Lewisville Ford was the ONLY FORD DEALER IN THE AREA that would agree to do more than an oil change on a Saturday, and what a PHENOMENAL job they did. Our F150 TURNED OFF on I35 Friday at 4:32pm. Got it to Zach Nixon and the folks at Sam Pack Ford and the went above and beyond diagnosing the problems. I would not ever hesitate to go back to them for anything. Thank times over.

Tim kept me updated on the progress and when the work was completed he called me and they delivered my vehicle and picked up the loaner. Great customer service! From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here.
