Just excellent work throughout the entire process. I worked with Kim Scholz and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great buying experience. From my initial call to reserve the car, to engaging with not one, but two PPIs, and sending pics at pick-up before the delivery service had sent me their pics, I always knew what was happening, and when to expect my car. Kim was also extremely generous with her time answering multiple calls, and always gave clear answers so I had no ambiguity. And the car was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. I really enjoyed the experience of buying with Porsche Dallas and working with Kim and definitely recommend others to reach out to them. Plus, their inventory is top notch! I looked far and wide for the exact spec of car I needed and Porsche Dallas had the exact one I wanted.

I took my Porsche Macan S in for its 80,000 mile service. Porsche of El Paso provided me excellent customer service. They explained all that they were going to do to my car upfront. And after looking at my car, found other things that I needed to take care of. They found a gouge in my tire that could have been a problem if it blew out on the highway. My service was completed as promised and very quickly. Cesar, my service tech was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. I can’t say enough about him. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. I highly recommend Porsche of El Paso both for sales and service. On the sale side, Juan Carlos Jurado is fantastic!
