While driving through Texas I had mechanical problems with a rental van. Although they had a lot of work to do that day and weren't able to do the repair on short notice, the service manager was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem and call around and find another dealership that could see me later in the day, in Abilene. I really appreciate the help and the time that he took to help figure things out.

Went in for an oil change tire rotation and balance after keeping my truck for 3 days overall (several trips back for problems) I now have 4 scuffed rims and 2 with huge gouges in them and my oil light is now back on. The service manager and Johnny Murray will not do anything to resolve my issues. Not to mention I was treated very poorly by the service manager this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Very disappointed in the local ford dealership

New suspension for Ford f250 was never attached to the truck. MTV discovered the problem and fixed my truck for me at no cost! Ford would not even agree to pay for a tow to their dealership despite the 2 year service guarantee on the work they did with costly new suspension.

They actually deserve no stars. I saw a beautiful 2018 F-150 on the web last week and sent an online request for information. Brandon Rizo with internet sales answered and said they had the truck and to come by for a test drive. I got sick and couldn't go. Today, I sent Brandon a text asking if the truck was still there as it still had my interest. He responded that it was. I told him I was taking off early from work and was heading up from San Antonio. When I arrived, I couldn't find the truck on the lot and knew something was up. I should've known when he was telling me that if I didn't like that truck he had others I could see. I let him know it was only this truck I was after.
When i got there and couldn't find the truck I went inside where I was greeted by another associate who said Brandon was busy. Erick, internet sales Mgr came up to me, shook my hand and said that the truck was actually sold....not in the hour and a half between the text I received saying it was the and my arrival.
Needless to say I immediately left. What a bunch of lying idiots. Sad to so for them that I had a friend with me who was also in the market for a new truck so they lost 2 sales. Had they been nice and honest, then maybe we could've talked.
I wasted pto and gas for nothing because of these liars.

Made an appointment to get an oil change. Simple enough... Just an oil change. It took them 90 minutes to do a 10 minute job. The service writer was rude when I asked for a status update on my car

Service dept is in apt; replaced brake line on front and then tell I have alignment issue, had argue with tech to get him bleed the brakes again. Rebuild ignition switch and then had go back twice because remote start didn’t work and then the gear selector was out of position it read reverse when in park and 1 when drive! Avoid this place like it is the plague!

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!
