I was very impressed with the overall efficiency of my recent service experience for my XC90. The scheduling process was quick and easy. When I showed up there was a line of cars and I thought that would have delayed the process but the service agents were quick to get me signed in and set up with my loaner car. The service was completed the next morning and the process to check in my loaner and get my car off the lot was smooth. Great job Volvo service team!

20K Service Maintenance - middmom2003
Brought my vehicle in for a 20K Service Maintenance. Also, expressed a concern that on occasion when accelerating, my vehicle would hesitate which would not be normal for a 2017 car. The service agent "Jim" made every attempt to assure me that a thorough inspection of the issue would be resolved. Was provided a loaner (which was awesome) and had been told that the part correcting the issue would not be in for several business. Once my car was ready for pick-up, there was no wait time because it was waiting for me and all the need to be done was to exchange keys and off I went. Great Job Volvo of San Antonio!

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
