tech told my husband that they did not accept appointments. If you don't accept appointments, don't allow them to be made on your website.

So disappointed in this dealership. If my car wasn’t under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phones, try to upswell you on issues that don’t need fixing. Had them tell me I had to replace all wheel locks and thankfully the only woman in the service area working, took me outside and told me to drive another 30 minutes to the farther Nissan dealership and they would just find the fit to my car- about an $80 difference.... took my car to get a rear brake light fixed and I had to take it back 4 different times for issues like “oh we don’t have the part” (after I’ve waited in the lobby for 45+ minutes) and then when I picked it back up the 3rd time , the middle break light was then out. Seriously, did someone not check? now I’ve been trying for days to contact someone about my warranty to see if my car can get towed and fixed and no one answers, has no helpful information , or tells me my car needs to be PHYSICALLY there to check my warranty ....?
I work in customer service, have for 7+ years so normally I try to be very patient. This place does not care about their customers or their time.

Ted Russell Nissan repoed my car, after I called them and told them TVA couldn't find my loan. Then made me pay $500.00 plus a tow fee for their mess up. If I walked away I would have to let them keep my $3300.00. Thank goodness for another finance company who helped me out. Please don't buy a car from them you will regret it. They will rip you off.!!!!!

Purchase a new car in 2014 and always had it serviced at Carlock. Oil changes have been running $40 with regular oil change and $50 dollars if you get a air filter. Went in on 8-5-20 and the bill for a oil change and air filter was $120. Asked why the 100% + increase. They changed there oil change prices July 1st to $89. Add the tax and the air filter and it come up to the $120+ that I was charged. Last time there and last car we purchase from them. Be ware if you've purchased a car and not been in for service since July 1st.

Spencer Dixon in service dept has NO ppl skills. this has happened on more than 3 times bringing my car for service. Upon first encounter he is very obnoxious, rude and condescending. At 740am I stead of saying “good morning” or greeting me, the customer, his first words are this wait is 31/2 hours are you going to wait that long? Plus you need tires ASAP! His approach is very condescending and nasty. I am told he is the top sales service man at this location and in the nation but top sales should NEVER trump simple home training of knowing how to talk to ppl and knowing how to provide the basics in customer service. Thankful for Mgr Rick Danton who has saved the day and my return each month to this dealership.

Two cars bought from Fenton ... trouble getting trade in paid off to begin with... scheduled appointment with promise of loaner had to be rescheduled after wasted day.....Now... the 2yr free oil change that went with vehicles when bought is now scam.. more new salesman and service people and seem to have amnesia about 2yr free oil change.. was in computer and everyone there sold with those tactics.. they always knew about oil change before.. Now before yr up on second car ,they no nothing about oil change promise.... Do not buy from here... some way to treat loyal repeat customer.
