From this day forward I will continue to stay with ford for all my future vehicles. Salesman allowed me to test drive three different cars trucks. I was not pressured into either one of them. I took my time and I was never rushed. Finance took the time to get me the best interest rate and for the best price that would fit my needs. First, I would like to thank the young lady that sold us (my wife and I) our car, she was kind and very nice. Now on to the problems, first thing is the car had a damaged tire and rim. They only were willing to replace the tire and they put a used one on at that (wow! how cheap could you be). I asked them to replace the rim because it had a flat spot in it, and they said that it was okay even though we were paying 22000 for a 2016 car. Heck for that price I could have gotten a new vehicle! So, when they get the out of "stock" tire in and call me I take the car back to let them put what was supposed to be a new tire on. They put the tire on and bring the car around, the tech gets out, leaves the key in the car, and leaves the car running. I get in and there are globs of black grease on the door panels and seat, which gets all over my daughter! Now I ask why was the tech in the passenger’s seat when the tire was on the driver’s side? Finally, when I get in the car the radio was black and wouldn’t come on. I ended up having to bring the car back so they could fix the radio which they did by just disconnecting the battery. The tech that worked on the car comes out and proceeds to argue and yell at me right out in front of the sales staff and in plain view of other customers. Extremely pissed off I get into the car and go home. once home, and after cleaning up the mess the tech left in my car, I check the "new" tire out and check to see if they replaced the rim. They did not and put a used tire they probably had laying around their shop somewhere. So back to my purchase of the car. While the lady was having me sign the papers to finalize the deal and get the car the female members of the sales area and those on the sales floor began to make fun of my daughter (Very UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE). I did not get upset and/or become belligerent instead I asked for the corporate Ford number and they refused to give it to me. I then asked for the owner's number, they refused to give me that. In essence they tried to basically sweep it under the rug. I had to look the numbers up myself on the internet when I got home. To this day neither Stanley Ford nor Ford Motor Company has done a darn thing about it despite the dealership treating customers like that. Those are the reasons I will NEVER EVER consider going back there no matter what "deal" they offer me. Now my credit was bad, they financed me. xxxxxxto them and a big thank you to those staff members who bent over backwards to make it happen. I have not and will not EVER go back since then and am very disappointed that the owner(s) allow these sorts of things to happen. Is this how customers are treated? Is this how they are supposed to be treated? I think NOT! It is a wonder to me that they are still in business.

Spoke with Chuck Brown Ford and they can get the parts and have it repaired within a week.

Had truck listed for $51995, ask for buyers order so I could see numbers, never was given, until papers were signed( rushed) the dealers add $3000 on top of the price for restoration fee, that I knew absolutely NOTHING about regardless of his lies saying I was told, the only thing done to truck was new tires $800 and a windshield that was not broke in the listing picture( sales manager had been driving) oil had not even been changed since dealer acquired vehicle . The finance manager( AMY) lied and said only way to get lower interest rate was to buy extended warranty ( called finance company they said they NEVER require the extended warranty that’s up to the customer.) they don’t show the selling price on buyers order only the total after adding taxes. I returned to dealer ( Eric/salesman was not in) I spoke to someone else wanting an explanation of these restoration fees ( like my finance company advised) the man I spoke to said honestly he couldn’t tell me because they acquired the vehicle from another dealer in that condition and did not do anything to the truck . I was told new battery ( lie original battery) .... this dealer is one of the slimy dealers, so just beware!

However, with passive aggressive, inexperienced and unprofessional staff here, we just couldn’t get the deal together. Price went up $500 overnight. When I said I’d write a review Mr. Ojego, their finance guy, told my son the deal was off. They ought to remember there are other places to buy Ford.

I already had financing for the car, so when I drove the 70 miles from Abilene, they had the car ready and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
