To make a long story short, the used Lincoln I bought from Boggus(which still has 2 years bumper-to-bumper warranty left) back in October needed over $8000 in parts and labor recently. I dealt with Lane in service and he was right on it in making sure things got taken care of quickly.

I want to say that im working out of town in Hillsboro & Ms. Pam & Allen had my situation in mind when they took care of my steering gearbox failure. Im a inspector on a construction site & have to be on site during work being conducted. So, being out of my truck was not an option. They put me in a loaner car while they repaired my truck that afternoon. They had me back in my truck the same day ! Amazing service and awesome concern for my situation !

Never buy a Rogue SV and add Leather seats at Sames Ford Kingsville. Afternoon 7 months it starts break down. The car bumps keeps bopping out and car doors don’t open. The control panel turns black and don’t work. So I took it in for service and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix it and they also scratch my bumper. I’m not happy. After all this I don’t think I was asking for the world so I asked to get another car same make and model and same price and monthly. Well Marco said they could do that. I don’t think it’s was my fault that the car I got was a lemon , I guess Sames Ford in Kingsvillle are now selling lemons.

Auto start, headlights don't come on, they mess with the trucks settings, but don't make sure they turn them back on.

Brought my 2018 Explorer in for some warranty work and oil change. It was supposed to be out same day. I was called and told I would be able to get it next day after 3 days I had to pick it up work unfinished. I was supposed to get a call today 7-9-19 to get a courtesy car no phone call. I wonder if the oil change was done like I was told and charged for. I’m sorry but this is inexcusable service. I’m left wondering what to do next.

Long story short, they didn't communicate to me what was going on while they had my car. The only time I learned anything was to call myself or stop by. My car was there for a week and still not sure what all was completed as I just told them I couldn't wait any longer... I need to be able to commute. And they only allow you a rental for 1 or 2 days covered though they will string you along holding your car hostage for countless days. I still haven't gotten the completed ticket with tech notes. I am going up there tomorrow to talk to a manager. This is ridiculous!! I got my car a week ago with promises of a completed ticket for my records. And they clearly DID NOT address one of my concerns stating the technician didn't have time to drive the car. WHAT!! A whole week and the tech hasn't driven it to diagnose a problem that can only be seen by driving it. Sad. Tired of typical but there is more.

I went get the funding as i told them i was doing i called back to put a down payment on the truck only to find out they jacked the price up I told coy I would buy the truck for the original price we had discussed he was very rude and unhelpful i would not do business with them they don't want to be bothered

This dealership overall is terrible experience but the service dept is even worse. They are so busy yet won’t expand. Lies from employees will leave you spinning your wheels that are literally in their service shop for weeks to months at a time. They beg you to leave reviews once you purchase from them which is fine until the deal is closed and you realize just how bad it’s all been.

Despite my multiple tellings of what was happening with my Ford SUV that I wanted resolved. The intake clerk had no engine knowledge and didn't pass it along to the mechanic. The mechanic finally stated I needed a new engine because he wasn't sure why I had antifreeze in cylinder #2 and he looked at the odometer and decided I needed a new engine. When I questioned him he said he wasn't sure if I had a crack or a gasket leak. I told him there is a big difference between a leaky gasket, or a cracked head and replacing an engine - he told me that he looked at the odometer and with that many miles he thought I needed a new engine. I told him that I had told the in-take people multiple times that I had a new engine in the vehicle that only had 60K miles. The mechanic said "I thought it looked like it was in good shape" He based his analysis on the odometer instead of looking intently into the problem. The clerk didn't seem to think that was a problem because he had zero knowlege of basic engine mechanics - which he admitted to me Now I have to take my vehicle to a much better mechanic who will repair my SUV based on real issues rather than the mileage on my odometer.

So we been going up to the local Ford Dealership. Looking at new trucks. We have purchased. 4 trucks and 2 SUVs from this dealership. in the last 13 years. Today while we was looking a lady come on a loud speaker and said we are unauthorized to be on the property. Everyone goes and looks at what's new and in inventory on Sundays while they are closed its a open lot with no gates. Done this every time I thought about buying a new truck or car. The point is the lady was rude. Her tone of voice was as if we had committed a crime. I've never been made to feel that way in all my life. I will tell you this. Everyone I know Everyone I ever meet I will tell them how bad My wife and I was treated on 10/14/2018 The fact that I was in a SUV I purchased from this dealership when this happened was simply pathetic on The dealerships part. I will be taking my $70,000 I was going to spend on a truck to another dealership. You can rest ashore me or any one i ever talk will never be on this lot again. Long as I live.

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!
