A Great Experience From the Beginning - Jody
Absolutely a great experience from the start to finish. I was met on the lot by Dakota who showed me the car I was interested in and made sure that it met all of my needs. I told him the final number I was looking for and he and Holden totally had the deal done in less than a day. The entire staff of Smith South Plains is always there to help.

Best Ford Dealer EVER!!! - Jacque Reese
This dealership is the absolute best!!! Chris Stroud went above and beyond on this deal. They started out $2k higher on my trade than anyone else. Worked with me to get one car sold and the other traded in. Searched tirelessly to find the exact vehicle I wanted and went to get it! Put me in a loaner vehicle while they looked. Very professional. Very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. We are customers for life!!! BUY LOCAL!!!
The purchase process was seamless, easy and stress free. - Joel Leimer
My purchase process was great! Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Fenton Motors of Pampa. The process was very well explained. I got a great vehicle without the stress of the big city buying.
Best Dealership Experience - MBrister
Absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. We walked in, drove the truck, made an offer, and shook the hand of Mrs. Hali Crow. It literally took 5 minutes. I will be a loyal customer at Gabriel/Jordan Ford for life. Mrs Hali Crow is very professional and a genuine, caring person. If you're looking...do yourself a favor and give them the opportunity to earn your business.
Nothing but love - stoker, letitia46
All I can say is this Ford is the best dealership and Mr. Henry Houston was on point on everything he was saying and someone I would deal with in the future
Always helpful and spend the time to understand each custome - Happy camper !!!
Pat and his crew of people who work there bend over backward to satisfy each customers need, no matter how busy they are. Thanks to all of the crew. Service is always a pleasure in all departments. Try them, I highly recommend them to anyone.
bought again from Team Ford - Kslats1959
I called 5 ford dealers and went to 2 dealerships trying to buy a F 150 for an advertised price. Team Ford did not advertise anything different than the Ford.com site, they gave me the truck I wanted with a price and experience I was looking for ... 5 years later I chose to buy from Team Ford again. The owners do a great job keeping a great staff. Thank you Tim Wood for taking care of us.
Top of the line!! - JOHN TADLOCK
I have been dealing with an awful service department over the last couple of days. And it reminded me why I love Texstar Ford so much. Sam, Brett and everyone person you deal with at that dealership is first rate.. It just doesn't get any better! To bad they don't sell Jeeps, my life would be so much easier.
Best service in town!!! - Tropic Ligntening
Excellent service and communication. They know what they are doing! The Chevy dealer wasn't interested in hearing what was wrong with my truck. It was no problem to these guys... they took care of it in no time! I've bought Chevys for 40 years, but it must be time to look at Ford.
"OUTSTANDING" - ChezHeep
Doesn't get any better than these folks!!!! Terry Thomas and Kit go that extra mile and then some,First class operation,I am definitely a repeat customer.Boone H Heep III
Lincoln Continental - Marina Elizondo
My sales experience, as always, was excellent! Joe Pepe Forina is the best salesman!! He always knows what I want and makes sure I am happy!!! We were able to handle the transaction over the phone and I picked up my car and was driving off in record time!! Thanks, Joe, for always being there for me!!! Definitely my go-to guy--always!!!
Always a good experience! - MWright
I've purchased several vehicles from Rogers Ford, including two Super Duty F-250 diesels. The purchases have always gone smoothly and the prices have been competitive. I get almost all of my service work done at Rogers, and I have always been pleased with the results. Good service work means that the vehicles perform well and last longer. They're professional and attentive to my needs, which has to be challenging when they are as busy as they are in the middle of an oil boom in the Permian Basin.
Curtis Hannah - Jessicanppp
You were wonderful!! Thank you !! My son and I can feel completely safe in our new car and I cannot thank you enough for that !
Another new F150 - F150Jack
This is the 2nd Ford F150 I have purchased from Bob Tomes Ford. The Salesman this time (Adolfo "Leon") was very knowledgeable and was interested in helping me finding the right truck. I was trading in my 2012 for a 2018 and was treated very well during the whole transaction. The financing went very smooth and I love the new desktop signing process. There was a small ding on the door and it was fixed on my time with perfection. I would highly recommend Bob Tomes Ford and when I'm ready for my next truck I will definitely go back here..
Great experience!! - RN1994
My salesman Blake Sander was informative & very knowledgeable of his product. He not only answered all of my many questions, but was very enthusiastic & excited about the Ford vehicle! Everyone I came into contact at the dealership was friendly & hospitable! Had a great experience & would highly recommend Appel Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!!

Cory Coleman & Adam Oliver are awesome! The entire buying process was like no other. Nice to be treated right & listened to. Avoid Peltier!! Buy McRae!
horrible buying experience - bradintx
Horrible experience. My son currently serving in the Army was home for a few days and wanted to buy a new F150 while here. He contacted Legacy several weeks ago and told them when he would arrive and exactly the truck he desired so they could have it ready. The week before arrival he was assured it would be ready on Monday afternoon (the day he arrived). When he called Monday he was told a delay so Tuesday at 1. Tuesday afternoon he was told Wednesday at 1, then not until 2:30. When he got to Legacy at 2:30 - still not there.
When it finally arrived at about 3, he did a test drive and set the final buying process in motion. It turns out they had only one sales manager (why have sales people if they can not make a decision?) and so things ground to a near halt. He had called Ford about financing rates a was told 60 mos and 2.9% (note his credit rating is over 800 and he documentation showing he has savings to buy 2 or 3 F150's cash). The sales man told him they only offer 5% rates.
We pulled up the same truck on the legacy website and they showed several discounts and sure enough 2.9% for 60 mos with legacy name within the payment calculator box. The sales man said that was some other thing that did not apply. This is clearly a text book definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. Because my son only has limited days of leave and his purchase date was already pushed back he felt pressure to just go along and continue the purchase. Finally after 8:30 he drove away. 6 hours after arriving.
That truck buying experience was pathetic and legacy ford should be embarrassed. I never intend to step foot into a legacy dealership again and hope this review will encourage others to find a dealer that does not cheat and respects a customers time.
The Best Service - Dom Paul
As always, Todd took real good care of me. He is always very proactive in taking care of me, and my vehicles. A recall had been pending on my Mustang for a long time. Ford had not released the parts for them, but when they did, Todd called me to let me know. He scheduled me in while I waited, and got my car right in. They took good care of my car, and fixed it correctly. Always have a great experience in the service department. The friendliest dealership I have ever been to. I give a five star rating only because there is not a higher rating.
Worst Service Experience - 00000
Went in for an oil change tire rotation and balance after keeping my truck for 3 days overall (several trips back for problems) I now have 4 scuffed rims and 2 with huge gouges in them and my oil light is now back on. The service manager and Johnny Murray will not do anything to resolve my issues. Not to mention I was treated very poorly by the service manager this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Very disappointed in the local ford dealership
Service department is the worst.. - PrestigeServiceDeptStinks
I was treated like a number by Jeff, but not before Josh made me feel like an idiot over the phone. They lost my future business.
Lackluster at best. - KArtice
Our experience thus far with this dealership has been lackluster at best. It started with our initial visit to the dealership (an hour away) to look at a car that was listed online. We called before we headed out; leaving our young son with a babysitter so we could keep the process a little less stressful.
Upon arriving at the dealership we were told that the car was in fact not there at all. It had supposedly been lent out to another customer without the knowledge of the manager or anyone else. Later we were told that not only was it not there but it had been driven all the way up to the DFW area.
After some convincing we decided to go ahead and work on the paperwork with them to see if we could come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle and the value of our trade before we went any further. We came to an agreement on the finances, the things that needed to be fixed and that they would deliver the car to us first thing on Monday when the other customer was supposed to return the car. We didn’t take delivery of the car until Thursday or Friday of that week after a wasted trip of the salesman to our home with the car in filthy, unkempt state, apparently directly off its trip to DFW.
This was all back in November of last year! While they have made good on the easier/cheaper stuff that needed fixed, we have been given the run around on fixing the hail damage on the roof since then. It was all in the contract! Calls and texts have gone unanswered for close to probably 6 months now.
Never use them - Doc-p
Made an appointment to get an oil change. Simple enough... Just an oil change. It took them 90 minutes to do a 10 minute job. The service writer was rude when I asked for a status update on my car
Never never never use that service center. They are a disgrace to the company name.
Service is not practiced only talked about! - Hairlesspops
Service dept is in apt; replaced brake line on front and then tell I have alignment issue, had argue with tech to get him bleed the brakes again. Rebuild ignition switch and then had go back twice because remote start didn’t work and then the gear selector was out of position it read reverse when in park and 1 when drive! Avoid this place like it is the plague!
I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. - ILM1976
I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.
Analysis by Mileage Shown on The Odometer - Catbird
Despite my multiple tellings of what was happening with my Ford SUV that I wanted resolved. The intake clerk had no engine knowledge and didn't pass it along to the mechanic. The mechanic finally stated I needed a new engine because he wasn't sure why I had antifreeze in cylinder #2 and he looked at the odometer and decided I needed a new engine. When I questioned him he said he wasn't sure if I had a crack or a gasket leak. I told him there is a big difference between a leaky gasket, or a cracked head and replacing an engine - he told me that he looked at the odometer and with that many miles he thought I needed a new engine. I told him that I had told the in-take people multiple times that I had a new engine in the vehicle that only had 60K miles. The mechanic said "I thought it looked like it was in good shape" He based his analysis on the odometer instead of looking intently into the problem. The clerk didn't seem to think that was a problem because he had zero knowlege of basic engine mechanics - which he admitted to me Now I have to take my vehicle to a much better mechanic who will repair my SUV based on real issues rather than the mileage on my odometer.
Awe service!!! - Danielle
Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!
