Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Our son is in college in SLC and for three years had a Subaru Outback which Nate Wade serviced. When he first moved out, he tried other private Subaru service centers, but none of them provided the fair pricing or service Nate Wade provided. This past summer, I had to buy our son a VW Tiguan and drive it out to SLC. We tried the local VW dealer twice with very poor results and ridiculously high estimates. Even though our son now has a VW, Nate Wade services it and the service quality is much higher and the cost is much lower than the local VW dealer. Nate Wade goes above and beyond and is fair across the board. We highly recommend.

I am almost 50 years old, so I have had my share of car dealership experiences. Truly, nothing compares to MM Subaru, every staff member is courteous, show genuine empathy and go out of their way for the customer. They treat you like a friend for lack of better ways of putting it. I had a bad experience at a collision / body shop and a mechanical shop next door to the body shop. My gut told me something was wrong, felt like I was being taken advantage of. I removed our Subaru from their care and drove it down to MM Subaru. Greeted by Carlos (such a kind nice guy, went out of his way to give me confidence that whatever it was, they could and would handle it properly). In speaking with the Service Manager Josh - he continued to follow up with me letting me know each stage of the inspection diagnosis. Kept me so well informed and was beyond on top of things. Found out the other shop said an expensive part needed Elton be replaced (was not needing to be replaced / that all 4 bearings were just fine) and the other shop saying they found nothing wrong with my vehicle making horrible clanking noises from the right rear, MM Subaru found that item 6,7,10 on the diagram sheet were no longer attached to each other (the accident broke the sealant and a large gap existed so when the body flexed the pieces impacted each other. Also found that my alignment was “severely” out of what it should be, the body shop and mechanic shop never performed an alignment. Matt in the collision center followed up with me consistently and made sure I felt confident that it would come back to me in safe and great working order. Hands down the most reputable and moral service and collision team I have had the privilege and pleasure to work with. Our Subaru Outback feels better now than any time ever in the past 4 years of ownership. So happy to have had that team working to help us. Carlos, Josh and Matt deserve recognition for their honest efforts and genuine care. I have told everyone so far I know and will continue to do so to use MM Subaru for all their repairs, collision needs and when tires are due to be replaced. These guys rock!

I would never buy an extended warranty and I would never shop at Larry h. Miller bountiful. Two experiences: It cost $900 to replace a tail light on my ram truck. Not included in warranty. I had an electrical problem that was covered by warranty but it took over two weeks before the warrantor would even agree to ship the parts. I get cold sweats just thinking about going to their service.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

This is an issue with the service department where the issue with my car, a cam ladder reseal….a 2600 dollar repair…. I have now had to pay for twice in 14 months as it was poorly executed the first time at Strong. I did recommend this dealership nevertheless as the lifetime warranty is valuable and I’ve benefited from it. I just want those looking for a place to take your car for service to go in with a well rounded amount of information. The cam ladder reseal that I was driving on, as far as I know, was in the car from the factory, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt… let’s say it was repaired right before I bought the car. In that case it’s been in the car for 40k miles. After the Strong VW fix, the new seal had lasted 8100 miles before I had to have it fixed again at a different VW dealer in the valley…..and even the strong service manager agreed with me that was unusual. So every 8100 miles, I will have to spend another 2500 dollars to keep my car running? After asking for my money back, which has been refused, and negotiating with them for a month….where I even asked for 1500 dollars of in store credit…..so I give up more than 1k…..which they refused, their counter offer was to give me that $1500 dollar fix at cost. So the counter offer to make me whole was to have me spend more money with them. Never once have I become upset……I’ve been patient and respectful. I’ve written to Walker Strong the GM, and am waiting for a reply after describing the situation. So after reading the above, just to add a bit more info, on these two repairs alone, I have spent the trade-in value of my car. Obviously, this same situation can be applied to anyone going here……and I fully admit, the repair warranty is 12 months, and I had the second repair done at 14, I believe that a business with integrity would admit, regardless of the additional 2 months, the performance of this repair is unacceptable, and would want to do the right thing. I’ve been using Strong Volkswagen for parts and service for decades….literally!…..and this is the very first time I’ve ever had a reason to complain. To me, 2600 dollars is a lot of money…..which is why I drive a car with a 4800 dollar trade in value. To Strong I ask that you do the right thing for your customers. Keeping them coming back, with comfort based in your obvious integrity, is way more profitable than the few dollars you’re holding on to. Not doing so, and the negative feedback spread on these many many platforms, keeps you from reaching your full potential. I will update this later.

Would definately recommend Jerry Seiner's Dealership in North Salt Lake. Kymani was great! He picked-up the ball when the salesperson I was working with left the Dealership. He was courteous, pleasant, responsive and in general easy to work with. Spencer also did a great job with my out-of-state DMV paperwork, and made registering in California a breeze. Wish you had a Dealership in Southern California!
