Best experience my wife and I ever had buying a car! Phil Mathews made it Quick and easy. We were in and out in an hour.
Very unprofessional and inappropriate! - rscochrane22
First, I would like to thank the young lady that sold us (my wife and I) our car, she was kind and very nice. Now on to the problems, first thing is the car had a damaged tire and rim. They only were willing to replace the tire and they put a used one on at that (wow! how cheap could you be). I asked them to replace the rim because it had a flat spot in it, and they said that it was okay even though we were paying 22000 for a 2016 car. Heck for that price I could have gotten a new vehicle! So, when they get the out of "stock" tire in and call me I take the car back to let them put what was supposed to be a new tire on. They put the tire on and bring the car around, the tech gets out, leaves the key in the car, and leaves the car running. I get in and there are globs of black grease on the door panels and seat, which gets all over my daughter! Now I ask why was the tech in the passenger’s seat when the tire was on the driver’s side? Finally, when I get in the car the radio was black and wouldn’t come on. I ended up having to bring the car back so they could fix the radio which they did by just disconnecting the battery. The tech that worked on the car comes out and proceeds to argue and yell at me right out in front of the sales staff and in plain view of other customers. Extremely pissed off I get into the car and go home. once home, and after cleaning up the mess the tech left in my car, I check the "new" tire out and check to see if they replaced the rim. They did not and put a used tire they probably had laying around their shop somewhere. So back to my purchase of the car. While the lady was having me sign the papers to finalize the deal and get the car the female members of the sales area and those on the sales floor began to make fun of my daughter (Very UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE). I did not get upset and/or become belligerent instead I asked for the corporate Ford number and they refused to give it to me. I then asked for the owner's number, they refused to give me that. In essence they tried to basically sweep it under the rug. I had to look the numbers up myself on the internet when I got home. To this day neither Stanley Ford nor Ford Motor Company has done a darn thing about it despite the dealership treating customers like that. Those are the reasons I will NEVER EVER consider going back there no matter what "deal" they offer me. Now my credit was bad, they financed me. xxxxxxto them and a big thank you to those staff members who bent over backwards to make it happen. I have not and will not EVER go back since then and am very disappointed that the owner(s) allow these sorts of things to happen. Is this how customers are treated? Is this how they are supposed to be treated? I think NOT! It is a wonder to me that they are still in business.

Kenzie was absolutely fantastic. She was up front the whole way and got us in and out of the dealership in just about an hour! I fully recommend Bob Utter Ford! They really treat you like a person and not just like a prospect or a sucker. We had that experience at other Ford dealers, but I will refer friends and family to Bob Utter Ford. They are great!

Jony was very helpful and has good product knowledge. If anything, he was too nice. The deal could have been finalized sooner if the Sales mgr working Saturday would have cooperated better.
It all worked out.
I am not changing my mind about our buying experience at... - Not a happy customer
I am not changing my mind about our buying experience at all! Buddy was and is a wonderful salesman for this establishment!! What I am changing are my views and review of the place as a whole!!! When we purchased our second vehicle I had decided that instead of taking them to our usual place for service (huge mistake on my part) I would drive the 60 miles one way to come here and have them do it seeings how we did purchase from them. Well, I am not one for complaining at all and I have been extremely patient with this and everytime I have needed a service from here I have made my appointment as so that I don't have to wait all day for a service and since we live so far away it isn't possible just to drop them off and go back for them. Each time I have had to wait over a hour and a half sometimes longer and the last time I had the diesel serviced there they failed to check my def and I ended up having to go in and pay 3 times before they FINALLY got it right!! So then I called and made my appointment to take one in this week to be serviced and I get there on time like I am supposed to be, early actually as usual, and the service person comes out and was extremely nice and let me know what they needed me to do and so therefore I did. So I get my grandbabies and daughter and we go inside to sit down just like I always have done every time I go there. There isn't a soul inside where we are sitting we aren't even sitting close together but mind you we just got out of the same truck and the woman said do y'all need a MASK and I said excuse me and she said do y'all need a MASK and I said no I have a medical card and she said well we require a MASK so I said well we will just go outside. Ok first off why when I called did your people not inform me I would be sitting in your establishment for about 2 hours with a MASK. Second off when the service person, which mind you was extremely nice, came to me they were NOT wearing a MASK. Third the coffee pot I noticed inside had ZERO hand sanitizer beside it for said MASK wearing customers that TOUCHED the coffee pot and cups with their OWN hands after TOUCHING everything else what's the purpose of that?! It is against my CIVIL rights for you to force me to have to wear a MASK!!! Just like it is yours constitutional rights not to serve me!! Just like it is my constitutional rights to take my business some place else, which I did!! I took our truck to our other service person which is much closer and DOES NOT require their customers to go against their CIVIL rights!! I came here with full intention of purchasing another vehicle yesterday but apparently you do not need our business here anymore!! Thank you. Have a blessed day. Mrs. J. M. Rich #TRUMP 2020!!! #impeachabbott

I was very pleased with Paul Murray Ford. They were honest and very helpful through the whole process. They made purchasing a vehicle fun again. Was worth the drive to have some small town hospitality. They will always be the first place I check on any vehicle I purchase in the future.

Online Truck Purchase among the COVID difficulties - J Jones Boerne
I recently purchased a used Ford Truck thru Bayer Ford and couldn't be more satisfied with the service and accommodability. Mr Todd M was my salesman and Mr Travis guided us thru the financing paperwork and they both did it all over the phone!
This is my first time being trusting enough to do a deal of this magnitude strictly online and sight unseen, but these guys earned the trust well. I would def referr them to friends to do the same.

Service slow and new car sales manager is a jerk - Toms Day
They couldn’t give me an estimated time that they would be able to fix a warranted oil leak even knowing the scope of the issue. Took weeks to fix a oil pan leak
6 week wait time - W D
I was told today for my car to be LOOKED AT for the transmission, it would take 6 weeks. Told them that was fine, I would reserve for that. They said instead I would need to LEAVE THE CAR THERE FOR SIX WEEKS.
To get an estimate.
I know not every, or even most, cars are having to wait that long to be looked at. They are trying to avoid honoring a Ford warranty. Dishonest.
I thought about doing it but taking photos of the cars in queue when I arrived, so I could see how many cars were going in first, but not worth my time.
The only reason this dealership get a 1 star is because... - Thomas Shearon
The only reason this dealership get a 1 star is because they don't have negative stars. We came to an agreement on financing $23,000 a down payment of $8,000 with a trade in of $1,000 and monthly payments of $407 . Was told it's a done deal, took the truck home , switched insurance over from the trade in to the truck, said all we had to do was come back the next day to sign the paperwork. Came in the next day sit there for 8 hours just to be told they now want an extra $2,500 down and the payments were going to be $571 a month. Needless to say I told them xxxx no . I called the lending company to ask them why they approved us at an agreed upon price, just to find out this dealership was asking for 34 thousand and not the 23 thousand we agreed on and the dealership told them we were putting only $500 down, huge difference from the $8,000 we were putting down. The General Manager "Jeremy" said he would make things right when I called him personally and explained what I found out they were doing. He lied to me for a week telling me he gives me his word he would do everything he had to do, so after calling him for a week "he never called me during this time " he lied and said a cylinder dropped in the engine when they moved it around the parking lot so they wasn't allowed to sale the truck because of that . After all that he never asked if he could find another truck that I'd be interested in, just acted like they did nothing wrong and haven't heard from him since to say he's found a truck that I might be interested in. I will never recommend this place to anyone, worst that I've been treated
