I had the pleasure to deal with Porsche Specialist Sean Shields. My entire deal was done online. I live in Florida and did not have time to travel to Texas. Sean was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and offered excellent advice. An issue came up on my trade in CarFax report. Sean was able to give me some advice to navigate around it. My dream Porsche 911 became a reality thanks to Sean’s hard work. A few days later, I received my 911. It was everything that was promised and described. Outstanding buying experience at Porsche of Austin!

Picked up a bolt, destroyed my tire on my Macan. Limped my car into Porsche service. They had a tire in stock and replaced my under warranty within an hour. Simply outstanding customer service - thank you Cesar(service) and Jeff Pester (manager) for taking such good care of me!!

They definitely seem to prefer white clients over anyone else. There were 4-5 people who saw me walk in for my service appointment but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The receptionist was impolite & looked annoyed that I was speaking to her, while another employee was down right condescending. Thankfully the service rep was decent and got me taken care of. I am looking to trade-in for a newer model but I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. So if you’re white, you’ll likely be fine. Though you probably ought to read all the other reviews on this place. If you are among the nearly 75% of the people of color who reside in San Antonio, be prepared for racism & poor treatment.
