He was great with keeping me informed about what was going on with my car and answered all of my questions about future service/packages I was interested in. I definitely recommend seeing Chaun for any future VW service help.

The Service Department is so important especially if you keep your car for any length of time. Had to have my car towed into Checkered Flag Audi — the new location. The battery would not charge. Jordan Molon, Service Advisor was in charge of my vehicle and she was wonderful to work with! Jordan was very knowledgeable about the car, the needed repairs and kept me updated not only on the costs but also when it would be completed. I highly recommend the Audi Service Department and Jordan Molon, Service Advisor.

Purchased my 2022 Passport at Bill Page in late October 2022. In early October 2023 I drove through white paint; couldn’t avoid it, freshly spilled all over the road. My tires, wheel wells, rear bumper, molding, left side and rear of car had splatters all over them. Husband tried power washing, which took some of it off, but it was still awful. We went to Bill Page service center to see what they could do. I was assured they would make it pristine again, and they did. The car looks brand new, and the fee for the work was so much lower than I’d been expecting. I’m delighted!

After the vehicle purchase (2016 Camry XSE) I was assigned to Lexis (Hall) she explained the service schedules and what each one entailed, I appreciated that and she didn't have to do it. Months later or as a particular service was coming due I had a few questions about the service that I'm sure she told me but forgot, emailed or called her and she politely answered my question/s. Some service reps. at other dealerships are nasty and don't want to talk to you or give you a short answer but the service reps. at Casey did not do that and are very nice. Thanks guys

My extra car key had been broken for years and he was able to have it fixed and showed me how to use my automatic starter by using my car key. No one has gone this far. Thank you!

I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! Again I Thank you 😊 for all you do! And thank you will Fernandez as well !

I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan.

Best dealership experience...ever - VWDavid

I've owned VWs, Audis, and Volvos. You'd expect the experience at the Audi and Volvo dealerships to be "better" than at VW but you haven't been to Checkered Flag. Krystl Stern and the other service writers are absolutely the best in the Hampton Roads area. I love the fact that they verify that you know the cost before they start the repairs. I'm always treated with respect and have never felt like I'm being taken advantage of. Highly recommend Checkered Flag VW.

We live in NJ and my wife was visiting family in Virginia when she came out of a restaurant at night and the 2017 Outback was dead. She had to be towed to Valley Subaru. The next morning they got the car right in without an appointment. She was back on the road by 10.30 that morning. This was excellent service and greatly appreciated.
